Bienvenido a la Ventnor "sólo Beachie" Home. Esta hermosa casa de la vuelta del siglo fue completamente renovado en 2017. Un amplio 6 dormitorios, 2 baños completos, incluyendo ducha al aire libre, tiene mucho espacio para toda la familia, incluyendo mascotas. La casa "Just Beachie" cuenta con un gran diseño con un baño completo en cada piso de vida, 4 habitaciones bien amuebladas de tamaño queen y 2 amplias habitaciones con camas individuales y literas; Capacidad para 14 personas cómodamente. Todas las habitaciones tienen zona de aire acondicionado. La cocina totalmente equipada puede satisfacer cualquier necesidad de cocina y suficientes asientos para grupos grandes para cenar. La casa tiene dos grandes porches / cubiertas frente y atrás y un amplio patio trasero con mucho espacio para asar y comer al aire libre. Gran ambiente para sentarse y escuchar el barrio tranquilo y los sonidos de las olas del océano. Sólo dos cuadras de la playa, a 5 minutos de UBER, Jitney o en coche a la emocionante Atlantic City, a 5 minutos de Margate ya 15 minutos de Ocean City.

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at this family friendly beach house. Plenty of space for multiple families to stay comfortably. Easy check in and good communication with owner.Plenty of kitchen items, beach items and linens for the 2 weeks. Great location, quick access to the beach and all the restaurants and shops in the area. Cons:Window units- the older ones were not efficient for the heat wave. And they all seemed to have mold/ mildew.Cleaners missed some areas that I cleaned in the first day or so of being there.

Very clean and easy to communicate with the owner. It is as they describe it in the listing! It’s close to Beach restaurants bars whatever you need is in walking distance. Great host! Will definitely be using this for our next golf trip. Very satisfied!!!!

Great week at the shore!

We stayed at Kimberly’s and had a wonderful week. The location was great not too far from the beach, plenty of bedrooms for everyone, and a large yard for hanging out. Kitchen was stocked, linens towels and beach gear included. Was very happy with our stay. Internet worked good, was able to sign into apps on the tv, and the grill worked without issues. The gate on the kitchen to keep the dogs there without crates is perfect.

The house has 6 comfortable bedrooms and great outdoor backyard space. We also enjoyed hanging out on the front porch. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and utensils. The house does not have central air but several window units kept it comfortable.

Stay

It was nice and the owner of the property was a phone call away. We just found the place to not be as clean for all the money we where paying. We did find mold in a bedroom drawer, filters for the AC units in each room was not cleaned, dust everywhere. The grill wasn’t cleaned. Those are just a couple thing. All in all, we had fun and the size of the house worked for the family we had staying there.

Wonderful family and pet beach getaway

Host communicated well and was very helpful at all times. House is as advertised, clean, well stocked, quiet part of Ventnor just a couple blocks from beach and boardwalk. Tvs, grill, various charging hubs, and ac units work great. Casinos are a bike ride or short drive away and convenience stores 1 block away. Would stay again!

We had a great family vacation! The host Kimberly was very responsive with questions prior to booking and check in, etc. and we did not have any issues with our stay. We appreciated having 6 bedrooms and enough space for our large family, as a 6BR home was very hard for us to find. The home was updated, clean and as described. Something we think could improve the home would be an enclosed outdoor shower, but we appreciated the outdoor shower having hot water. Thank you Kimberly for a wonderful week!

Delightful Home / Highly Recommend for Groups

Three families converged for two amazing nights and the house was PERFECT. Clearly the owner understands it's the little things (like a potato peeler in the kitchen or outlet location near the beds) that make for a truly lovely experience. The beach chairs / umbrellas / towels / etc. were a huge help. The kitchen cabinets are labeled with what goes where! A lovely experience all around.

stress-free stay

We had a wonderful stay even w/ a rainy Saturday, but Sunday's beautiful weather made up for it. We had one of the most stress-free stay at the shore since all the rooms were neat and clean, all the bath towels and beach towels were available, clean and fresh and placed so nicely on the beds. The kitchen dishes and utensils were plentiful for our large party while the pots and pans were numerous and large enough to service a large group. You provided everything: from toilet papers to paper towels to kitchen towels to condiments and oil for cooking.....we brought our own but didn't have to use any of them, but the most appreciative thing about this stay is the fact that we don't have to bring our own sheets and towels, and we don't even have to wash all of the provided sheets and towels before we leave!!! You don't know have many places charged us cleaning fee and yet we still had to do all the washings before we leave... Everything was in working order, plenty of seating at the dining room table, all the kitchen drawers were labeled, there were tons of hooks in every bedrooms; beds, pillows, sheets and towels were of good quality, everything you said you would provide were there and we didn't need to contact you for anything. I consider that a great stay.

Two weeks on the shore

The house was great for a two week vacation on the Jersey Shore. House was fully equipped with everything needed and the owners were more than accommodating. Our children and grandkids really enjoyed the experience. We would definitely stay at the house again!

Family Beach Vacation

There are several things in this home we believe would benefit to improve the property: - A house with 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for 14 people would greatly benefit having the outdoor shower enclosed. - The front porch furniture should be more comfortable and needs to be replaced. The back porch furniture was comfortable and we would recommend similar furniture for the front porch. - The dining room chairs are metal and uncomfortable to sit on. They should be replaced or have pads on them. - The two burgundy chairs in the living room are very uncomfortable to sit on. - The upstairs bathroom needs a place to store toiletries at the claw tub shower instead of using the bathtub floor. It’s very difficult to get in and out of the tub to get those items during the shower otherwise. The downstairs bathroom has a place for toiletries in the shower. Along with the suggested improvements above, the following things we encountered are in need of repair: - The railing on the front steps was wobbly, unsafe and not useable. It needs to be secured. - The gas grill at back yard takes longer to cook food and needs servicing. - The clothes dryer was useable at only one setting and needs servicing. - Screens don’t stay in the screen doors. - Doors to bedrooms do not stay closed. Although it’s not the owner’s fault, unfortunately there is construction on the house next door which makes the front porch of this home unusable in the mornings due to noise and saw dust particles blowing. The front door needs to be kept closed during that time for noise control, dust and odors from the construction.

This was a so-so experience for us. First the positives. The house was roomy and the first floor was great for older family members. The negatives: Be aware that there is only street parking with limited spaces and each time you take your car out you may need to park it blocks away. The front screen door was ripped when we arrived, the backyard area needs a weedwacker, be aware of no central AC, and the TV in the upstairs kids bedroom had no signal. The only place to walk your dog with a grass area is 6 blocks away. Overall the parking situation caused daily stress. The tile in the kitchen was broken. We would not rent there again.

Family Beach Vacation

The property was as described in the listing. It was very clean and welcoming. All bed linens were provided, which was very nice. Not all rentals provide this. Also, beach towels and bath towels were provided, which was great! Beach chairs were also provided and the backyard area was very nice with a deck on the second floor and picnic tables and a corn hole game on the ground floor as well as an outdoor shower. The two rooms with bunk beds were excellent for my grandchildren and came with TVs which was helpful. Two things that could be improved were the second floor bathroom had a claw foot tub with a shower curtain all the way around. There was no place to put your shower things (soap, shampoo, razor) and was not easy for giving younger children a bath. The second thing I would change is I would add a dishwasher. Not having a dishwasher with so many people was not ideal. Overall we enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had, and very helpful with providing information about the area. We would definitely stay there again.

Family Reunion

We had a great stay at Just Beachie! The house is a little dated but served it’s purpose for our family get together after being apart due to COVID. The check in process was easy and the owner was very responsive to all of our texts. There was a small issue with one of the bathroom showers; we contacted the owner and she promptly sent over a plumber to fix it. The owner was great and made every effort to make sure our stay was great! Thanks Kim!!

Great place to stay at shore!

We had a great few days at the shore at Ventnor City. The house was very clean and easy to move right in with linens/towels, beach chairs; disposable kitchenware provided by landlord. Friendly neighborhood of locals to give good advice for restaurants. Easy walk to beach or short drive to OC boardwalk.

Great stay in Ventnor

House was convenient to the beach, boardwalk and Ventnor/Margate happenings. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. House had most everything we needed plus plenty of beds to sleep in for our crew of teenage boys. Area out back was awesome for a bbq with friends. We really enjoyed our stay!

Nice Quiet Place.

We went for a guys weekend away. 9 of us had more than enough room. The back patio is an awesome hangout spot. Kimberly is very friendly. We had no problems and would stay again in the future.

I am a dental hygienist who decided to invest in a shore property to rent to others because I love the beach so much and Ventnor City is a hidden gem! Two years ago I started coming to Ventnor and just fell in love. The people here are really nice and friendly, none of the big city rat race. The neighbors around the "Catch a Wave" house have all owned their homes for 25+ years and are big on watching out for the neighbors. I love to travel, but will be spending most of my summer just sitting on the beach. I hope you will as well.

This property is newly renovated a great 6 bedroom, 2 bath spacious home and sleeps 14 (10 adults max). This allows extended families to come together for special events when each family's home is too small. Groups of adult friends can get together for reunions and special birthday's, anniversaries, etc. The house is convenient to everything any only two very short blocks to beach. Only a 5 minutes walk tops! The house comes fully stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and all linens. You only have to bring your luggage and your free time!

There are multiple places for guests to relax both inside and outside this home. We have an extended living room with two seating areas, huge dining room table that many can enjoy eating at. The front porch sits high above the street and has ample seating for relaxing morning, noon and night. The back porch and patio are oversized and perfect for "grilling and chillin" after a fun beach day. The outdoor shower let's you rinse off the kids before they come in the house.
