We're thrilled the location, view, and Cabana Café pizza made for such a memorable trip, and we're so glad you've enjoyed the Latitude Gift Shop over the years. We also appreciate your patience when the indoor pool was closed for the storm, and we're glad the team could help point you toward other options for your little one. We do want to address a few concerns directly: Mold in the showers: This is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we're sorry the master shower in particular was in poor condition. We're escalating this with our cleaning team immediately so it's addressed before the next guest arrives. Wobbling ceiling fan: Thank you for flagging this — a safety concern like this needs prompt attention, and we'll have it inspected and repaired right away. Early check-in: We're sorry you didn't receive your codes at the promised 1:00 PM time. The 1:00pm starting window is our goal, but sometimes due to maintenace or housekeeping, we cannot meet the time. Other notes: We'll also look into extra blankets, a clearer remote guide for the double bedroom, and options for adding a door to the bunk room for better sound/light separation.
