The apartment has three bedrooms (lotus, star and little), a comfy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a private laundry area. All the rooms has windows to the exterior.

- The Lotus Bedroom -
In this charming place you will find the peaceful and the energy of the lotus flower. With a comfortable queen size bed,a desk with a chair, a big wardrobe, and two useful commodes.

- The Star Bedroom -
With a double wooden bed, a desk with a chair, a useful wardrobe and.. a star to remember that this bedroom rocks!

- The Little Bedroom -
People say that "all good things come in a small package" and this is exactly what happens with this lovely little bedroom. Has everything you will need during your stay: a comfy bunk bed, a desk with a chair and.. of course! A wardrobe to unpack your luggage.

- The living room -
With a comfortable sofa bed, a new 32" TV, a table and four chairs.

- Kitchen -
Fully equipped with microwave, a new fridge, an electric hob, and all the things necesary to make our stay as comfortable as possible (pans, toaster, bowls, cuttlery...).

- Bathroom -
With bathroom sink, a wc, and a bath tube to use ir as shower.

- Laundry area -
With a washing mashine and iron .

Perfect for young travelers or students whom wants to discover the wonderfuls of Málaga. Car no needed. Just walking to the historic city center.
If you want to live in the Central District, just 10 minutes walk from emblematic places such as the Plaza de la Merced, the Picasso Museum, the Alcazaba or the Roman Theater this is one of the best options. Nice and cozy apartment of 71 m2 located a few meters from Olletas fountain on the same main street. Bright. With lift.
Surrounded by all kinds of shops and services: supermarket, pharmacy, post office, bank branches, Domino's Pizza, West Pizza, La Canasta bakery, driving school, El Ejido University Campus, sports courts .. With taxi and bus stop in front of the portal (lines 1, 37, and C1).


HOUSE RULES:
* Please, after accepting your reservation, tell us the exact time of your arrival.
* NO NOISE after 22:00!!
It is very important to respect the neighborhood. You can have fun as long as you are respectful of others, especially at night and in the early morning. In common areas please be respectful.

* Respect the environment, it is the legacy that we are going to leave to future generations, so please do not leave lights on unnecessarily. Unplug the heaters after you are done using them.

*You can not put electronic devices other than we provided for your stay (for example extra radiators, etc ..)

* NOT STRANGERS!!!

Only people that appear in the reservation (and given us copy of their ID/Passports) request can stay in the apartment.

* Check in from 20:00 has an additional cost of € 50.
* Let us know at least 24 hours in advance of the exact departure time.

* Please, do not smoke in the apartment. If we detected you smoked you could be charged 100€ por additional cleaning costs. Pets are not allowed.

* Please leave the apartment in the same condition in which you found it. Otherwise, you must pay € 50 for cleaning costs.

* Loss of keys has a cost of € 50.

Failure to comply with any of the aforementioned rules may cause cancellation of the reservation and immediate eviction!

* And lastly, the most important rule, we wish you the BEST STAY YOU HAVE EVER HAD !!
