Thank you very much for your comments Lisa. We are going to study each point that you indicate and decide if it really deserves that we improve any. The check-in service in these rooms is normally carried out by the guest himself. The reception and attention of our staff is something courtesy, and having someone who speaks English and give you information will not always be possible. In the description of the property you can read that there is no air conditioning and heating. We're sorry you had unpleasant weather, but most accommodations in Monteverde do not offer air conditioning or heating. In the photos of the advertisement it is well observed that there are no curtains. Many of the guests like it this way, you shouldn't expect this if it's not in the photos. In Monteverde we have several reserves and parks to admire the forest. For most lodgings, the duration to the park that you indicate is very similar. We are going to try to improve what you indicate and we also recommend you to study more the place where you are going to stay so that you are sure of what you are going to receive.
