Minimalist design in a lodging restored by arquitects in a private flat, in a neoclassic style building, situated in the hearth of the Gothic quarter, closed to the cathedral in the old centre of Barcelona. Lodging with private bathroom, kitchenette, dinning a private studio-apartment. Free Wifi.
Common area only available in short stay. For long stay rentals we rent only the suite-studio.
No friends or visits admited, only renters are admited. Please, respect the other guests and neighbors.

Prices& rentals: From November till February Low price monthly rental (min stay required). Rest of the year rentals are per month. (expenses for single use, double occupancy with expenses increase only)

You could admire bulidings such as Palau de la Música, Santa María del Mar church in Born quarter or visit the Picasso's museum at 5 minutes on foot. Walk and "get lost" by the narrow and antique streets and discover marvellous places of this city. Ramblas 5 min on foot.

Public transport: metro L3 Green, L1 Red, L4 Yellow and bus (downstairs)
Direct transport to airport (5 minutes walking)

Entrada (Check-in): De 14:00 a 16:00 am los días laborables aunque INTENTAMOS establecer la entrada dependiendo de vuestra llegada al aeropuerto o a la ciudad. Si el mismo día de vuestra llegada salen otros huéspedes, el alojamiento no podrá ser ocupado hasta las 16:00 (el tiempo necesario para la limpieza del mismo).

Check-in: Check-in: From 14:00h till 16:00h working days but We TRY to fix the check-in depending on your arrival time to the airport or to the city, if it’s possible. Nevertheless, if the same day of your arrival other guests leave, the lodging can't be occupied until 16:00h The time that the landlord needs to clean it for you.

Late/early Check-in is charged with an extra cost of 25-50 Euros. From 20:00 till 23:00, 25 Euros. From 23:00 till 00:30 or between 08:00-10:00 is charged with an extra cost of 50 Euros.
Special conditions for check-in weekends, local holidays. and 24th-25th-26th-31th Dec and 01st-05th-06th Jan and Summer.
Salida (Check-out): Hasta las 10:00 am
Late check-out: If on the day of your departure other guests do not come in, the accommodation can be occupied until 19:00, with charges.
