HERMOSA LISTA CON ACCESO PRIVADO A LA PLAYA !! El complejo Sugar Beach es un complejo familiar ubicado en las hermosas playas de arena blanca del Golfo de México. Nuestra casa adosada de 2 habitaciones es parte de Sugar Beach, que es un complejo íntimo en forma de U con una piscina climatizada justo en el centro. Hay solo unas pocas unidades que comparten nuestra impresionante playa, mientras que los resorts cercanos tienen más de 200 unidades que comparten su playa.

Si bien nuestra unidad no tiene una vista del golfo, la playa y la nueva piscina climatizada están convenientemente a solo unos pasos de distancia. También tiene la ventaja de un patio privado completo con mesa, sillas y sombrilla. ¡Obtienes lo mejor de ambos mundos al aire libre!

En el interior, puede relajarse en nuestro plano de planta abierto con cocina, comedor, sala de estar (con un tamaño completo) y medio baño en la planta baja. Arriba, tendrá acceso a un dormitorio principal con cama king y un segundo dormitorio con dos camas queen. Una cama supletoria está disponible bajo petición. También arriba hay un baño grande con tocador doble y lavandería de tamaño completo. Cable gratis y WIFI están incluidos en toda la unidad.

No tendrá que traer nada, ya que hemos pensado en todo y lo hemos incluido para usted. Incluso tenemos películas y juegos para su disfrute. Navarra es uno de los secretos mejor guardados de Florida ... DISFRUTA!

We had a great visit to Navarre. The place was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, and even little extra toiletry items. Loved having a private patio with grill and plenty of chairs to chillax and enjoy the night air. Thanks again from the great Commonwealth of Kentucky!

We loved it. Short walk to the beach. Very clean and lots of pots, pans, towels,etc. There was an extra fold up bed in the master that although we did not use could have been. Nice pool. Definitely enjoyed the stay.

It’s a really great place your own little outdoor area - easy to get to and from the beach. Close to restaurants, shops, etc., but away from all the traffic and noise. We had everything we needed and place was very comfortable. The owner was very helpful and accessible. I would like to stay in this unit again soon.

Great stay in Navarre!

If you’re staying in Navarre, this is the place! It’s so close to the beach, has all the needed beach supplies, and there’s a pool to cool off in that’s literally right across the parking lot. The unit is very quiet since it’s an end unit, and the blackout curtains are a much appreciated touch in the master bedroom! The fact that the unit is two stories, with the bedrooms upstairs, is so convenient— no need to worry about neighbors upstairs or downstairs! Would stay here again!

Wonderful

What an awesome place to stay! The house was clean and well stocked with almost everything you would need to stay for the week. So convenient too, as you could either walk OR take a short drive to the beach. And of course Navarre Beach is just stunning. 10/10 would recommend :)

Our stay was fabulous! This is our 2nd annual Navarre vacation and there will definitely be a third! We love staying in this little condo setting, the pool is great and the location to the beach can’t be beat. Having the top and bottom level you never have to worry if you’re too noisy or if the neighbors are going to be too noisy. Highly recommend this location!

We had the best time at this darling condo. Debbie was super receptive to all of our questions and was a delightful host. We had everything we needed for the most relaxing vacation ever. We were delighted to be less than a 5 minute walk to the ocean, and steps from the pool. Comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, and nice living room were a few of the amenities that make this place shine, however the back patio was wonderful for eating meals, relaxing, and having a place to put our soggy beach gear. Already looking to book our next vacation there!

We are Eric and Debbie Frash. We love to travel and the peace of being near water. We brought our family to Sugar Beach for spring break in 2016 and fell in love with the white sandy beaches of Navarre. After a year of thinking about the beach, we decided to take the plunge and buy our own little piece of paradise.

We chose this property because of the intimate setting. We love that we are able to enjoy the beach and pool with a small number of residents, which makes it seem much more private. The spacious floor plan in our unit is warm and inviting for families or friends traveling together. A huge bonus is the private back patio for spending time or sharing a BBQ.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Stepping up and over the dune, you are greeted with all of nature's glory. You can swim in the clear, warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico or the heated pool. You can also enjoy beautiful sunsets or watch the dolphins swim along the surf. All of that in addition to a lovely town home retreat that is comfortable and relaxing.
