Apartamento acogedor en primera línea de playa en Valencia

Apartamento nuevo, situado en una zona inmejorable. Por un lado se encuentra a unos metros de la tranquila playa de La Patacona, de aguas limpias y arena dorada, y por otro lado podrá visitar de forma comoda y sencilla la ciudad de Valencia.

El apartamento de 52 m² consta de salón-comedor, cocina office, un baño y una habitación principal. Cuenta de todos los electrodomésticos para facilitarle su estancia: micro-ondas, tostadora, lavavajillas, lavadora-secadora, plancha, secador de pelo, TV 40', reproductor DVD, MP3, ... así como el menaje necesario para 4 comensales. Dispone también de sofá cama.

El apartamento esta en el entrepiso de un edificio moderno, con conserje, y que dispone de una zona común privada, donde podrá tomar tranquilamente el sol, o disfrutar de momentos inolvidables a la luz de la luna, con el mar como sonido de fondo.

Olvídese de coger el coche, ya que dicho edificio se encuentra en una zona muy bien comunicada, con autobús a 50 metros, que podrá dejarle en el mismo centro de Valencia. Cuenta además de un sinfín de servicios a menos de 200 metros: restaurantes, pubs, farmacia, panaderia, gimnasio, jardines, .....

Si lo desea podrá alquilar bicicletas para sus desplazamientos, a un precio inmejorable, y que le serán entregadas junto con las llaves.

Fantastic clean modern apartment in a great location. Everything you need for beach days and handy for transport links to town. Loads of places to eat nearby and facilities to cook your own in the well equipped kitchen. The supermarket is only a 5 min walk too. Will hopefully be back!

This beach apartment exceeded our expectations! We spent four weeks here, alternating between beach days and city days. It was a great place to come home to after the hustle and bustle of the city. The beautiful beach is well maintained and there is an abundance of restaurants immediately next to the condo building. The large shared terrace was a huge bonus to enjoying the promenade and the beach scene. We did not need a car as the bus was very convenient to all parts of the city. The grocery store is less than a five minute walk. And the cafe-bakery across the street is very good as well. Toni is an excellent host, who is eager to share information about the neighborhoods, restaurants, and markets. The apartment is well appointed with good quality kitchen ware, bedding, and towels. It was a dream vacation for us, and I hope to return someday!

Good spot by the beach.

Great place to stay. Right by the beach. The restaurants and shops are super close. We walke to marina a lot in the evenings, 25 minutes with a slow pace. Eveything you need is there.The city centre is about 6km, we walked a couple of times, it was perfect and also took thebus, very easy to get to. Toni is a great host, his intro and communication was good and clear. The kitchen is enough for cooking, we cooked our food most of the times, some of the pots and pans were slightly old so I bought a big pot, I told Toni about it and he paid the cost which I was very surprised.We stayed for a week, I would recommend it. Thanks Toni.

Great apartment!

Although it was windy, cold and sometimes rainy, walks along the beach and promenade were enjoyable. Easy access to old town and local sites. We came in the day of the big power outage. Our host checked on us to make sure we were ok. He also shipped my wife's earring she had lost in the apartment. Thanks Toni!

THE PERFECT BEACHSIDE GETAWAY

I spent four nights in Valencia in a one-bedroom omn Patacona Beach. It was perfectly situated: a short stroll to the beach, plenty of restaurants and supermarkets, and easy access to public transportation. The host, Toni, was phenomenal--even allowing me to check in earlier than usual because I had such an early flight arrival. He checked on me throughout my stay and answered every question--from which bus to take to get to where, what restaurants he had heard were good, should I see a flamenco show (his answer: no, too touristy!) and how to turn up the heat when it got a bit chilly at night. The apartment and the building itself were clean and the neighborhood was safe for a woman traveling alone. I enjoyed my stay immensely.

Beach stay

The apartment was clean, well equipped with all necessary appliances and could not have been in a better location. It was right on the beach, close to great restaurants and grocery shopping. The owner Toni explained everything concerning the apartment, gave us lots of advice about restaurants, things to do and always replied when we had a question. Juan, the concierge, was so kind and helpful when we needed assistance. We would most definitely stay there again.

Fantastic experience

What a great base from which to explore everything Valencia has to offer. Comfortable apartment. Fantastic location. Lovely neighborhood and convenient for any services you might need for a weekend or a month. Toni is a great host and has terrific advice for getting the most from your time in his beautiful city.

Excellent apartment

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is just as advertized, modern, well equipted, in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Located on the beach with a bus stop out the front door and grocery store, bank, restaurants, etc. nearby. The owner is very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this property.

Excellent all around

The hospitality begins with Antonio, he was very helpful, great communicator, and made checkin very easy. The apartment is in wonderful condition, the pictures are accurate, all was clean and very good condition. The apartment has a diagonal view from the side of the building of the sea. A nice closed in, large shared patio space overlooking the Mediterranean is on the entire back of the building. There is a fabulous boardwalk that run about 2 miles to the base of the Valencia port and another 2 miles back. On the weekend I caught an arts festival there. Loved the location, easy to get to city center. Suma fitness around the block and a shoutout to the local bakery/coffee shop across the street.

Great apartment next to the beach

We had rent this apartment for twelve days this summer. It is well located in the north of Valencia only a few meters to the beach. The contact to the owner Toni was always very nice. For example he gave us good information about Valencía (e.g. bars, supermarkets, restaurants for good paella, public transport). The apartment is very modern and has everything you need. We had a great time at Valencia and Costa Blanca and we can really recommend this apartment.

Great apartment next to the beach

Perfect place for vacations

We were very happy with apartment and location. Definitively would recommend it to friends and family. Apartment is clean, spacious and very well maintain. Steps to the beach, beautiful terrace. Owner Toni was very nice, helpful and informative. Provided us with all, very useful information. Even made a call for us to our next destination since our phones were not working there. If we will be back in Valencia, definitely we will be booking with Toni. Thank you

Top of the top!

Definitely the best address in Valencia! 5 stars is not enough for this apartment. Clean, well soundproofed, modern and cozy at the same time. Perfectly located - right next to the beach, overlooking the sea. The surrounding area is very quiet and safe. There are a lot of various bars and restaurants around the apartment, and a large store is 3 minutes' walk away. Not having a car is not a problem - there are bus stops close to the apartment, which take you to all the most important attractions in Valencia. The owner is very nice and helpful, you can count on his support throughout your stay. It was a perfect holiday that I will definitely repeat. I couldn't have chosen a better place and I recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend an unforgettable holiday on the Mediterranean Sea.

6 week stay February/march

Excellent location, 10 mins from several bus routes, 20 mins walk along the front to tram, literally right on the beach, 5 mins from consum supermarket. There are restaurants, bakers, fruit shops all within walking distance. Very comfortable, spacious apartment, kitchen equipped with everything you need, linens provided. Lovely terrace out the front, with tables and chairs. Toni the owner, responded very promptly to booking and any questions, also when the washing machine stopped working, it was replaced with a brand new one within 2 days, he was available when needed, also giving privacy. There is a little wear and tear on the sofa but this doesn’t stop use, and the website photos are correct. I highly recommend this apartment, we were there for 6 weeks, enjoying Las Fallas which was amazing. Valencia is a beautiful city, with a great, cheap transport system, also as a lady going out and about on my own, very safe. The beach area of Patacona is a lovely area, clean beach with eating places. As I said, Toni was very helpful, with information and booked a taxi for the airport, thank you Toni, your apartment helped make our stay in Valencia special.

Amazing Extraordinary Awesome rental place, location and owner, Highly recommended.

This being my first non-hotel rental vacation I was worried. But Toni (the owner) was everything and so much more as the other reviews mention. He was personable, polite, on time, very helpful with advise and no worries. To being with the building has excellent security, not that you need it, the lobby and common areas are so well maintained and polish clean, the concierge who is at his desk by the door morning to evening is very kind and helpful as well. The building is a very quiet residential building...no loud noise and everyone is very polite and respectful of the noise, property and common areas. From the lobby you walk out to an enclosed common area private patio with table and chairs that overlooks and is literally 5 steps onto the beach. The beach is beautiful, clean and pristine sandy sand, the water clear and clean. The people on the beach are wonderful nice and clean. The walk along the beach is full of beautiful delicious local restaurants that I highly recommend thanks for Toni's suggestion, we ate here 3 times..."CASA CAREMELA" though they are only open from 1-4pm And its worth changing your vacation plans or getting off the beach to eat REAL PAELLA made on open flames. Excellent restaurant. The apartment is on the first floor though it does not face the beach it is a beautiful well maintained clean nicely decorated apartment. Simple and open concept for a couple. The bathroom has a really nice shower massage, and washer dryer, comes with dishes and pots pans etc for the kitchen. The bed is comfortable and clean, with sheets, towels and a closet to hang all your cloths. You have a hair dryer and iron, board. Many small market to buy food along the street to cook or take out. Excellent I was spoiled by the experience and hope to come across more apartments and owners like Toni in the future. Thank You Toni for making a short stay in Valencia on Patacona beach is awesome experience. We will have to come back one day to stay longer. loved it, highly recommened.

Hemos pasado la Nochevieja en el apartamento y la experiencia no ha podido ser mejor. Apartamento muy limpio y cómodo para dos adultos y dos niños. Restaurante, bares y supermercados en la zona. El anfitrión Toni muy atento en todo momento. Volveremos sin duda.
