My family and I enjoyed our Thanksgiving weekend in this amazing waterfront!! The house was clean, spacious, and everything was provided to make our 4 days feel like we were home!! The pictures on the listing do no justice because the views and morning sunrises were absolutely beautiful!! The host was very accommodating and even offered recommendations!! This stay was easily a 10 out of 10!!

The rooms had no TVs. Just the master bedroom and downstairs.

The place was nice but it was a 4 bedroom and only the master bedroom had a tv. The other 3 rooms didn’t.

Wonderful Family Stay in Atlantic City!

We recently enjoyed a fantastic and quaint New Year's celebration with our immediate family of seven adults and an infant at this lovely home. The location is perfect – close enough to the casinos for easy access to entertainment, yet far enough away to offer a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.The house itself is spacious and clean, providing ample room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their own space. The kitchen was well-equipped, although we opted to dine out for most meals.The highlight for us were the stunning water views from the balconies on the first and second floors. These provided the perfect spot for leisurely mornings with coffee while everyone was waking up.The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, with the second-floor bedrooms offering private balconies and ensuite bathrooms. The third-floor bedrooms were also generously sized and shared a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The additional full bathroom on the main floor ensured that everyone could get ready simultaneously without any delays.Thank you, Herbie, for sharing your beautiful home with us. Your excellent hosting service, including your prompt responses to our questions, made our stay even more enjoyable.

A wonderful Getaway

My family drove up to visit our family and explore a bit of Atlantic City. The accommodations of this bungalow were just what we needed. The description in the listing is just right. But to actually be in the property was relaxing and beautiful. It's good to know there are four floors. The bedrooms are on the two top floors. The neighborhood was quiet. It took under 10 minutes to get to a casino. The host is very communicative and kind. We would definitely stay here again.

Good place to stay

The place is nice as described in the website. It was well cleaned before our arrival. The views are awesome from the balconies. The wifi connectivity was really good. The host was very prompt in communication and quickly responded. The kitchen space is big and with lot of cutlery. This place is nearby beach so easy to drive. There is only 1 parking for this place and others can park just 2 lanes before this place which is a 2 minute walk. Couple of things to keep in mind which is not mentioned in the website. There are 4 bathrooms, one on the 1st floor near the kitchen. But there is a jack and Jill bathroom not mentioend in the website, so people in 2 bedrooms have to share it. Main problem is it cannot be locked from inside. Also the bedroom doors cannot be locked from inside, which sometime create inconvienece.

Shout Out To Herbie & His Wife!

Me & my bridal stayed to celebrate my bachelorette. There were 7 of us. The house was so clean, homey, and spacious. Had everything you needed. Herbie the Property owner was quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. Communication is key. We had the most amazing view of the water. There are FOUR decks! We spent time on each one. & caught every direction of fireworks! Having 4 bathrooms was all 7 girls could ask for! We can’t thank them enough & hope to go back again next summer. 10/10.

Great house, dicey location.

It was very inconvenient that the street was flooded about 2-3 inches when we arrived in the evening. Thermostat was wifi adjustable with the owner having full control, they did set the temperature to our liking but after a little back and forth texting. Conveniently located close to the water but it was dirty water and the deck was private so we couldn’t access it. Overall nice house, poor location even though it was close to the water.

Nice location and nice house, but needs some maintenance

Check in was easy and communication with host was great. The house was clean. We needed to get some paper towels, but otherwise well stocked. There were several things that needed maintenance. For example the master bedroom showerhead is held on with zip ties. Upstairs windows are broken and with a label saying don't use because they are broken. The kitchen cabinets are falling apart. The air conditioning worked very well, but we did have an issue with not having control of it. The host has the thermostats locked and you have to text him to change the temperature. This was an issue for us because we had young children in the upstairs room and we discovered that room got very cold while the rest of the house was comfortable. Lastly we didn't like the camera in the entryway. We understand the need for security, but a camera with a microphone should never be inside a short term rental unit. Overall we enjoyed the house and the location, just wished the house was better maintained for the amount we paid to stay.

Beautiful home!

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend and it was everything we thought it was going to be. Beautiful view of the water, close walking distance to a fun outdoor bar, and close to multiple casinos. 10/10 would recommend!

Nice setting

The house overall has everything and the communication with the owner was prompt. The only miss that I think it should be resolved somehow is the idea of TV/ Cable omission. If the weather (high tide and such) cannot be prevented the clear advertise of TV/ Cable should be fixed..

Great location and host

Herbie was a wonderful host to rent from. He was communicative and responsive to any and all inquiries before, during and after my stay. The property itself is very well kept and offers some beautiful views of the marina. Conveniently located for any and all casinos. Was nice to stay in one place all together as opposed to separate hotel rooms and having 4 bathrooms for 7 women really came in handy. Five stars across the board!

The view from the porch was amazing and we got to catch some fireworks at night time! Plenty of room for everyone. Correspondence with the owner was great. No complaints.

You will love the neighborhood! This is a "Hidden Gem" area of Atlantic City, known mostly to locals, it has a relaxing private vacation vibe, but it's still in the center of the AC action! Great water views, boats everywhere with Casinos in the background! Fireworks from the balcony all summer.

Close to several waterfront bars and restaurants. Great Location! Awesome water views on both sides of the home, very unique! Balconies, lots of marina, and harbor activity with views of the nearby casinos! You can hear the live music from the Deck and the Golden Nugget Marina from the balcony!
