From the main living area, large balcony, and master bedroom, one can see dramatic sunsets and the waves crashing on many nearby beaches. Here you will have a front row seat to the Howler monkeys and exotic birds in the neighboring trees, can listen to the waves, watch the whales and enjoy the expansive views of our neighboring beaches!

Great condo and well appointed

The condo was fabulous. It was very well appointed and stocked with plenty of towels and other necessities. It’s high on the cliff with great views of the ocean. Was great for the 4 of us. It’s about a mile to beach by car which was fine and plenty of eating places

Great patio and view!!

The unpaved roads to the property were in convenient and made it so walking to the beach was unpleasant, therefore driving was necessary. And the pools were smaller than expected. However the amazing view and very well set up condo unit made up for all of that! The kitchen was well equipped and we had all the necessary items to comfortably hang out on the beach….. chairs, towels, a volleyball, an umbrella, snorkel gear and a boogie board! My family loved the boogie board! Thank you for the use of your amazing condo!!

Beautiful spot

All was great with this accommodation. Communication with management - Great .Fantastic views and very clean ! One recommendation have to to do with the building maintenance, which seems to be deferred . Pools need a little attention .

The place was clean and wasn’t bad to find. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. It wasn’t to far from grocery store and plenty of restaurants near by. The view to the beach was amazing but only thing is you had to travel some to get in it. Had trouble with AC had to turn it off every time we left and turn back on when we came back. The very last night it didn’t turn back at all and it was pretty hot. The rooms had fans which helped but needs to get repaired. Other than that it was pretty good.

Must stay in Playa Flamingo!

There is not a better view of a sunset than what this ci do provides. It’s so spacious and roomy. Both master suites have balconies. Maria was so responsive to any questions I had. My husband and I will stay there again!

I can’t say enough great things about this place! The views were gorgeous on expansive balconies. The condo space was well cared for, nicely decorated, and so clean. It included everything one would need on such a trip. We will definitely be back!

Christmas in Flamingo

Loved the property and especially the view. Outstanding, we spent most of the time,while at the condo, on the balcony. Great size, nice decor, and anything we needed, Maria was very responsive. So hard to leave!!

Condo has it all!

A very comfortable, roomy, well decorated condo with amazing view. We slept great here and enjoyed time on the big balcony with stunning view. We love this location because it sits on a hill in between Playa Brasilito and Playa Flamingo. Both so different, yet amazing in their own ways. We have visited here before and would love to continue coming backs

Beautiful!

We loved this property. It was stocked with everything we needed and even things we didn’t know we needed! We got to see howlers from our balcony and many beautiful birds and other wildlife. We would def stay here again!

Hilltop condo with ocean views

This was our only condo stay out of our two months in Costa Rica. The two bedroom unit was beautifully furnished and the location of the bedrooms, both with ensuite, allowed for privacy in a small space. The kitchen was very well equipped. We cooked all of our meals, so this was a big plus. The outside terrace was large, but in full sun in the afternoon. There was no outside dining area. We understand condo rules regarding hanging laundry on the balcony, but there was no drying rack provided. The property manager was very prompt in sorting out any questions and issues.Flamingo Bay is close by, but you need a car.

Stay just for the sunset

Beautiful well decorated condo with 2 master suites with ensuite bathrooms plus a 3rd powder room. Deck is awesome and provides for some amazing views and evening sunsets. There is 2 community pool areas that you can use but both areas are small with limited seating. The road into the condo is dirt and dusty and leaves you feeling you made a wrong turn, but keep going it’s worth the trip. A short 5 minute drive to a great beach in Playa Flamingo or 30-45min to Tamarindo. You will need a car to stay here as there are no amenities in walking distance. Playa Flamingo is great to soak up the sun and chill out but not a lot for activities or night life. Tamarindo also has an amazing beach with more of a community core, shopping, bars and restaurants and is a great day trip. We stayed for three nights and enjoyed coming home each evening to a clean, cooled home base to take in the views.

Stunning Views at Playa Flamingo

The condo was wonderful. It has two very spacious balconies and we enjoyed watching the sun set over the ocean. The condo is very well furnished. Our bed was extremely comfortable, and there were plenty of bath towels and beach towels. The kitchen has all the appliances, cookware and dishes needed if you are interested in cooking. The owners thought of everything - beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, etc. The beach is a 5-10 minute drive, and we never had an issue finding parking right along the beach. Flamingo Beach is peaceful and absolutely beautiful!
