Lovely spot

Great location with very nice outlook over the pools to the sea. Good to have laundry facilities and it was also handy to have new kitchen knives- so often knives have been in the dishwasher and are blunt!!! Apartment needs a little TLC which we reported on check out- shower door doesn’t close properly and shower cabinet leaks in the corners. Chest of drawers needs repair or replacement and we couldn’t use it. Would also be handy to have instructions on the aircon. Some of the symbols have rubbed off and we’re not sure we had it at best setting.

Apartment very large and well equipped. Very clean and everything as described, great location , booking via Duquesa estates very straightforward and would recommend them. Underground parking very tight and difficult to find on arrival. Exit door broken so we had to reverse the whole way back and go down another level to get out. Another day door to car park locked and it took us a while to realise the second key we had opened it . Park at front of complex if any places free much less hassle. Complex would be noisy in high season as very large

You cant do that

The property is very good, the urbanisation itself has changed for the worse. We will not use Marina de la Duquesa again. All week stupid rules and being moaned at by staff for really petty things. Children could not use swimming aids. I get not using inflatables and taking over the pool but a 7 year old was stopped from using a rubber ring to help confidence in the water.

Perfect location, disappointing outside furniture

We loved the position and the view of the apartment. The furnishings inside the apartment were good. When we left our bags in the office on the last day (the Saturday) the staff were really nice.

Lovely location and views

The location, view and size of the apartment were very good. Service was good, air con not working one day and bulb went in bathroom but both sorted the following morning. No washing up bowl. Poor selection of wine glasses. Extremely difficult parking space to manoeuvre into due to concrete pillars.
