This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo sleeps 6 and is located across the street from the public beach. You are just steps to the sugar-white sand and beautiful, emerald-green water of the Gulf of Mexico.

Our place offers a spacious one bedroom with a queen size bed, hall bunks, & queen sleeper for up to 6 guests. Enjoy our beautiful pool and Jacuzzi as well as walking distance to shops, restaurants, and nightlife.

Please note - there is no elevator in this building

Good times

The property was clean. The views were great. Only a few steps from the beach. The property manager responded promptly to my text. I have no complaints. Would stay here again.

Summer breeze - good view!

We had a good time and management was responsive, but there were a few little things that could have been better. Cons - the decks were being renovated before our visit so I think they hadn’t had a chance to put the porch swing back up. The blinds were thin, so we had car lights coming in to the living rm & bed rm all night. Water was not heated in hot tub for the duration of our trip. There was no headboard attached to the bed like the pictures showed. Pros - can’t beat the location, great view of the beach from unit, had everything we needed in the unit for our trip! Just wish the things like the headboard, hot tub and porch swing were operational because that is why I picked this one.

The pictures on this listing is so deceiving. This place was not cleaned well and the bed is not comfortable at all. Dust is built up on the ceiling fan and when I turned the fan on in the bedroom, dust flew off into the bed. The listing needs to be majorly cleaned and the place needs to be updated. The couch was old, the tvs are small and old and you can hear everything I’ve you while trying to sleep. Overall, would not stay at this location again.

Wonderful view, but not relaxing...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a 3/5 stars! And I’m sure next time I stay it will be 5 stars. But, every morning I was there, I woke up to construction noises. Sometimes it would start at 7 am... I am on vacation, I do not want to wake up to all that noise. I stepped on a nail, through my shoe, while walking to my car. The gentleman were blocking the stairs with ladders and tools. It just did not feel very safe. I wish someone would have warned me about this construction happening right outside the front door. It was an awful surprise. Hopefully next time I stay it won’t be happening, or someone will warn me.

I have compiled a list of issues with the condo. Family Vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We adore Destin, Miramar Beach & SummerBreeze. We stay here at least once a year, sometimes more. This was not our best vacation there. This was our first time renting from Beachview. Based off of this experience alone, we won’t use them again. For starters, our unit was not ready on time. This would’ve been okay if the ladies cleaning hadn’t been so rude. They were rude when we tried to enter, didn’t bother to provide an explanation & told my husband & son in law to just leave our luggage outside the door. I went up to see what was going on & explained that we had small children with us. Only then was I told that the unit would be ready by 5:30, an hour & a half later than check in. The day before we were scheduled to leave, cleaners entered the unit & I received a call asking why we hadn’t left. I had to explain that we had asked & paid for an additional night weeks earlier. On top of that, our door code no longer worked. I called customer service several times before I received an email with a new code. These issues may seem minor, but when you’re traveling with small children it’s really inconvenient. I’ve never had any problems like this renting from VRBO, Newman Dailey or Chico Properties. Lastly, this unit wasn’t as nice as some of the others. Very few cooking utensils, no free beach setup & my son in law actually fixed a kitchen cabinet door that was hanging off.

Pre-summer getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The outside deck was a favorite for us in the morning for breakfast. The kitchen is nicely supplied. Comfy bed, shower had good water pressure. Pool/hot tube well maintained. Plenty of parking and super close to the beach. We did arrive a little early, management team replied quickly w/a txt to go in, and did reply promptly to questions. I had issue w/TV in evening getting to the DISH stations instead of the stream stations. A txt from the team did help to get the local stations. In-house book needs update as there was no pool gate key, but covered info well.We loved this rental, look forward to staying again.

Family Vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my 5th time staying at Summer Breeze and my 2nd time staying in this unit 201. I was very disappointed at the condition of this unit. For spending $3000 for a 1 bedroom it should have been maintained much better, which tells me the owner is not making improvements. First off, I really enjoy spending time on the balcony which overlooks the beautiful beaches. The chairs were falling apart from rust. We had to be very careful when we sat so they wouldn't fall apart. With the money spent on this place the owner could at least invest in better chairs that are not falling apart. The wood on the railings is starting to rot and while we were there, a crew was installing support beams throughout the entire complex. We did notice that the balcony leans a little more than it's supposed to. Some of the lamps in the unit didn't work because of burnt bulbs, the bathroom sink wouldn't drain properly, the ceiling where the ac vents are have mildew stains, the top rack of the dishwasher was broken almost falling out, and the icing on the cake was I had a pair of cockroaches meet me in the morning right next to the coffee pot, and no, I didn't leave any doors open. To say I am highly disappointed is an understatement. I most likely will never stay here again. If tourist are paying this much money, $3000 a week, which is $12,000 a month, I don't understand why this particular unit looks this way. Please put some of that money back into your unit!!!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures are deceiving. This is a dark,dismal place. The building is very old and the inside hasn't been remodeled in probably 30 years. Don't plan on cooking; 1 small pan ,no pots and not 1 sharp knife. The beach was a short walk,but it is a public beach access so the beach was extremely packed.The bed was so uncomfortable my sister and I took turns sleeping on the couch and we left a day early and checked into a had an intense musty smell and the door to the balcony would only stay closed by using the dead bolt.

Family Trip

Our family of three had a great time in Miramar Beach and enjoyed our stay at Summer Breeze #201. Everything was clean and we had the necessities. Even with being close to the road it was not overly noisy. The views are fabulous!
