The place was very well appointed and clean. It is a great place for a family tasty. We enjoyed the pool too. Th only negative was the noise in the day from the traffic off the main highway. It was quieter at night though. we liked that it was also close to food and things to do. There is a nice trail that you get access to.

We’ve stayed in the Crossing community several times as we enjoy the proximity to everything. It’s a short drive to the beach, restaurants and the Tanger outlets. This unit was located very close to the pool which was ideal.The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans and dish ware. It was decorated nicely and comfortable.overall, a very nice rentalA few comments for possible improvement… the first floor bedroom and the second bedroom did not have any type of dresser or chest of drawers for your clothes. While ample closets, it was difficult living out of a suitcase. Also, the garage was not usable to store all the beach equipment. Hooks on the bathroom doors or walls would be good to hang your towels, clothes

It was wonderful. The location was a great spot. Very close to everything i needed. I could even walk to the beach but I drove. I had a little difficulty with locking the door but, I figured it out with the help of my son. I would have liked to have a deadbolt on the door.

Great house rental, but inconsistent communication with REMAX

The townhome itself was great and each bedroom having its own ensuite bathroom was ideal. The location was good with lots of shops around. We never had an issue with Ubers or getting stuck in beach traffic. We left for the beach by 9:45am each day and had no problem finding parking at the beach. A few negatives: - The washing machine in the rental was broken. The machine only filled up with water and never completed a full cycle. - The fridge took a full entire day to cool. - We were not able to control the thermostat to go under 72 degrees. - The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it when we arrived. - The REMAX property management team was nearly impossible to get in touch with. Over the course of a couple months between the time I booked the reservation to my actual reservation period, I called with questions and never once got a call back. I only got in touch with someone at REMAX after three, four, five attempts at calling and someone eventually picked up. When we arrived at the townhome, I called REMAX with some of the concerns stated above (I also called about sand on the floor and the couch). I eventually spoke to someone at REMAX the next day and we were able to clear up all the issues. REMAX sent over a cleaning crew to the house, but did not ask if me if I was okay with that. Personally, I would have liked to be asked by REMAX if it was okay if a cleaning crew could come over and enter the house or at the very least, be given a heads up.

Everything promised and more. Amazing location with great views and decor. Wish i knew about the closet full of beach equipment before we left Didnt make use of the beach but happy it was on-site Will definitely recommend and return

Great place, location

We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space for the four of us to spread out. We loved the screened in porch. The location was very convenient to Rehoboth and Dewey beaches, stores and restaurants. The only thing that we didn't expect having young kids was that only two bedrooms were on the top level and the third was on the first floor. The listing mentioned that but we didn't notice so just flagging for parents with young kids. We made it work though and would definitely stay there again.

Nice place, highly recommended

Location is great, stores, restaurants, beach within a few minutes drive. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, kitchen has utensils, plates, coffee filters, but guests will need to grocery shop for the staples. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place close to everything

We really enjoyed our stay for the week, house was clean and organized. Great location too. Unfortunately we had a couple of issues. The living room TV would blink constantly and was pretty unwatchable. So we moved an upstairs TV, downstairs for the week. Smaller but worked. Then a few days later the basement shower door fell off the track, which was dangerous for my 76 year old mother in law. Again, not fixable and appeared to never been attached properly. I called management about both these issues, and on separate calls but received no call back. I do understand that these things do happen in rentals, it was just unfortunate and annoying.

Enjoyed the easy access to multiple lovely easy riding bike trails in and around Rehoboth, Lewes, and Cape Henlopen. The community gym consists of a tiny room with 2 unmatched free weights, a treadmill, stepper machine. The pool was small but fortunately not over crowded most days. The house was as listed, nice kitchen and screened in porch. Beds comfortable. Overall enjoyed our stay

Great trip to the beach

This town home is perfectly located just outside of Rehoboth Beach proper. The location lends itself to being in town or staying out of town to shop the outlet stores. The home was comfortable and quiet. Even though it was beach season and the neighborhood seemed to be full, it was relatively quiet. We had a blast and will consider returning to this location.

Thanksgiving family gathering

New property. Had a problem with dirty bathrooms. This seems to be a problem with the cleaning company being used based on previous reviews. It was easier for us to clean it ourselves than call Re/Max. Had issue trying to get fireplace working. Advertised as having one, but it never worked. Called Re/Max multiple times and never got any response. I kept hearing "I'll check with the owners" and never got a response back. I asked for $50 refund for not being able to use the advertised amenity and never heard back from Re/Max. The property is nice and close proximity to everything. The management company, Re/Max, is not doing the owners any favors by their level of service.

PERFECT!

I’ll keep it short. YOU WANT TO STAY HERE!!! My Family and I had an absolute blast at this property. Conveniently located to anything and everything. Only knock is the gym is outdated but I brought my own gear. We’ll be back (Arnold voice)!

Great townhouse and location

My husband and I rented this townhouse with our son and my mother-in-law. The property was super clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans, utensils and we all had plenty of space. My mother in law appreciated the ground floor bedroom so she didn’t have to climb two sets of stairs to the other bedrooms. The mattresses are soft but still comfortable. We had a few questions and the property manager was very easy to get a hold of. The location of the townhouse is great - no more than 15 minute drive to downtown Rehoboth beach, it is close to several good restaurants, a water park, grocery stores, and also easy to get to Lewes. There is also access from the neighborhood to the Junction & Breakwater trail which is really nice for walking and biking.

Excellent Stay

Awesome time! The house was cozy and perfect. The only downside was that we purchased the linen package but none of the fitted sheets fit the mattresses. The property manager was great with responding and I understand this is managed by a third party, however, that was a lot of money to spend on sheets we couldn’t use and we weren’t offered a refund. Lesson learned!

We loved the location. The house was spacious and nicely decorated. Loved that everything was newer and everyone had their own bathroom. Just a few things missing...the downstairs bedroom had very little lighting. The main light in the living area was also out. The dining room light was missing bulbs but we were able to replace them. The bathrooms could use hooks for towels.

Clean, spacious and great location

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this rental. It was a great centralized location with great amenities around. The rental was very clean and had plenty of room for everyone. We will definitely hoping to be renting again. The rental had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation.

Great stay in Rehoboth

The condo was very large and spacious for the 6 of us. There was some water damage in one of the top floor masters but nothing that bothered us. Other top floor master’s toilet had some flushing issues but we seemed to fix it. Short drive/uber to the beach and boardwalk was amazing! Would most likely stay here again.

Fantastic property

One of the most clean rentals I’ve ever been in. Check in and check out were seamless. Access to a miles-long bike and running path right out of the community. Listing notes two beds in one of the bedrooms, but one of the beds is made up of folding sleeping pads. Other than that, it is even better than is advertised.

perfect get away

We absolutely loved this place! The location is close to pretty much everything, short drive to the beach and restaurants. The house it’s self was bigger than expected which was perfect for 5 adults and 2 kids. We spent so much time out on the inclosed deck. Would defiantly stay here again!
