Loft 'Water Street' se encuentra en el histórico muelle de Warren en la bahía de Narragansett. En el siglo 19 era un club francés, una fábrica de encaje y una sala de exposición de Dyer Botes. El loft es perfecto para los amantes del arte, diseñado por un artista se centra en el arte regional. El loft se encuentra en una calle que termina dentro del bloque y medio en un puerto deportivo y cerca del muelle de la ciudad. Warren es famoso por sus numerosos restaurantes, teatro, música en vivo, y tiendas exclusivas y de la comunidad artística. La ciudad es un corto viaje a Newport, Providence y muchas playas de RI. My second stay at this delightful loft

I enjoy this property so much that I just stayed almost 3 weeks, my second year renting the property. It has those personal touches an artist would think of that makes it feel warmer and more comfortable. Real art on the walls, fresh flowers and a tablecloth. I also really enjoy Warren - it has many good restaurants and little shops, and isn't too far to my family in Swansea, MA. I hope to stay here again. I've rented many homes around the world, this little loft is special.

Anniversary Week

We love spending our wedding anniversary in Warren. Close to everything walk to restaurants , shops, water views and a short drive to Colt Park. This is our second time renting from Allison and hope to again next year.

Perfect little loft apartment

Love the location

This is the second time staying at the loft. We love the place and the convenience to Warren. Even during a storm, we were able to walk to a restaurant and have the perfect dinner.

Family & Friends Visit

The Loft is in an ideal location where you can walk to many excellent restaurants, stores and the water. It is perfect for 2 people affording just enough space between upper and lower area. Easy access to anywhere in RI and close by to Bristol and their many restaurants, parks and stores by the harbor. The Loft is uniquely designed offering an artistic flair and comfort. Allison is also easy to get in touch with and responds quickly to any questions or needs you may have. Hard to find a better area if you are looking to stay in the East Bay Area.

Delightful Retreat

Warren is an artsy town, a smaller version of say, Ogunquit, Me. Our “loft apartment” was in an excellent location, walking-distance close to nice restaurants and the town center. The upstairs loft bedroom suite was delightfully bright and spacious, and the bed was most comfortable. The apartment was fully equipped, including washer and dryer, and was welcoming at first sight…and even more so each time we returned after our daily adventures in Warren, Bristol, and Newport. We ate well both at The Wharf and at home with groceries bought at Tom’s Market, heard mass at the lovely St. Mary’s Church by the Bay. We also toured Doris Duke’s Rough Point home and drove the 10 mile Ocean Drive in Newport, toured Blithewold Mansion in Bristol, sat and read on the beach boardwalks in Bristol and Warren, experienced Cider tasting at Warren’s cider mill, and I even arranged a surprise visit for my husband with his artist friend who was in our wedding party 56 years ago. I would highly recommend this away-from-home stay in Warren where the host was very accommodating by allowing my Fidelco German Shepherd Guide Dog, Dublin, to enjoy our vacation with us.

Perfect location - charming loft

The loft had everything I wanted, and especially a wonderful location 1 block to the waterfront, a reserved parking space, quiet at night, artsy decor and good Wi-Fi. My 17-year-old granddaughter spent a night with me, with permission of the owner. The extra hide-abed was just fine for an exhausted teen - and gave her privacy with a closing door. The bed upstairs was very comfortable (and I'm a challenged sleeper) - operable windows during lovely spring weather and the desk to work at made it all quite comfortable. Everything is in walking distance, many great restaurants - but our favorite was Revival one block away - great chef! Best ladies' boutique is DISH about 2.5 blocks down. The loft is 1.5 bathrooms - providing the half bath upstairs was really helpful for old knees. We used the kitchen, laundry, and electric fireplace on a rainy night. Although a bit farther than the hotel I usually stay at to visit family - I hope to stay here again as I just adore Warren and its walkability. It is a very popular place on the weekends for sure - so if you have more than one car - try to find a place early as they don't monitor or charge for parking, so people park on the street sides for 24 hours plus. I had a little problem and host was quick to fix it, she brought fresh flowers and fruit on arrival and that was very thoughtful. There's plenty of closet and dresser spaces for a 10-day vacation - and so much more charm than a hotel. I look forward to staying here again.

Warren is a lovely New England village. We loved biking the East Bay paths, walking to breakfast every morning, and meeting our neighbors at the park across the street. Everyone is so welcoming. Our loft was perfect for us! We would definitely return for another visit. Thanks.

Fun little place

I spent an entire month in this very cute little loft right in the heart of historic Warren RI. It's furnished with the old and the new, which compliments the historic value of the building, which was built around 1896. The owners are pro-active and very quick to remedy any little concerns you may have (which were very few), and very personable and kind. I plan to return next year for another month, I enjoyed my stay so much. As an aside, there are sidewalks all over the city, and the 14 mile East Bay bike path is only a few blocks away. There are also several excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. The loft is only steps away from the water. it's beautiful down there! My only tiny complaint is that the traffic noise was pretty loud at times, but I live in a place where there is dead silence most of the time, so take that with a grain of salt.

Great location, cozy, quiet and beautiful artwork.

W really enjoyed staying at Allison's Water Street Loft. It is located in perfect location for exploring the East Bay Area of Rhode Island. Walking distance from many restaurants in Warren. Be sure to visit Bywater and Waterdog Kitchen and Bar. A quick trip to Newport or Providence for an extended day visit is really easy. The East Bay bike trail is only a few blocks away. The loft was clean and the kitchen adequately stocked for two people. The bed is located on the second floor and very comfortable. Even-though the loft is on a fairly busy street during the day, it is very quiet at night. We would recommend this rental and would definitely stay there again.

Really enjoyable stay

Had a great week at this charming property. The owners were very communicative with instructions. The loft is very unique and Allison provided every amenity we would need. We really appreciated the reserved parking spot across the street and the excellent restaurants within walking distance.

Water Street Warren RI - Fresh Food Dinning Central

Warren RI is like a little Baby Newport RI only a lot more respectful and restful. Water Street Loft is alongside a working artist studio - Unique - Cool - Great location. Allison is Super Nice and the spot for long walks along streets with historic Sea Captains homes and cool parks and Bike paths is awesome. Walk to "10" great restaurants and the best seafood anywhere! It an eclectic 10 out of 10.

A Retreat

Totally enjoyed my stay - place is unique and well appointed. Allison was very attentive. The loft is located in a very sweet area down the block from the water. It was a wonderful place to hang out and enjoy Warren. Would look forward to returning!

Comfortable apartment in Warren

Apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay in Warren. It's close to the Main Street for shops and restaurants. There is a small outdoor space which is in the shade and so ideal especially with the hot weather while we were there. The air conditioning is a bit noisy but it worked fine and was essential for our stay. Overall good value for money.

Tolles Apartment, gute zentrale Klimaanlage. Fahrradweg beginnt in der Nähe (von Bristol nach Providence). Zu Fuß sind viele gute Restaurants oder der kleine aber schöne Stadtstrand zu erreichen. Sehr netter Kontakt.
