Beautiful attic with lift - surrounded by terrace - free WiFi fiber connection

ONLY MEDIUM TERM RENTALS - The apartment is on the 5th floor of a renovated building in the center of Barcelona, steps away from Parallel, "Broadway" style area. It's a super bright attic, and it's surrounded by the shared roof terrace: you can have access from the door next to the apartment and enjoy the view of 270°. Metro stop Parallel is 50 meters away, from which you can easily reach all crucial spots in town. Be a city dweller with a view!
There's a lift from the first level (one flight to reach it) and another flight of stairs from the 4th floor to the apartment level. Super quiet and silent, even though is one of the most centric locations you can get!

The bedroom has a wardrobe and drawers, and extra space under the bed where luggage can be stored. The room is compact but well arranged, in order to maximize storage space. The bed is equipped with bed linen, towels, blanket (2 for a medium season and cold season).

Plenty of light in the apartment, as all rooms have windows to the outer terrace, protected from the outside.
There is a/c in the living room and in the bedroom, with two separate splitters.
In the bathroom (with shower) you will also find a bidet shower and more drawers under the sink. A hairdryer is included.

There is a washing/dryer machine, an iron and ironing board.
A vacuum cleaner is provided as well as cleaning utensils to maintain the space clean and tidy.

Smart TV (with Google Chrome), Bluetooth connected HiFi and fast Internet connection complete the extras.
