The white sugar sands of Miramar Beach await just across Scenic Gulf Drive from this ground-floor condo at the Tradewinds. Spend your days collecting seashells at the beach, swimming in the emerald Gulf of Mexico, and lounging poolside in the Florida sunshine.

This condo sits on the garden level of the Tradewinds Condominiums, a manicured property with an outdoor pool and sundeck at its center. It's enviably located across the street from both a beach access point and Pompano Joe's, where you can enjoy fantastic seafood on the gulf-front. A number of other attractions - including the Emerald Bay Golf Club and the Silver Sands Premium Outlets - are within two miles.

Come home from the beach each afternoon to unwind on the garden patio, which is beautifully situated at the edge of the lawn and within sight of the pool. It's a lovely spot to dine alfresco with a view of the sunset.

The interior is open, comfortable, and centrally air-conditioned. Toss the day's swimsuits and beach towels in the washer/dryer, and grab yourself a cold drink from the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
