Bienvenido a nuestra casa, este espacioso 1 dormitorio 2 baño completo condominio fue remodelado en marzo de 2017, nueva cocina, pisos y muebles, incluyendo una cama queen. Te encantará las comodidades y la ubicación. Exuberantes jardines, múltiples zonas de barbacoa, 2 piscinas, canchas de tenis, todos situados frente a la playa (kamaole Beach Park II). Un montón de restaurantes locales y tiendas de alquiler / actividad todos a poca distancia, hay una gran ruta de senderismo situado cuesta borde.

We have stayed at the Banyan for 18 years. This unit for the last 4 years. Never a disappointment and this year the groundskeeping was above and beyond. Whole resort has been refreshed. It was 5 weeks of heaven (2 storms notwithstanding). Mahaloh

Great time, great place!!

We just returned home from spending a glorious 3 weeks in H310. The room was quiet and comfortable. Maui Banyan is the best place to book your next vacation in paradise--you won't be sorry!

Recommend

The Lanai was very nice, clean and cozy. It was spacious enough for our family of four. There were all the necessary amenities. It's close to the parking lot and really close to the beach, even a walking distance to many of the stores and cafes. The host was always quick to reply to our messages and easy to communicate with. I recommend the stay.

Another great holiday

We stayed for 5 weeks this time and have booked 6 weeks for next year in this unit. It has everything you need in site and close to many restaurants, a convenience store and great beaches. The owner lives nearby and makes herself available when you have questions. The bed is super comfortable which is a priority for my husband. Looking forward to next January already.

30th Anniversary Maui 22

Very much enjoyed the Banyan and Unit 310 as we did in 2016. The unit has been nicely modernized and is well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

A week in kihei

Great condo and great location. The keypad did not initially work when checking in and sandy was quick to respond in fixing it. The location is superb with great snorkeling across the street and a lot of dining within walking distance. The condo has been nicely renovated and would happily stay there again. It was spotless when we arrived

Already booked for next year

First time with this owner but 16th stay at this resort. The unit has everything you could want, except a tea kettle, but seriously so well stocked. A few questions or needs came up and Sandy was right on it. Can’t say enough good things. Because we return every year the relaxing atmosphere is a must. We have already booked for 5 weeks next year. The bed is a dream and always the biggest decision maker for my husband.

Perfect for family of 4

Family with 2 teens found this rental perfect for our week in Maui. Location was spectacular, unit was very well appointed and beautifully decorated and lots of room and storage for all of our stuff. 2 washrooms and a large pullout for teens ensured everyone was comfortable. Pool, hot tub, parking and beach were all super convenient. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect!

We’ve stayed at many condos in Kihei and all have been nice. This one was definitely the best we’ve ever stayed at. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We’ll definitely be back!

We loved both the location and the home! It was so cute and spacious for my husband and I!

This was a great space that was well stocked with everything you could need! Sandy was very responsive and so great the whole time we were there if we needed something. Overall, we would definitely go back and rent this space again!

Great condo, great price, great location

This is a perfect condo for a stay on Maui. Beautiful inside and out and well equipped. Walking distance to not overly crowded beaches or restaurants, even during the holiday. Quick feedback from Sandy when there were questions.

Excellent location. We have visited Maui several times but especially enjoy the Kihei area.

My husband and I love our trips to Maui. We have enjoyed many family gatherings in the Kihei area. Sandy and Tony’s home was very comfortable, well stocked and in a perfect location. Very easy check in and out, nicely updated.... perfect for our needs. Thank you!

Nicely Remodeled Condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The finishings were very modern and very nicely done. There is a washer and dryer which was very nice. We were happy to find beach chairs and an umbrella in the closet. Entry and check-in check-out directions from the owner were great. The only problem was that we had to leave. The parking lot does give some extra noise but you can close the doors and turn on the A/C if needed. The grounds are well kept with nice plants and flowers. Very nice beaches are just across the street. We appreciated this very nice place at a reasonable rate. Thanks!
