Everything you need to spend amazing vacation.

Relaxing enjoyable stay
Really enjoyed my holiday here didn’t experience any problems except I couldn’t get air con to work, but it wasn’t really need Ed as villa was nice and cool and also had ceiling fans. Would recommend others to stay here car is needed really

thanks for the positive review Alexander. assistance is only a phone call or minute away, guests can call the numbers provided where verbal instruction could be given to support the written instructions on use of air conditioning. We will look into our support package and see where we can improve.
in our description at VRBO we state in capitals that a car is recommended so thanks again for bringing this to our attention. we will check our description and see how we can improve on it for future guests. we hope to see you again at villa Seraphina.

Thx for the warm welcome, we had a great time. I would perhaps check the mattresses for the new season and renew the kitchen equipment (cutlery, pots, etc.) and, very importantly, offer a coffee machine Please :) Otherwise everything was very clean and easy to handle.Otherwise, we were very satisfied; the landlords live right next door and are immediately reachable.The view to the sea and also the mountains is beautiful.Thx, see u soon hopefully:)Cheers Dani&Patrick and Kids from Germany

Amazing Villa and Location
Had a fab stay at this lovely Villa, swimming pool is a great size, nice breeze as in the mountain so you will need a car, villa is very clean and spacious. Great communication from Martin and he is always on hand if you need him. It’s the little things that made it, plenty of wardrobe space (and hangers), hairdryer in every room, air con is great and cools villa down very quickly. Can’t wait to go back again x

Autumn Escape
Delightful well-equipped villa with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and sea. Many places to eat within a short distance by car. Martin and Jules were on hand to give advice if needed but all the information we required was in the information pack so could just relax and enjoy the sunshine and swimming pool. Excellent introduction to Cyprus, can highly recommend!

Best Cyprus villa we have stayed in.
We stayed in a very hot 2 weeks in June 2024 but the villa had everyone you could possibly need - excellent (and frequently used) good size pool, efficient air con, great showers, comfortable beds and well equipped throughout.
5 mins to Coral Bay and very well supplied supermarket.
Martin on hand if needed (which he wasn't}
Could not recommend more highly.

We had the most wonderful stay at Seraphina Villa in Cyprus. From the moment we arrived, we felt so warmly welcomed by the owners, Martin and Jules Rycroft, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our holiday.The villa itself is absolutely beautiful – spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing break. The pool and outdoor area were a real highlight, offering stunning views and plenty of space to unwind in the sunshine.Martin and Jules were the kindest hosts, always available if we had a question but also giving us plenty of privacy to enjoy our stay. Their local recommendations for restaurants and things to do made our trip even more special.We left Seraphina Villa feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already dreaming about our next visit. We can’t recommend it highly enough – both the villa and the wonderful hospitality of Martin and Jules made this a truly unforgettable holiday.

Fantastic villa. Probably one of the best I have stayed in in coral bay/ Peyia. Clean and spacious. Outdoors is lovely. Area quiet and felt safe and owner close by if any issues. Pool is a good size and extremely well kept as is the garden. Defo recommend. Do need a car but not a problem for us as one of the party generally doesn’t drink. Beautiful villa.

Very nice, clean accommodation, with perfectly functioning air conditioning. The timer on the air conditioning (max 2 hours) is a minor drawback, meaning you have to get up several times during the night to turn it back on. And that was necessary because fhe first week it was very hot. The pool was absolutely fantastic, large, and well-cleaned. The kitchen was fine, but there's no electric coffee maker, which would be nice (especially for Dutch people ;-). Martin is a very pleasant and helpful man with extensive experience in Cyprus. In short, a wonderful house and beautiful destination, we had a great holiday!

Peyia Bliss!
This was our third visit to Cyprus and as usual didn’t disappoint. The best villa we have stayed in by far, great location, views and only a 5 minute drive to everything you need in Carol Bay. Condition and facilities in the villa were great and the private pool a brilliant size for a family of 5. Communication with Martin the owner was easy, didn’t really need him after arriving as everything was so well organised. Would highly recommend.

Lovely villa in a quiet area beautiful views & large pool which the family all enjoyed
We had a lovely relaxing holiday. There was plenty space in the villa for us all and the pool was a great size. Martin was helpful when WiFi stopped working was sorted out next day. The villa is quite far away from any restaurants or bars not really able to walk to them which was a bit disappointing definitely would require a car. But taxis were great and the guys from the local supermarket were excellent and picked us up and dropped us off when we required shopping.
Lovely restaurants within 10min drive everyone very friendly.
If you are looking for a relaxing holiday then this ticks all the boxes. Would stay again but would hire a car .

Lovely relaxing Stay - Stunning views!
Lovely Villa with amazing views and sunsets.
Plenty of room for a family of 6.
Martin checked in with us which is great reassurance.
You definitely need a Car, which we knew - so no bother for us.
My only negative is somethings are a little tired. Pool lining kept coming away which pool guys knew about (didn’t effect use)
And the outside rattan lounge furniture had broke under cushions due to the hot sun.
These wouldn’t stop me using the Villa again.
We had a great break.

Toller, entspannter Urlaub - wonderful relaxing holidays
Das Haus war sehr gut gepflegt, der Vermieter sehr nett. Kleinigkeiten, die den Aufenthalt in sehr guter Erinnerung lassen. Der Pool war super sauber und gepflegt. Toll, dass es zwei Föns und Handtücher gab.

Late Summer Sun
Great to escape Covid and get away for a week! Excellent start to the holiday - well stocked welcome pack was waiting, and Martin and Julie were really great during our stay. Lovely, clean, well equipped villa with a nice big pool. Shaded area by the pool ideal for relaxing or watching children in the pool, and also one step away from the kitchen and fridge! Plenty of space for us inside and out, and a well-kept garden with nice areas to sunbathe or sit in the evening, with a glass of something, to watch the beautiful sunsets.
We needed a car - shops, restaurants and take-aways only a 5 minute drive away or there is more choice in Coral Bay, where there is a lovely beach,10 minutes drive away, if that. This is one of the nicest villas we have stayed in - quiet and comfortable - and knowing that Martin and Julie were there if needed, was very reassuring. We would definately recommend it and are planning to return next year.
