Apartamento de 50 m2 de superficie con 2 dormitorios, cocina, baño y balcón, ubicado en el centro de Split, a pocos pasos del Palacio de Diocleciano y el casco antiguo de Split. El alojamiento también está cerca de todas las demás atracciones turísticas, a 3 minutos a pie del puerto y la estación de autobuses y a unos 5 minutos a pie de la playa de arena de Bacvice. El alojamiento es ideal para todos aquellos que desean permanecer cerca del centro histórico de la ciudad pero fuera del bullicioso centro turístico de la ciudad, especialmente en los meses de verano.
El apartamento es ideal para 3 personas, pero se pueden alojar fácilmente hasta 4 personas. El dormitorio grande tiene una cama doble grande y cómoda y un sofá cama adicional, mientras que el dormitorio más pequeño tiene una cama individual.
Además de las dos habitaciones, el apartamento tiene una gran cocina y un baño con inodoro, bidet, ducha y lavadora. Great place to stay

Very clean and convenient to walk to the centre and bus stations. Well equipped apartment, with ample supplies of everything you need. Tanja was very helpful and welcoming, going beyond anything that could be expected. We have never come across such thoughtfulness and kindness in any property rentals before.

Nice apartment in the center of Split

Our stay has been very pleasant and peaceful and the apartment was very comfortable. The only thing we could say is because there is no living room only balcony there could have been more comfortable chairs both in the kitchen and on the balcony. Otherwise everything was perfect and we recommend this apartment. The host was excellent and helped us in every way.

Das Apartment entsprach der Ausschreibung, war sauber und gepflegt und Dank Tanja haben wir alles Wissenswerte aus erster Hand vermittelt bekommen. Auch bei kleinen Problemchen war sie sofort zur Stelle und hat Abhilfe geschaffen. Die Lage super am Rande der historischen Altstadt, alles war fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen.

Wonderful apartment!

This is a spacious, clean and well kept apartment, within close walking distance to Old Town and the waterfront. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. Tanja was fantastic - she explained everything and gave us great tips for trips, etc. She was available to us at all times. I would definitely stay again if we return to Split.

Great apartment close to centro

The apartment was in a real Split neighborhood and within easy walking distance to the Green Market, Palace, and Ferry port. It was clean and pleasant. Tanja, our host, was very welcoming and helpful. She also booked our airport pick up for us. That all went well and was very much appreciated. We enjoyed dining at nearby restaurant Šug.

Schöne, geräumige, komplett eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr nah an Altstadt und Hafen.

Großzügige Wohnung in normaler Wohngegend, supergut eingerichtet. Wir haben selten eine so komplette Küche erlebt! Altstadt und Hafen sind nur 10-15 min.zu Fuß entfernt. Tanja hat uns mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps begleitet, sehr nett. Wir waren mit dem Stadtbus (fährt nicht unten am Hafen ab, sondern weiter oben, zu Fuß nicht weit) in Trogir und mit dem Katamaran in Hvar, Beides sehr lohnend. Großen Dank an Tanja und Umberto!

Spalato (Casa Vacanza 1041738, TOP LOCATION Appartamento nel centro di Spalato) Descrizione e fotografie dell'annuncio corrispondono appieno all'appartamento. Da non sottovalutare la posizione: la prossimità alla spiaggia, al porto, alla stazione degli autobus locali e di lunga percorrenza, ma soprattutto l'essere inseriti in un contesto cittadino vivo, autentico, di colore "locale" (come non essere affascinati dall'atmosfera mattutina del green market?), popolato e non solo da turisti. Al descrittivo dell'annuncio si devono aggiungere la funzionalità e la cura dei dettagli. Insomma una vera e propria filosofia dell'accoglienza che è raro trovare presso i proprietari di case vacanze. Utilissimi anche i consigli. Grazie Umberto e Tanja ! Paola e tutta la famigliola

Lovely property, great location and very attentive hosts

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable apartment very close to all the amenities. Well located only 100m from a local supermarket with the Green Market only 5 mins away and the Old Town and harbour the same time again. Although centrally located, the location was very peaceful and we had no issues with external noise. Despite high temperatures in the mid 30s, the apartment remained cool thanks to an excellent air conditioning unit. Indeed, the apartment was very well equipped and we particularly appreciated the large comfortable bed. Tanja was an impeccable hostess who made every effort to ensure our vacation was enjoyable. Her restaurant recommendations were excellent with Bakra a particular favourite - very lively during the World Cup! We also appreciated the recommendation of a direct taxi to the airport which we thought was good value at 30euros particularly as Josko, our driver, took safe delivery of our baggage on the final day as we had a late flight. We enjoyed visits to Brac, Trogir and Hvar Town which was glorious - only 1 hour by catamaran - make sure you take your swimming trunks! We would not hesitate to recommend this property to friends and family and certainly we would not look elsewhere if returning to Split. It more than exceeded our expectations..

Beautiful, spacious and conveniently located apartment!

We recently spent 8 days in Split and absolutely loved everything about it. The apartment was as described although even better in reality. Tanja was there to meet us and gave us loads of information about things to do. There was a problem with the satellite box which was resolved very quickly and it was great to be able to keep in touch if necessary via WhatsApp. The apartment is very well equipped with loads of towels, condiments, oil, Balsamic vinegar , a welcome (very welcome!) bottle of wine and water (although the tap water is drinkable). There's a huge bed which is extremely comfortable and just about everything else you could ask for. We had breakfast every morning on the balcony, which is small but perfectly adequate. We just loved it. The apartment is also very conveniently situated. There are 2 supermarkets about 2 minutes away on foot and the city centre (Old Town) is about 5 minutes walk. The sandy beach is about a 15 minute walk and from there you can walk miles to little beaches (no sand) but very picturesque all the same. A walk in the opposite direction takes you into the Marjan and there are beautiful Vista points. The marina at the far end of the 'Riva' (the waterfront) is beautiful. You can get a bus to the lovely little rocky coves of the Marjan. (no 12). And the palace is indescribably beautiful and so interesting. So many tiny streets and shops and ancient houses. We never tired of walking through it. We took the no 16 bus to Solana (Roman ruins in the process of being excavated) and the boat to Trogir- well worth a visit. Tanya will advise you of lots of other possibilities.We were happy to see a few places outside Split but found that in fact Split was the best place to be!

Central Location...Value for Money..Excellent hosts.

This apartment is ideal for couples wishing to be close to all the activity around the water in Split where easy access is afforded both on arrival and during your stay in this lovely area.We came to Split by Catamaran from Dubrovnik, and the apartment is only five minutes from the Ferry stop.The common theme underlying our visit was the attentive and professional hosts.They are always available if assistance if needed and communication is quick and easy using all interactive media.Special thanks to Tanya and Umberto for their assistance in making our stay memorable.

Wonderfully comfortable, quiet and convenient

We initially chose this accommodation because it was written that it is in a quiet street and that it was. Right from when we booked the accommodation both Umberto and Tanja were so helpful. They did so much to make our stay comfortable and provided us with all the touristy info that we needed. The apartment was very clean and had everything (and more) of what one could require for a long term stay. The beds were comfortable and it was so quiet, considering we were only a 5 minute walk to the center of Split. If we had a question we could contact Tanja and receive an immediate answer. She also gave us some very helpful sightseeing suggestions. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this accommodation. Thanks Tanja & Umberto.

Excellent séjour

Mes amis et moi avons passé un super séjour dans l'appartement d'Umberto et sa compagne ! Nous étions 4 et avons pu cohabiter sans aucun soucis (chambre très spacieuse, moderne, literie très confortable, salle de bain agréable, petite cuisine fonctionnelle et petit balcon/véranda suffisant). Etant sur place pour 7 jours dont 4 de visite et 3 de festival, nous recherchions un logement proche du centre ville, de la plage et du stade : l'appartement d'Umberto se situant exactement là où il fallait : 05 minutes du centre, 10-15min de la plage et 20 du stade. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et ont su nous indiquer des endroits pour sortir, se balader et manger. A disposition à n'importe quelle heure, il est très facile de gérer les horaires d'arrivée et de départ avec eux. Encore merci à vous et peut etre a bientot :-)
