Esta unidad presenta nuestro diseño de piso Sandpiper, con más de 900 pies cuadrados de espacio para expandirse durante sus vacaciones en la playa de Destin. Hay mucha privacidad para aquellos en el dormitorio principal, con un baño principal privado para su conveniencia; Las literas del pasillo y el medio baño adicional son excelentes para los niños y sus padres, ya que proporcionan un espacio separado para que cada uno rejuvenezca y tenga un tiempo de inactividad individual. Esta unidad también cuenta con un colchón Tempurpedic de alta gama en el sofá cama para mayor comodidad de los huéspedes. Este condominio puede acomodar hasta 6 personas.

Tough To Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit itself could definitely use more living room furniture. Only one loveseat and a chair. Also has carpet which was odd to me at the beach. Bunk bed mattresses are very heard but sleeper sofa extremely comfortable. Upon arrival late at night we discovered there were no linens for the couch bed or cases on the pillows. Then first time we used the bathroom toilet started overflowing with sewage. Had to use all our clean towels to clean. On the plus side I was HIGHLY satisfied with the customer service of the rental facility. We called as soon as they opened the next morning and literally within an hour they had us everything we needed and the toilet fixed. The staff was EXTREMELY kind and nice. All in all probably wouldn’t stay in this specific unit but 100% would stay in another unit with this company

Condo near the beach

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo area was nice but the room itself could use some upkeep. The chair was ripped, furniture was old, and the carpet in the living room was pretty stained. The toilet clogged very easily and had to be unclogged every other day. The room would have been big enough for a couple and two kids max, no way 6 people could stay there. There was no storage space for luggage or a usable closet. While the description says smoking is permitted (we thought on the balcony would be ok) but it was only allowed outside by the front door of the condo building. This was an ok condo, not great...but it was much cheaper than staying in Destin. 3.75 out of 5

Condo disappointing but outside property was good!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is very outdated and furniture and carpet are dirty and worn. We were told we could use the amenities if we arrived before our room was ready. We got there about 10 AM and called the number provided and they said we could not use the pool on that property but we could use the one at the Villas. We asked if there was somewhere we could change and she suggested we go to Whale's Tales - that'a a restaurant on the beach. That was her only suggestion. We went there to at least use the restroom and ended up paying almost $10 for drinks just so we could get in. Later we found there was a convention center with restrooms right next door that she failed to tell us about. We drove around the Villas and never found a pool. We finally walked to the beach and came back and sat in the lobby and waited on our room. It was a waste of the first day. We got in the condo and discovered multiple light bulbs out and none of the plugs in either bathroom worked. I called maintenance and they came and replaced bulbs and a GFI plug. The next day the battery ran down on the thermostat and the air quit working. I called maintenance again. They came and fixed it. The next morning a toilet would not flush. I called maintenance again. They responded quickly each time but I shouldn't have had that many problems. The plug by the bed didn't work either but I didn't bother calling about that by the time I discovered it. I was surprised that the kitchen was not stocked very well either. I realize you won't have everything but there's not much. There was no dishwashing liquid at all. We had to go buy that. We had a good time using the beach (chairs and umbrella included was nice) and the pools are very nice. We were just surprised that something this expensive wasn't kept up better. The property was kept nice outside of the condo but the condo needs a lot. On the way to the beach, you did have to pass multiple garbage dumpsters and the awful odor they gave off.

Didn’t care for the late checkin due to the property not being cleaned.

The experience renting this property was a little unexp due to a lack of communication and wait for the unit to be available.

Cleanliness was poor

Upon arrival, the room was was somewhat dirty. I cleaned all counters and bed linens when we arrived just to make sure. Then we noticed dirty dishes still in the dishwasher. Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. With the current pandemic, this should be a priority. I did notify the management and they said would relay information to the cleaning crew, but at that point it was too late.
