Hi Raquel, Thank you for your excellent comment, it is very important for us that our customers spend a great vacation in our homes! Many of them continue to return from year to year for the attention and affection we offer them. We will be happy to welcome you again! In these strange times we live in, we need to ensure the safety and health of our customers and cleaning team. Hence we ask our customers that they can check out as soon as possible, so we can open all doors and windows prior to the cleaning team to start working at 10 am. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appeal to your understanding. I would also like to take the opportunity to introduce you to our other houses if you want to try a different house next time. These also have a typical Moroccan architecture similar to Villa Oásis and a pool heated through a thermal cover, Riad Serpa, Villa Galé Sun, and Riad Matias. The latter is our most recent Villa, built this year and is 100% inspired by the famous Moroccan Riads in Marrakesh. Kind regards, Tila and Fernando

Joe, first of all, we want to thank you for your kind words and taking the time to write your review, it meant a lot to us! It’s our pleasure to show our guests the area and like you said, some hidden gems, so you can make the most of your holidays. Our main intention was to provide a wonderful holiday and lots of joyful memories to you. We are very glad you enjoyed the house, as we take a lot of pride in our Moroccan decor. It’s a tribute to Morocco of all the car trips we did there as a family. Happy to also hear your comment about the pool water being warm. In fact, we added a pool cover in on all our properties which is very efficient since it uses the sunlight to heat it. Therefore, we can provide a pool with warm water to our guests without any additional charges. And finally, we encourage you to have a look at our other properties if you want to try a different Villa next time you come to visit us Riad Serpa, Villa Galé Sun and the Luxury Villa with pool, 5-min from the beach which was built this year and it´s 100% inspired in the famous Moroccan Riads in Marrakesh. Hope to see you again soon in our sunny Algarve.Kindest Regards,Tila and Fernando

Tila

Agradeço à Edite a simpatia , e espero reavê-los ... Tila
