Villa Sunset is a large contemporary villa set in the heart of San Antonio Bay. The house is set over two levels with two totally separate self-contained apartments on the ground floor. Villa Sunset has a large private pool and plenty of space to sunbath, bbq and relax with your friends. They say its all about the location on your doorstep numerous amenities

The Space:

Villa Sunset is designed on two levels with two self-contained apartments on the pool level and three bedrooms on the first level. This house is ideal for large groups / families looking for privacy yet holidaying together.



You enter the villa into a spacious hallway which leads to a large open plan lounge (with comfy sofas and widescreen TV) and the indoor dining area. From the lounge you have a “L” shaped balcony with outdoor furniture overlooking the pool. The first of three well equipped kitchens in located on this level with all the appliances you would expect to find including dishwasher, coffee machine and large fridge/freezer. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar and another separate balcony – idea for breakfast in the sun.



The Master room offers a large double bed, ample storage space, a TV and a private balcony with pool views.



The second room has two single beds (which can be converted into a double) and ample storage.



Bedroom three has two single beds (which can be converted into a double) and ample storage.



The master bathroom has a large corner bath, shower, toilet, bidet and double sinks. There is also a separate toilet on the first level.



Apartment one offers an open plan lounge (sofa / TV) / kitchen area (Hob, oven, washing machine) leading to a spacious double room and another bathroom (Shower/toilet)



Apartment two offers an open plan lounge (sofa / TV) / double bedroom area which then leads on to a another kitchen with separate entrance. Here is also a separate bathroom (Shower/toilet)



Note the Villa has 7 beds as standard with the Single beds able to convert to doubles. Extra beds may be available on request



There is a utility area at the entrance to apartment two where you will find another washing machine/dryer.



Guest Access:

The villa is your own, you access to all areas of the house



The Neighborhood:

Villa Sunset is in a prime position in San Antonio Bay. Hid away in its own very private grounds yet within five minutes' walk from the house you can find a wide range of amenities. A large supermarket, numerous restaurants offering all cuisines, cafes, bars and a great local cafe opposite - ideal for that strong Spanish coffee.



Other highlights, within a very short walking distance include: -



Kumharas - a laid back sunset venue with a hippy vibe. Offering Thai style food, evening market stalls and live music.



Can Pujol - a simple yet delicious fish shack, known as one of the best in Ibiza.



Port des torrent is a 10 min stroll and here you can find a stunning beach and a mid size water park - ideal if you have children



A car is not required for this villa. There are frequent bus and water taxi services along the bay and into San Antonio. For those who enjoy a stroll San Antonio bay is a very pleasant walk with even more attractions ie mini golf, family fun parks, cafes, bars, restaurants and beaches along the route.

In order to keep the cost of the villa as low as possible we ask that if Aircon is required a small in resort supplement of 125€ is to be paid on arrival

Eco Tax is payable on arrival at 2.20€ per person per night

For peace of mind this villa has a monitored alarm system with camera detection. This is only activated once you set the alarm and leave the villa.
