Keystone Stay

We had a lovely stay at this property! It was very accurate based on the description. We had three younger kids with us and we had an easy walk to the Gondola (less than 10 minutes) as well as the Village! We would definitely stay here again!

Top pick for Keystone

Very nice place for a small family or group of friends! My family and I have been coming to Keystone for several years now and this property is our favorite thus far. Plenty of restrooms, spacious living room and dining area. Very short walkable distance to the gondola and Keystone Town Square. A must return visit and recommendations to this property.

Perfect Location

This truly was the perfect location for our group of 8. We had two 6 year olds that could handle the walk to the gondola with ease. It was within walking distance to Keystone village and the pool/hot tub was only a couple minutes walk. The house was perfectly stocked with all kitchen utensils but NO Tupperware or storage bags. If you plan on making meals it would be good to pick something up for leftovers. Otherwise everything else was perfect - laundry, a boot dryer and ample amount of humidifies were icing on the cake. We really enjoyed our time and will be back for sure!

Great Stay

We had a great time with our family group at 47 River Run Homes. The house was very clean, and the living room views were even better than the pictures. We could’ve stared out the windows for hours. The back of the house faces a mountain and a pond, and we saw moose in the pond on multiple days! The house came fully stocked with all the basics, and it’s a short drive to the store if you need to resupply. Beautiful trails from the house lead to Keystone Village or hikes in the mountains or along the river. It’s a nice quiet subdivision neighborhood but fully connected to nature. We would gladly stay again.

Best home in Keystone

For the third year, we've rented #47 River Run TH. There is so much to like about it. It's very spacious and our family of 6 never feels cramped there. There's a downstairs common area for the kids to gather with friends while adults can convene upstairs. The kitchen is fantastic and exceptionally equipped. The open floor plan encourages the family to be together. Beautiful views of the slopes, including two of our fave runs (Haywood and Go Devil). It's a beautiful, well-appointed, and very comfortable unit. The location is perfect. 5 min. walk to each of the bases. If you don't feel like walking, the shuttle comes just a few feet from the unit. Check the Epic app to see where the shorter lift lines are and head that way. Just a couple of minutes by foot to the restaurants and shops in River Run village. Best possible location. Finally, Sky run and the owner are both very easy to work with and very responsive.

Perfect location

We’ve skied in Summit County for the past 12 years and have stayed in at least 4 different buildings in Keystone over that period. Our goal has always been to be as close to the Gondola/lifts as possible and preferably ski in/ski out. This year was a last-minute booking once we decided to return to Keystone so we were limited on lodging availability. That meant staying a little further from the lifts than we have ever stayed so we were reluctant to book this town home. Boy, were we wrong! This is the perfect location and has changed everything we thought about distance to the lifts. Being close to the lifts is great but the privacy and extremely quiet evenings at this home are a game changer. It’s a little bit of a walk but honestly after the first time or two it really isn’t that bad. We were able to have breakfast every morning, walk to the gondola and ski a few hours, walk back to the house for lunch, and then back skiing that afternoon. It was perfect! We unanimously decided the short walk is worth the upgrade in living conditions. The house was very clean and the views from the kitchen/living area were amazing. We all caught ourselves staring out of the windows throughout the week. The house was well stocked and we had everything we needed to make three meals a day. It felt like home but with a view. The heated garage was great along with the convenient ski storage and boot heater. The number of bathrooms and living spaces fit our family of 4 perfectly. Really can’t say enough about how nice of a home this is and again, has changed the way we view distance to the lifts. We had a storm arrive the night before our departure that threatened to close I-70 so we reached out to the owner for options. Within’ the hour the owner and the Sky Run staff had accommodated our needs and we were able to sit the highway closure out in this beautiful townhome working on a puzzle on the huge dining table with a fire going in the fireplace. We really appreciated the flexibility and extremely fast response from the owner and staff. When we return to Keystone this home will be number one on our list.

Very comfortable property- Great location!

Gorgeous property, great stay, highly recommend! Amazing views of slopes, a large pond across the street, and plenty of nice open space within the spacious complex so the kiddos can still get outside and play! That is, if they aren't already worn out from a great day on the mountain which is just a short shuttle ride away....this is totally the way to do it as the shuttle system in town is awesome and super convenient. The unit is spacious enough for a large family (or a couple families to share a space) that everyone can spread out enough to be comfortable, but still keep that home away from home like feel. Garage, parking, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, large common living spaces, views for days, I could go on and on. The last think I'd like to mention is the attention to detail that the company we booked through (SkyRun Vacation Rentals) had in place. From check in, check out, and all pertinent information not only available, but easy to access. When they say they inspect every unit before each stay, I believe it. We felt very comfortable staying in the unit for many reasons, but one of the main ones was the cleanliness and attention to detail that they provided. Highly recommend this property, and SkyRun if you are considering a stay in Keystone!

Massive space and mountain views

We loved our time at 47 River Run, and would stay here again. The unit was very clean, spacious, and well appointed, with a fabulous unobstructed mountain view from the massive windows. The layout is fantastic. Our family of 5 adults had tons of space to hang together comfortably in the upper-level kitchen, dining, and living areas. Plus, our three kids -- all in their 20s -- had the entire lower level to themselves too. The only thing we didn't love was the uncomfortable outdoor furniture. It's hard to sit back and soak in those gorgeous views from the deck's cramped high-top table + stools or the two tiny wrought-iron bistro chairs on the lower patio. Otherwise, we really enjoyed and highly recommend this unit!

Outstanding Property

Stayed at 47 River Run Townhomes in February of 2018. By far this is the best accommodations we have ever had staying in Colorado. The town home is perfectly laid out, beautifully furnished, and well structured to provide for every need. The heated garage was a welcome feature for getting started on cold mornings. We especially liked the boot heater. Convenience to the base River Run base area for skiing was a concern, but we quickly realized that we could walk to the base area in just over 5 minutes. It was not burdensome even for the 4- and 6-year-olds we were skiing with. The open living area allowed everyone in our group to seek out their own space without being separated, so we could communicate with the kids while getting meals prepared. The view of the mountain was spectacular. Also, this was our first time to rent with SkyRun, and we really appreciated their professional and personal approach to rental management. We greatly appreciate the owners providing such a grand facility.

First Class accommodations in Keystone

The unit is spacious with fantastic views of the slopes. the decor is great with a definite Western theme and the pantry is fully stocked with almost every spice you could want. The location is also great and we even saw a moose walking in the water right outside our deck. adjacent to the walking/biking path. The lower or ground floor level is also very spacious was well.

Beautiful Townhome

This townhome is beautifully decorated with a warm and inviting feel. It is conveniently located and has some of the best views of the sky slopes. Property is very quite and well maintained. The property management team is very pleasant to work with and accommodating of all your needs. I highly recommend this rental or any rental through SkyRun as they go the extra mile to make sure your stay meets your expectations!!

Fantastic Townhouse

This is a wonderful spacious townhouse, perfectly located between River Run base and Mountain House base. Easy walk to/from both base areas. The house is huge, with 2 separate family areas. Nice views of the runs, open kitchen that has everything you'll need. Comfortable furniture, stylish appointments. Best place in Keystone.

Incredible Keystone Rental! Perfect!

This rental was very clean, spacious, and perfectly laid out floor plan for two families with kids. Very conveniently located - Short walk to River Run Village and Gondola. We loved the layout of the house and the spacious and open kitchen and family room. Everything was brand new and the rental had all the essentials we needed. The owner and management company provided excellent customer service. We have visited Keystone every year for many years and this was by far the best rental we have had. The kids loved the downstairs area. Plenty of room and everyone loved this rental and the location is ideal. We will be back!!!
