Este condominio de 2 dormitorios y 1 baño, decorado profesionalmente, presenta un diseño abierto con su propia terraza privada en el segundo piso al que se ingresa a través de puertas francesas. Acabados de alta gama que incluyen electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito, gabinetes de aliso nudoso, pisos de madera de bambú. Esta pequeña comunidad pintoresca cuenta con entrada segura y cerrada con un patio cerrado. El patio cuenta con una gran fuente, mesas y sillas para relajarse y una parrilla de barbacoa de acero inoxidable incorporada para cocinar su comida favorita. The location of this rental is great for getting out on the town. You’re right in the mix, close to shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is walkable and safely lit. My only wish is that there were a few fixes to broken features - the patio has a broken rail that poses a potential safety hazard, and the Beth room faucet was broken and obviously glued back together, which broke again quickly upon use.

The location is perfect, and easy walk to the plaza or the streetcar. The parking lot is a bit tight but its nice to not be on the street. Overall the unit us nice but in need of some updates. The bedrooms are very dimly lit, some brighter bulbs or better lamps would be nice, a mirror in the bedrooms as we were sharing a bathroom and needed multiple areas to get ready, and the shower was a bit tricky. It doesn't have an actual "off position" it spins 360 degrees so you have to just slowly spin it until it stops dripping. The couch seems to have something broken in the middle area and the coffee table is worn. I would stay here again, but some updates would make it better.

Everything was nice. My only complaint is that we only had two towels, so when the toilet flooded there weren’t any spare towels to clean. Outside of that, evening was great!

Nice location, lovely kitchen and living area, comfortable bed but I would not necessarily stay again. The neighbors were very loud from 3:30 a.m. on, the fan was not balanced so it was loud, the toilet ran, and the curtains are sheer so in the morning light comes through but at night there’s only one lamp for light. It was clean though and felt safe and I appreciated having a no hassle way to do an early check in.

Check in was fine. It was odd that they sent a link the day I booked several months in advance for the day of checkin. I reached out to the host and they seemed short with me when I asked about it. Kitchen had bare minimum of plates, bowls, cups. The cabinet all stuck and you had to pull hard to open. No salt or pepper in the shakers. WiFi was strong and easy to access.

As advertised. Clean and comfortable. Accessibility to the Plaza and Westport is excellent. Parking good. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is shower needs upgrade and the lock between parking lot and patio needs repair. Otherwise we recommend this property...

Condo in Great Neighborhood

We were only there for one night. We baby sat our 8wk old grandson while kids went to the Banana Ball Game. It was comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Full kitchen with a hodge podge of plates/pans etc. If you plan to cook a lot, it might be a challenge. No prep or serving containers.

Ok stay

This place was nice. However, the main bedroom with tv had mold and hole in the corner. Bed was comfortable. Nice setup/decoration of the apartment. The first day, we couldn’t connect with the internet on the tv but the wireless was on. It was later figured out. Let the owner know but no response about it. Just seemed to have automated responses.

The host was rude and unprofessional. The door code instructions were inaccurate, making entry very difficult, and it was unclear as to whether we could reenter once we left the apartment. When reported to the owner by phone, he laughed and proceeded to call my son “a dick” four times before granting access to the key–which should have been his first response. The key lockbox–although accessible–was broken. As temps dropped during our week’s stay, the lock seemed to freeze up and only the key would work. The door code lock never was operational again, even after the temperature warmed up. This same door has visible gaps in the door jamb resulting in a very cold living room.The kitchen is not well-equipped with enough cutlery and dishes. The stove’s glass top was stained with burn marks. The kitchen cabinets all stick and are difficult to open, and one is somewhat broken. The back of one of the four chairs at the dinette table was broken. The tub faucet control has no clear indicators of the Hot or Cold water. It just turns and turns, making it hit or miss to find the hot water. The toilet runs and squeals upon flushing. There are no grab bars in the shower/tub.The washer and dryer do not work well. The dryer, in particular, doesn’t get hot enough to dry clothes in a timely fashion or at all. The guest bedroom carpet is stained. The curtain rod holding the sheers is somewhat broken and droops, and there are vertical tears in the curtain fabric. MORE ON NEXT REVIEW...

It’s okay

Overall, I’ll give this place a six out of 10 the check-in process was OK. The cleanliness wasn’t all of that. It smelled like straight cat piss when I walked in the shower curtain liner was very disgusting. It has stuff all over it. The tub really wasn’t that clean. I-seen that it was boogers on the walls. I’ve also noticed it was hair on the couches. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay for a night it is fine but overall the cleanliness needs to be a little better.

Missed opportunities

This could be a great place to stay at but needs to have some significant maintenance issues dealt with before I would recommend it. Emailed the management with the list of issues and never heard back. Delayed posting a review waiting for a response.

I mistakenly made my initial for the right days, but the wrong year. Totally my fault, but when I reached out to the owner, he was at a family dinner, no problem, but he said to text him with updated information. That was on a Friday evening, I don't have exact timeline but did not hear back from him at all about updating reservation. Followed up the following Tuesday or Wednesday to get the corrected dates, not knowing if it was available.Also texted him the week of the reservation about making an exception for having people visit and never responded to my texts. Was also expecting an email to me directly about checking in process, not through the VRBO system, was not aware that it was done that way because I had received initial contact directly.The apartment itself is okay. Somewhat dark in the bottom corner of the complex I was having problems with the hot water in the shower, because I was turning it all the way up. It was tepid. When I asked him about, if he had told me to move the handle just partially up, that would have generated the hot water, but my thought was to move it all the way. His responses to my request were snarky and basically blaming me for not knowing that the handle position was the issue. Probably needs to fix the handle. He did have someone come look at, but we were not there when they came, so could not explain the issueOne of mattresses was terrible, saggy. Neighbors were very loud until 1:00 AM. Would not stay there again or recommend it.

This apartment is overall fine. There are definitely some items that need to be fixed (dripping bathroom sink, bath faucet is tricky to get to fully turn off, inadequate lighting in the bedrooms), but it was clean and sufficient for a one night stay with our dog. The location is great, and the parking spot is a big plus.We saw some very negative, concerning reviews from July 2025 after we booked but after our cancellation window that made us quite concerned. It appears that the owners addressed these issues after these reviews, as we did not see mold on the floor or have ceiling leaks in the bathroom, and the apartment smelled fine. Communication and check in process is not good. I got automated reminders for the stay but no actual link to the website that has the check in information (which is separate from VRBO), and ended up having to contact VRBO customer support the day we were going to arrive to get check in information - this made for a stressful day.Overall, we had a pleasant stay once we checked in, but I would not highly recommend.

Quick getaway

Easy check in, prompt communication, great location. The loud neighbors abided with the 10pm quiet down rule and we never had any issues after that.

Loved the area and this apartment was so cute and clean. Minor issues with the TV and dryer but the amenities overall were amazing and I will definitely be back next time I’m in Kansas City! Highly recommend.
