As usual, we had a lovely time during our stay. The condo was clean, in good condition, and had a beautiful view from the balcony. The Seascape property is quiet, well-maintained, and secure. I always appreciate that the other guests/owners are friendly and considerate.

The dryer needs to be updated because the lint filter is bent and allows the lint to collect in the drum and is clogging the holes which is a fire hazard! The kitchen sink drain started leaking the pillows need replaced.Overall it was clean but there are updates needed to get a better rating.

Overall great location and about 10 mins walk to the beach. The condo was clean, but i wish there was more than one roll of paper towels, 2 trash bags for use, and a small bottle of dish soap available for a 4 nights stay to use. There was no hair dryer to use as well. Be sure to pack that. Overall i would stay again.

Fairly standard condo stay experience.

I wonder why I had to pay $10 to park my small motorcycle trailer in the overflow lot. Had my wife and I driven two cars, would we have to pay $10 to park the second car? Hmmm...... The condo unit was very nice, clean and well kept. The entire property grounds were very well maintained and had adequate security personell. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Disgust and disappointment

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property advertised a king, queen, bunk bed and pull out sofa to sleep 8 ppl. The queen bed was not present, it was a full sized trundle bed instead. This put a major cramp in our plans for sleeping arrangements. All furniture was garage sale quality and kitchen appliances were outdated. The fridge had mold on the water/ice dispenser. There was a dirty sock and other debris on the floor and our water went off on the last night and was never restored so we could not shower after the beach! Gross! The best part about the property was the location. The owner should be ashamed at the condition of the property. I paid $1479 for a large MOTEL, not a condo. We came with a group of 23, the other units were beyond acceptable compared to Unit 2107.

Our view was amazing from our balcony and the breeze felt so nice! We were there for a baseball tournament and it was a convenient place to stay thats close to both complexes. The only thing I recommend is providing more trash bags for trash when ppl stay for longer than 2 days! The kitchen only had 1 extra bag and the bathrooms had none! Thankfully I had Walmart bags to use for those and the extra trash we had in the kitchen. Other than that, great place!

I understand, if I was the owner it is probably difficult to update when you know others may abuse the furniture. The beds were comfortable. However, whoever was in the condo above us every night around 10:30/11:00 sounded like they were on and off moving heavy furniture. The building and outside were well kept. I felt very safe in the area. I would stay again

Excellent Location, Unit was Lacking

I have been going to Miramar Beach and Destin area my entire life. The location of this building, in my opinion was perfect. The grounds and condo buildings are well maintained. Just in process was poor. We arrived at check in time only to sit outside our unit for close to an hour waiting to get in. The property's main walk to the beach was also out of commission. That would have been nice to know ahead of time. Upon arrival we were informed that there were active Covid-19 cases in the building, again would have been nice to know ahead of time. The unit sits on the 21st floor with an awesome view. My only issue was everything in the unite was low grade garage sale furniture, beds, dishes, etc. Take your own pots and pans and utensils to this unit. During my rental process I listed two cars. I only received one parking pass and had to pay extra to get another one. Not a big deal, but why not just charge me the extra during the rental process if you know im bringing two cars? You have to wait for the HOA office to open to get the pass. The workout facilities are good, however you must walk clear across the property to some old dilapidated build, which is a huge safety violation in itself, to get the card only to walk back to your building to go to the gym. All in all, I would certainly stay at this property again, but not this unit. There are two buildings, Aerial Dunes 1 and Arieal Dunes 2. We stayed in 2, I believe that has a better view of the beach. There is also a little bar on the property with live music on the weekends. That was a nice touch and the food served is good. The restaurant staff is awesome too.
