Flamingo es conocido por sus casas de lujo, ambiente relajado y fabulosa playa de arena blanca. Esta casa tiene vista a la hermosa Playa Flamingo y se encuentra a seis minutos a pie de los restaurantes Flamingo.

Esta casa cuenta con una cocina hermosa y bien equipada, con encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, una gran barra de desayuno con capacidad para tres personas y todos los electrodomésticos de cocina que necesita para disfrutar de sus vacaciones. La cocina se abre maravillosamente en la sala de estar y el comedor, y la mesa de comedor interior tiene capacidad para 6 personas.

El condominio también tiene una gran terraza, completa con una parrilla y sala de estar que ofrece impresionantes vistas del océano.

El condominio cuenta con un amplio dormitorio principal con una cama king-size. Las habitaciones segunda y tercera están equipadas con una cama queen y una cama matrimonial, respectivamente. Tanto la habitación principal como la de invitados disfrutan de su propio acceso a un área exterior separada.

Presidential Suites es un desarrollo cerrado que ofrece dos piscinas grandes y hermosas,
duchas al aire libre y jardines paisajísticos. El desarrollo se encuentra en el corazón de
Flamingo donde puedes caminar a supermercados, farmacias, servicios médicos,
restaurantes y vida nocturna. Este condominio también se encuentra a siete minutos a pie de Flamingo Beach, donde hay una gran cantidad de restaurantes junto a la playa, snorkel, surf de remo, surf de boogie, kayak y pesca.

Great family vacation spot!

We enjoyed a fabulous week at this property - the home offered great space to relax and take in the stunning view. It is a perfect location with easy access to great restaurants, activities, and beautiful beaches. KRAIN was extremely responsive and helped arrange a private snorkel trip, which was a highlight.

The condo featured a fabulous view from the living area, master suite, and guest bedroom. Nicely appointed and located within walking distance of many restaurants and shops.

Great location in Playa Flamingo!

A good suite for a small group in a great location if you are staying close to Playa Flamingo. You can easily walk to nearby restaurants and the view from the balcony really helps highlight the beauty of Costa Rica. I would recommend an upgrade on the towels and the decor of the smaller bedroom. Otherwise, an easy check in process and overall nice space.

We stayed two months in the unit and enjoyed every minute. Krain were very helpful and did their best to accommodate our requests. The condo could use a few upgrades, e.g. dishwasher, bbq, but it is well equipped and has a large kitchen. Great location, close to beach, shops and restaurants. Keep in mind that there is a big hill to ascend to get to everything. All in all a beautiful place to spend time in Flamingo!

Everything is comfortable, the unit is well appointed and makes us feel right at home. Next year we only have a week scheduled there, but i hope to Stay linger in the years ahead. Karin is very easy to work with. I miss Glennis a lot, she was the best, but the others will be just as attentive. Krain responds to every need that we have. We prefer using them over others.

You can enjoy sunrises from one of the pools and sunsets from the other pool. The place is very clean and the Air Conditioners works wonderfully. It is conveniently located for Playa Flamingo Beach, and not far from Playa Conchal as well. I absolutely loved it. I will definitely stay here again!

There is direct AC in the main area and two of the three bedrooms but enough cool air for the third with a supplied fan. Some difficulty with internet access but this is really nationwide. Be aware that though the beach is not far away (maybe 2/3 mile), you need to walk down/ up a pretty steep hill. A small grocery and a few restaurants are nearby.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an overall good experience as this condo. However I would say that there was about 2 seconds of hot water in shower and told them first morning and they never did fix it. Along with air-conditioning unit in living room which make it a little uncomfortable. Good thing we didn't stay there except to sleep. They were also replacing I would soffit on the whole building so there was much dust and lack of cleaning up at end of day had to walk through a lot of dust and debris. I would recommend if the construction was done and the hot water and air conditioning were fixed.

Excellent Stay!

This home is absolutely beautiful. I really enjoyed staying here with my sisters, we had such a good time. The balcony gives a great view and the home itself is well maintained. Definitely has a cozy home feeling to it. There are some stairs to get to the unit, but nothing too bad. It was a very lovely home, fully equipped and the property manager really helped us out through out our stay. I'm so glad we decided to come to Costa Rica and had our stay at this unit, it really made a difference for an enjoyable vacation.

Astonishing Home!

My husband and I decided to take a trip to Costa Rica (like most years), but this time we wanted the kids to come down so we had to choose a home with plenty of space for us. This unit felt like our home away from home. All our kids came down and we had such a great time. The property management team helped us with different tours for our whole family. My husband and I enjoyed the sunset cruise, while the kids enjoyed a horseback riding tour. It was such a great memorable experience to have been able to get together with all our kids. I would recommend to bring plenty of sun screen as our eldest did get sun burned on the last day. Also, we would recommend to get a car or transportation of some sort as the location is up a hill. Other than that, it is near by to restaurants and the beach as well.

Phenomenal View!

My girlfriends and I decided to take a trip down to Costa Rica, and while looking for properties this one stood out the most. I loved how spacious the balcony was, we would go out after a day full of activities and watch the sunset with some drinks. The inside of the home was very clean and well maintained. The only thing is that there are a few stairs to get to the unit, but nothing too out of the ordinary. The home is fully equipped and the property management team Krain were very helpful and all around friendly people. The pool is near by and the property is close to restaurants and the beach as well. It was a great experience and I'm glad we chose this Condo for our stay.

Truly Amazing!

This home is an excellent choice for a family vacation, very spacious and well put together. I truly loved staying in this unit, the sunsets from the patio were absolutely spectacular. I can not express how truly phenomenal our stay was here. The pool is near by, great for the kids to swim in while we lounge on the chairs. The unit is well equipped and very comfortable, perfect for a family vacation. The Krain staff as well made our stay that much better, very attentive and welcoming upon our arrival. They made sure we were very well taken care of, excellent customer service by far. This was definitely the best family vacation we have had and I'm grateful we were able to enjoy our stay in Costa Rica through our stay at this home and through the help of Krain. I'm already planning our next trip out, I can't wait to be back and try out other tours that we were not able to get to due to time. If your looking for a great fun filled relaxed vacation, I highly recommend this unit!

Amazing vacation

Fabulous... Spectacular... 100% recomendable... This place is the perfect place to share a lovely time... With the family.. With your couple to spend the first.. Second o third honeymoon... Or just the place to enjoy your time for yourself alone and "recharge yourself "... Is safety..warm... Fun but could be also be silence... My family and friends definitely will be back everytime we can. Very professional people work here and Sebastian is a very professional boy . The condo has everything you need to speend a wonderful time. Definitely we come back.

Holiday of a life time

We had a super holiday . The condo was in pristine condition . The views were breath taking . The furnishings were perfect. This is a place you want to go back to. much better than a hotel. I would not recommend small children as they do damage to this beautiful facility. The customer service was excellent
