Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Silverware was dirty in drawers. Floor was dirty and sandy. Furniture was broken on Lanai. Lanai floor was dirty & stained. Living room furniture was full of sand. Plug covers needed screws. Black mold on floor around tub. The place needed a good cleaning..

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The only thing I will say is I wish the condo would have had decent patio furniture, a few more washcloths, a laundry basket and a crock pot. Other than that it was great. Thank you!

Worst Experience EVER!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived the night before Thanksgiving to meet family. Check in and room smells funny. Track odor to mold growing under sink. Contact maintenance and they move us to a new unit. Room has no toiletries, one single fork, hadn't been cleaned and weird green streaks dripping down walls in bathroom, dirty sheets and furniture. We went and bought our own cleaning supplies and washed all the dirty sheets and towels. Contact maintenance again, they threw a garbage bag on counter while we were out to eat with a few packs of dishwash powder. Our daughter refused to stay in condo so she stayed with a relative in a different property. Finally spoke to a manager on last day of stay, after talking for an hour Joanne was gracious enough to issue a partial refund that amounted to a 3rd of what we paid. We travel extensively and have never experienced the level of filth and disfunction we received here. The only redeeming thing about it was that the manager Joanne did seem to listen, care, and try to make amends, unfortunately a quick relaxing holiday with extended family flown in from new jersey turned into frustration and having to go back and forth to different properties so that we were only apart from our daughter at night and we knew she was safer in a clean environment with family.

Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean with the exception of some sand by the sliding glass door on the ground; it’s the beach though, so I assumed it is a bit to be expected. The master room bed was not the most comfortable, was a hard mattress, but overall the stay was pleasant. We would stay here again!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Staff was very friendly. This was our first time in the miramar/destin area. The unit was not very clean...there was hair on our linen and really gritty floors so they came and cleaned and gave us fresh linens. The unit in general was not in a clean and nice looks old and outdated. Buildup and crud in the corners of the walls(especially by tub), paint discoloration as if someone sprayed something and the color is running down the walls. The main bed is really hard and ton of dust on the ceiling fan(I had to stand on the bed to pull the light cord and i saw the dust). Couch is very stained and worn out so I literally sat at the kitchen table. On their site it shows a leather one but this one was cloth material. If you are just looking for somewhere to lay your head and plan to not be in the unit... .you may not care but I'm a visual person and I just couldn't get comfortable because it just didn't seem too clean. Easy access to the beach....just walk across the parking lot.

Good location

Great location honestly, not to bad going up and down the elevators wasn't to bad of an issue. Place is as advertised however the furniture was different when we arrived and my daughter haf sand in her bed so was pretty upsey about that and there was issues with pull out bed. This is a basic condo need updating or a lower price.

I asked a person the works in the building to let me in the gym and she didn’t let me in eve though I had my bracelet on me. I didn’t like that. Anyway the building is clean it looks good.
