Bienvenido al alquiler frente a la playa. Aquí nos esforzamos por satisfacer todos sus sueños de vacaciones frente a la playa.

Ofrecemos unidades frente de playa de vacaciones piso segundo y tercero con balcones privados que tienen vistas espectaculares de la playa, la bahía de Chesapeake y el túnel del puente de la bahía de Chesapeake.

Esta unidad de vacaciones frente de playa piso segundo tiene 3 habitaciones y 2 baños completos. Cada habitación tiene una cama de matrimonio.

Fun at Chic's

Loved the view, ships passing by, white sand that does not get hot hot. Clean soft beach, safe for every one. Restaurants nearby, walkable. No traffic to speak of. The host, Ed, was great

Beachfront Fun

The place could not be any more convenient. Steps from the beach and many great food spots, I could not ask for more. Ed, the property owner, was responsive. Definitely a place to return to.

Very nice beachfront condo

Besides the great location right on Chic's Beach with private access, one of the best things about this condo is Ed, the property manager. He is a very friendly, responsive, and involved individual who promptly took care of any request or issue we had. The condo is conveniently located in a nice neighborhood near a couple of decent restaurants and stores. The unit is pretty spacious with comfortable queen-sized beds, a large kitchen and living room area, two bathrooms, and a large deck overlooking the water. The kitchen is fairly well-stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, etc. There is a dishwasher, washer, and dryer as well as a large flatscreen smart TV. We would definitely stay here again!

Chic's Beach

We had a very nice stay. The weather was perfect and the beach was somewhat secluded so it seemed like we had our own private beach. My son brought his dog and she loved the water. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location

We had a great family vacation! The rental was clean and comfortable with a great view and just a short walk to the beach. The are was quiet and we barely heard the people that stayed in the unit above us! We will be returning!

Family vacation

Ed was great at communicating with us through our entire stay and responded quickly to any questions we had. Steps from the beach, and two resturants within walking distance made this stay perfect for our family. There is storage for your beach chairs, and great closet space in every room! Waking up to the waves and view every day eas so peaceful. Proximity to the bridge traffic was a concern at first but quicklu realized you barley hear the cars at all. Highly reccomend this place to anyone looking for a vacation at the beach!!! Family already asked to come back next year.

Perfect family rental

Great location and view, easy beach access and very walkable to several restaurants. Our group was me, my husband, our daughter and son in law plus their dog. The place isn’t huge but more than met our needs. Big deck with view of the bay. We were visiting family in the area so didn’t cook much but certainly could have. Beds were very comfortable. The owner was immediately responsive when I had questions and even left us a bottle of wine to ring in the New Year. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at Chic's beach!

We were a little apprehensive when we saw the bridge was so close to the condo but we enjoyed seeing the lights shine in the water. The beach was clean, quiet and the water was warm. The condo had most everything we needed and was clean but a little outdated. We expressed a few concerns when we got there and the property manager came over that day and took care of things for us which we really appreciated. We would definitely like to stay here again.

No Surprises

This property was exactly as described. The location although next to the bridge was still very peaceful. The owner was very nice and accommodating. Only negative is that you can hear everything from the upstairs renters. Unfortunately the folks above us were very inconsiderate and loud into late evening hours. Overall a great stay, I recommend this property.

Beach Vacay on the Bay

My family had a WONDERFUL week long stay. There were so many things to love. We loved that we could bring our dog with us. We loved that there was more than enough room for all of us. We loved that we got to watch the 4th of July fireworks from our deck. But, of course, what we loved most was the location. We loved being able to walk to a few great restaurants and a little convenience store, and we especially loved being right on the beach. We spent time on the beach every day we were there. Our kids asked if we could live there forever. We definitely hope to return and would strongly recommend to others.

Great Stay!

Location was great all around. Low traffic area on the road leading to the home. Location is about 20 minutes from Virginia Beach area but there are plenty of options close by as far as restaurants, breweries, etc. (Commonwealth was our favorite!) and there is a good resurgent within walking distance down the road thst we went to several times for a quick bite and for drinks. Beach walk was great since it was on our doorstep. A short walk through the dunes and you’re on a lowly populated beach where you don’t have to beat the crowd. The residence was clean and kept up well. Ed was a great host! He was available whether it was call or text and I would recommend this location to anyone! Thanks for the great stay!

Sufficient for the price

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The beach is great and uncrowded. Great for families. The condo is sufficient for the price point and was toddler and dog safe. The bridge isn't a huge detractor, but it does contribute some noise. The condo could use some sprucing up - a few of the plastic deck chairs are cracked, the mattresses are pretty minimal and the sliding glass door gives you a workout to open and close. Only 1 bedroom has floor space for an air mattress and the couch is in the very open common area, so I personally wouldn't book this condo again with more people than the beds will fit. They were putting up a sand fence along the whole beach while we were there, so I'll be interested to see how that changes the beach over time. We are sold on Chic's beach and will be back again.

This is a property is MUST stay!!

I had never booked with VRBO and was a bit apprehensive . However, I jumped in with both feet and had the best experience. The communication with Ed was fantastic. Shortly after booking, I had several questions. He always responded, immediately or at least within 24 hours. (I was probably annoying). The property description and details are exactly as listed. Ed's check- in process was so simple. As soon as I entered the unit it was exactly as the pictures online showed! As I began to settle in, I did notice a couple of things. One was TOTALLY my error. I did not read Ed's email properly. Ed specifically said to bring your own beach towels, bath towels, beach chairs. Well, I remembered what he said about the beach towels and beach chairs but I didn't remember what he said about bath towels! I came via airplane to VA Beach/Chic's Beach. Needless to say, my first outing was a trip to Target. The other thing that surprised me was that several items of clothing and a couple of bathing suits were left in the bedroom drawers. I had assumed the unit would have been checked/inventoried in between guests. Those things were just minute. I had the chance to meet Ed at the end of the week. He stopped over to say hello. Personally, I think it is nice to be able to meet the owner and for the owner to meet their guests. All in all, it was a fantastic experience. Ed has a beautiful home that he shares. Should my travels lead me back to Chic's Beach, Ed is my first call!

Beach front with nice location and view

This is very close to the bay bridge tunnel. However the entire family though it was a nice part of the view/landscape. With the white noise of the ocean you never hear the traffic. The interior is a bit aged but well cared for. Would definitely stay again if Virginia Beach is in the vacation plans. Much more relaxed than staying in the resort area. Also found Ed the property owner to be very pleasant and friendly in communications.

Amazing location

We had an incredible stay here. There are a few quicks as you will see in other posts. (Beds sink in the middle) overall it was a great stay. Being able to walk to the beach daily and leave items out as we could see them was amazing. The beach here is never over crowded and week days we practically had it to ourselves! The bridge gave great shade coverage on days when we had had too much Sun. My husband enjoyed fishing right in the backyard with our kids. The deck has amazing views of the sunrise (direct) and the sun set we were able to view from the water many nights. We traveled with another family and our kids. We were able to enjoy the deck when kids were in bed and that helped to keep our sound away from them. We saw dolphins playing and fish jumping daily! 100% I would stay again.

Great location and clean unit

Our stay was great. We enjoyed the nice and quiet beach front unit. The location is great. The place is very clean and Ed responded very quickly with any questions I had. The only things need a little improvement is the mattresses and the kitchen. They are all clean but the mattresses are pretty old and caused back pain after a week stay. The kitchen is also clean but the pan was burnt so I had to go to get a new one for cooking.

vacation at Chics beach

We found the beach house comfortable and convenient for enjoying the beach. Loved the balcony to watch water for ships and dolphins sited as well as watching birds. We enjoyed the convenience to drive to many nearby restaurants and to the boardwalk at Virginia Beach. Agree with others that cookware could be updated. Overall very comfortable and quiet space.

Pretty good

Location is very nice. Bridge is not a problem. Beach is clean. Kitchen is tired and needs upgrades. Mattresses were a problem, old and very uncomfortable. Actually went home a day early and the mattresses were a primary reason.
