Este es Majestic Sun, un complejo de condominios de lujo situado en Seascape Golf, Beach and Tennis Resort. Cada unidad cuenta con 180 grados de impresionantes vistas panorámicas perfectas del Golfo de México. Este condominio es una unidad de esquina de tres dormitorios / tres baños, que puede acomodar hasta 10 personas. Great location and beautiful condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall very happy with our stay! I do have to say they were apparently out of washcloths so our family of 7 had none for the duration of our stay and had to go and buy them. Also 2/3 of our sinks were not draining, although housekeeping did fix one of them. It was a great location and beautiful condo. We overall loved it!

The towels and wash cloths are provided a 1 1/2 times the number of guests a unit sleeps. Vacation Rental do not have daily housekeeping service. Washer & Dryers are in each unit and two laundry pods are provided.

Things I liked-quiet, close to the beach,customer service Things I didn’t like-No hairdryer and no mention on the website that there would be no hairdryer. But I have to mention that when I called about it someone brought me one , No icemaker in the room, the master bedroom door is rusted shut. The room is a bit tired and dated

Thank you Barbara for your comments. Although hairdryers are not a required item for the owners of the units to provide, we do ask them to do so. We do keep a few on hand if needed.

Needs Repairs and Deep Cleaning

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was the correct size and pictures were accurate; however, there were a few maintenance and cleaning issues. Neither sink drained in the master bath. One was better than the other but still not good. The coffee table was broken. The floors were DIRTY. All our socks were black by the end of the day. There were clumps of hairs from previous renters under the beds. We wiped down the counters upon arrival due to being unclean.

Awesome location! Unit was also clean. We had 2 safety issues we were assured would be fixed, and they never were. Who I assume was maintenance walked in and looked and one issue and walked out. He never returned. One issue was a pole on the balcony could be completey pulled out as it had come loose. The other was the deadbolt on the front door not functioning. Most people want that additional lock for additional safety. As a guest, you have no idea who has access to the door code. Traveling with a 4 year old autistic child, that lock was essential for her safety. We had to go out of our way to ensure she didn’t access that door with the deadbolt not functioning. She can push those push down handles, but cannot operate locks. This situation was explained to the host. With that being said, I’d probably still stay again. For any future renters, be cautious with kiddos on the balcony and be sure to check the railing.

EIGHT WIVES NEEDED A VACATION

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location, Location Location. Majestic Sun is right on the spot to rent. We didn't see the need to wait till 4:45 to get call to check-in. Condo was not cleaned or mopped. We prayed they changed the sheets. Dust was so thick on the a/c door, we had to clean it. That dust didn't happen overnight. Overall, Condo was Beautiful. I would rent again just thought to inform owners need to check your cleaning staff.

It’s ok

•The host never once replied to my messages. I ended up calling Seascape, our check in packet was not in our room up on arrival •The toilet ran non stop. I did message the host, but no reply •The road between the beach and condo is loud and car alarms go off all through the night. As well as ER sirens. Which was something I never thought of. •It could use an update for sure, all the beds squeak and the lighting is not very bright at all.

Another guest below us/near us smoked marjiuana constantly making it very difficult to enjoy sitting outside. My grandchildren nicknamed your guest “the skunk”. We were unable to slide the LR/DR door open for access to the balcony. Maintenance was called Thursday afternoon but did not show until a 2nd request was made on Friday. He said after attempting his best to open it, Man it is really stuck. Let me go talk to my boss and I will be right back. He never returned. My 2 adult sons was eventually able to open on Saturday. The size of the condo represented by the pictures was very very deceptive, misleading. The living dining and kitchen area were extremely small for 10 people. The living room seating was for 5 people. The sleeper sofa was an absolute disaster to be advertised as a queen size bed. The coffee table was broken. A support brace fell off a dining table chair. The unit was advertised as a new updated condo. ALL THE LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM AND KITCHEN POTS AND PANS NEED REPLACED. The elevators doors closed too quickly and several guests hands were caught or almost caught. Pushing the doors open was extremely difficult. The view and the pool influenced the booking. Although to say there is 5 pools. Very misleading statement. The staff on the other end of the “help” line were ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! They all deserve a raise. They are your best PR!! The cost of the unit against the “other cost”??? I think I paid more in “other costs” than the unit cost. Thank you.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The penthouse condo we rented was taken from us and we were offered $100 to change to Majestic Sun A1112. This unit was in complete disrepair. The dishwasher was falling out of the cabinet. The hot water was impossible to find. The place was filthy. I’ve never received my $100 and a once responsive rep from Seascape has gone quiet. Go AirBNB folks.

Great Family Vacation

Overall, we've been coming to Majestic Sun, Seascape for over 15 years. The resort, Majestic Sun, does need some updates. Elevators always seem to have at lease one down per building, stairwells and overall complex could use a good cleaning and update. Overall, I'd stay again and the unit was very nice.

Staff was rude on the phone and not helpful when asked to supply linens that weren’t in unit upon arrival. The cardinal rule in customer service is to make the customer happy and no attempt was made. There were no rugs or doormats of any kind to wipe your feet on. The bedding and pillows were horrible - worse than staying in a motel 6. One bathroom didn’t even have a shower curtain. We were provided one trash bag for a 5 day stay and minimal tiny towels. Take better care of your rentals!

The condo could use more towel racks or hooks in the bathrooms for hanging towels as there was only one small rack in each bathroom. We would recommend this condo for sure.

Majestic Sun Unit 112A has been sorely neglected

Reviewer Comments: Overall, Unit 112A has an air of neglect and not being well cleaned and maintained. The pictures posted online are old pictures, although I am glad the dining room table and chairs have been replaced.I had to clean the unit and wash all the dishes before I could use the kitchen. I am disappointed that there is not more care shown to make sure the unit is cleaned and maintained between stays. I know there is incredible pressure on Seascape to get the units turned over for the next guest, however, me having to take time out of my vacation and clean something that I am charged a hefty fee for is unreasonable. My lasting impression is I would not voluntarily stay in this unit again unless there are some updates done to alleviate the air of genteel poverty that permeates the unit.

It was spacious, with a fantastic location and a gorgeous view of the beach from the balcony. For the huge cleaning fee we paid, the condo was not very clean. Also, my first stop was Walmart to purchase more toilet paper, more paper towels, dish soap, dish rag, dish towels, etc. The furniture was not very comfortable and the balcony furniture was very rusted with a chair that was broken and unusable. That being said, the location was awesome. They just need to get a better cleaning service and up grade their furnishings.
