Nuestra villa está situada a orillas del lago de Como en la carretera que conduce de Como a Bellagio, a 5 km de Bellagio.
Este apartamento está ubicado en una villa frente al lago que ofrece vistas maravillosas y la oportunidad de probar la vida en un pueblo típico italiano. La sala de estar y la cocina, algunas habitaciones, el patio amueblado y los jardines disfrutan de esta impresionante vista sin parar.

El apartamento Norma, ubicado en el piso superior, es apreciado por sus dos grandes balcones directamente en el lago, así como por su espacio abierto que incluye una sala de estar grande y cómoda con un armario de madera artesanal, un comedor y una cocina totalmente equipada. . Una chimenea y el piso de madera contribuyen a crear una atmósfera mágica con una hermosa vista del lago desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio. Con tres amplias habitaciones dispuestas en dos áreas para dormir para la máxima privacidad, ofrece un baño en suite con cabina de ducha y otro baño con bañera y ducha. La mayoría de nuestros huéspedes pasan horas sentados en el balcón para disfrutar del paisaje y los coloridos atardeceres reflejados en el lago.

Clean and spacious and a direct view of the lake. Stunning. Host is amazing and extremely responsive (you wont find a more responsive host). Minimal issues with the property. A little remote from grocery and restaurants, but there a couple that are walkable. Google maps doesnt quite map to the exact locale, so getting oriented upon arrival is a little tricky. The host 'guided us in', and after that, no problem.I'd stay again without hesitation. Excellent place to 'home base' from to explore the Lake Como area.

A Room with a View

Eva was great and right on the property. This apartment needs to be updated- had very few kitchen items. It looked like some things were new ( like the windows and shades) and others old. Fantastic location on the lake with nice chairs on balcony. We moved the 2 large chairs from an extra room to the main room for comfortable seating for 6 adults. The bedroom facing the lake had a very comfortable bed- the rest of the beds were hard and uncomfortable. The fireplace is a joke really tucked in a corner by the dining table.Loved being on the lake.

Relaxing Getaway

It was so incredible to be able to relax and slow down to thoroughly enjoy the beauty of Lake Como. Definitely need a car to get to this gem of a location, but so worth it. The owner was very communicative and gave great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. We did a day trip to Como, Bellagio and Bergamo with ease from here! Even has a lovely staircase down to the lake to swim and play! There was so much space, we never felt crowded - highly recommend for families and or lots of friends.

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir waren im Juli 2020 mit unseren 3 Kindern in der Ferienwohnung in Lezenno. Sie ist sehr groß und sauber, wie im Inserat beschrieben, ein traumhafter Ausblick vom Wohn- und Schlafzimmer aus. Eva, die Gastgeberin, ist sehr herzlich und noch während sie uns die Wohnung gezeigt hat, haben ihre Söhne unser ganzes Gepäck (was nicht gerade wenig war) ins Haus getragen. Obwohl es draußen sehr warm war, war es in der Wohnung angenehm von der Temperatur. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, es gibt sogar ein Bügeleisen mit -Brett sowie eine Waschmaschine, die man mitbenutzten kann. Eva gab uns viele hilfreiche Tips und war jederzeit für Fragen zur Stelle. Ein kleiner Einkaufsladen sowie die Pizzeria Helvetia sind zu Fuß in 10-20 min erreichbar. Da die Straße jedoch meist keinen Gehweg hat, ist es mit kleinen Kindern nicht ganz einfach. Der See ist über eine Treppe bzw Steine zu erreichen. Es ist etwas rutschig und Badeschuhe sind zu empfehlen aber selbst unser 3-jähriger hat es ganz gut geschafft. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Lake Como - getting to our apartment in Lezzeno

Accessibility was our main concern as there are no clear walkways on the very marrow winding road. It would help others if they were given more information re getting to apartment. We caught a taxi which cost €75. More information on bus timetables would have helped.

The property was clean and well equipped. The kitchen had all needed utensils. The host Mattia was very helpful and friendly. We were grateful that he spoke such excellent English. The actual apt setting is not quite as pictured.

Fabulous stay in most gorgeous villa

We were here August 2015. 4 adults and 5 teenagers in the 5 bedroom 3 bath villa. I have wonderful memories -the view of the lake and the Alps, spacious villa, swimming and kayaking in the lake, relaxing on the terrace.Great ton have so much space and even a washing machine! The little store up the street was so convenient for fresh bread and cheese etc. Great restaurants in the area as well. Took a ferry to Bellagio one day and returned by bus. Drove to Lugano another day, fabulous vacation. Thank you Eva for your hospitality! Greetings from Ontario!

Wonderful and peaceful

We had a wonderful stay in the Rosa apartment. Located just in front of the lake, it is as peaceful as beautiful. You can sit and relax in the garden, watching the lake and mountains. Bellagio is very close so that you can easily travel around the lake. The hosts were very kind and welcoming. They gave us precious information that helped us to organize our stay and visits. We strongly recommend this address.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay in the Rosa apartment. Located just in front of the lake, the view is as peaceful as beautiful. You can enjoy it by sitting and relaxing in the garden. On the other hand, Bellagio is close so that you can travel around the lake quite easily. The hosts are really kind and welcoming. They gave us precious information that helped us to organize our stay and our visits. We strongly recommend this address.

Peaceful!

We spent one week in this beautiful spot. The location is spectacular, with the terrace jutting directly out over the lake. We lingered for hours each morning over coffee as we watched the lake come to life with ferries, kayaks, and biplanes. Our hostess, Eva Bellini, was incredibly warm, helpful and kind as she guided us to local restaurants and venues we enjoyed. Our well-appointed apartment had everything we could possibly need right at hand. We highly recommend this spot for a quiet, peaceful, relaxing and unforgettable getaway.

Peaceful and Perfect

We are a couple with a 2yo son, and spent four nights here. It really couldn't be a more beautiful location - the view from the balcony is just a perfect place to eat and sip an Aperol! Eva was so helpful and thoughtful - we really appreciated all the information and maps that were provided, and the kitchen was very well equipped. There's also a great swim spot just below the apartment - it was a bit slippy and stony for a small child, but the adults very much enjoyed it! We had a car, so found Lezzano very handy for exploring - we went to Villa Carlotta and Rogaro on the car ferry (amazing restaurants in Rogaro), explored Villa Malzi and Bellagio, and also got the boat to Menaggio and Varenna. There is also a wonderful fish restaurant in walking distance from the apartment. This apartment was extremely reasonably priced considering the location, and Eva couldn't have given us a warmer welcome, so I would recommend it to anyone.

Great location and charming hostess

The villa was great - we stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. It was well equipped and the internet worked great. The best thing, though, was probably Eva, the owner, who was so helpful and charming. She has a book with all kinds of helpful information and lives on the property so she was always around and friendly and helpful. The views are beautiful and there is access to the lake, although getting in the water is tricky over slippery rocks. There is about a 25-30 minute walk to the boat launch to take the boat taxis to other nearby towns, or the bus stop is really close by and convenient. Be sure to visit the nearby cable car in Argegno and Villa Carlotta near Tremezzo, in addition to the towns of Bellagio and Varenna. We were there when the area was experiencing a heat wave, so the reason why this place gets 4 stars is because there was no AC and only one fan for 3 bedrooms to share. It was miserably hot.

Perfect apartment on the shores of Lake Como

Our group of 6 just spent a wonderful week in this lakeside villa in Lezzeno, just a short drive from bustling Bellagio. Our host, Eva Bellini, greeted us with warmth and enthusiasm when we arrived. She speaks perfect English as well as German and I think a few other languages. She helped us locate restaurants, shops, and anything else we needed. We enjoyed daily swims in the refreshing lake right from the property. The views of the lake and surrounding mountains and towns are unbeatable. We had everything we needed and more. The villa was sparkling clean and so very pleasant to relax in after a day of touring. Mornings were spent eating fresh baked bread as we sat on our balcony and watched the swans swim by. It felt like paradise. I would definitely return again and hope I get the chance to.

Great Apartment / Great Hosts on Lake Como!

Our family of four recently finished our first European vacation,and with Lake Como on our wish list, and based on other reviews, decided on this wonderful Lezzeno apartment. We had no car, so we took the C30 bus from Como to the Crotto del Misto stop,and a short 150 meter walk south to the apartment,where we were warmly greeted by our hostess, Eva Bellini. She gave us a quick tour of the spacious 3 bedroom,2 bath,2 balcony 'villa' with amazing views of the lake from every window, then offered us a ride to the nearby Helvetia Pizzeria for fantastic pizzas and wine! She also gave us a ride to the local shop in Lezzeno for groceries the next day, and with the small shop almost next door, all of our needs were covered. The next few days were spent catching the almost-hourly C30 bus for the 10min ride to Bellagio,shopping,eating,site-seeing, or catching the ferry to Menaggio, or Varenna. It took a small bit of effort to figure out the ferry/bus schedule timing, as the C30 bus departs Bellagio well before dark,but there were taxis available if the need ever arose. We would arrive back at the apartment and instantly feel at home, with a lounge area with 2 sofas,TV/DVD, and lots of books, pamphlets about the area attractions, kitchen fully equipped and waiting,large dining table, and the balcony just outside to enjoy a glass of wine and a Lake Como sunset. The bedrooms and beds were all very comfortable, proven by the fact that we slept in most mornings. One benefit to early risers is that the bread at the shop next door may still be warm from the oven! But be aware that they only speak Italiano, so knowing the words for foods and numbers is helpful, but not required. The shopkeeper, Santina, was very helpful and patient, and her bread is fantastico!! Our first trip to Europe, and our first trip to Italy, and we had the best hostess in Eva to introduce us to Italian hospitality. She had great recommendations for restaurants and attractions, and her love for the area shows. Our one regret about our Lake Como stay was that it was over far too quickly, and we all want to return soon! Molto Grazie, Eva! Magic place !

We had a wonderful week in this nice place. The apartment was really confortable with amazing view and our very kind host Eva. We visited Bellagio, Varesa, Varena, Como, Lecco, ... which are around about 20/ 30 km. The way to the house (during 20 km) is specially lovely for who likes driving... We loved it ! Simply the best!

It's a rare occasion when I would write a review on anything at all but after our experience in Lezzeno I feel compelled to. Before taking our trip to Italy my wife and looked into hotels and just found everything to be incredibly expensive. I was told about a Vacation Rental website and started to research vacation homes. I literally came across hundreds. I admit I was a little hesitant on renting from someone other than a hotel but when I started to look at the benefits I decided to take a chance on it and we ended up doing this in every stop of our unforgettable journey. Part of that journey took us to the quite little town of Lezzeno. Lezzeno is about 6km from Bellagio. When choosing this location I was worried about getting back and forth to Bellagio as it serves as the main hub of the area. In Bellagio you can make your way to any of the smaller towns on the lake via the ferry. Which is very cheap. Figuring out the bus was difficult at first but ended up being really easy after acquiring a schedule in English. I can scan this for anybody needing it. Very easy. So we did not need to rent a car. On the first day arriving in Como/Lezzeno, we ran into problems actually finding the vacation rental. This however was 100% my own fault as of all the information in which I decided to forget was Eva's home phone number. After being stranded for hours and nobody being able to point us in the right direction, I finally came across a wireless signal that I piggy backed on and retrieved her number from my e-mail. I called her and she came and found us immediately. I can truly say, that on our travels, we have never came across anybody so accommodating. Once we got to our flat we knew we made the right decision. Quite, Clean and very nice. The balcony and the views made all difference in the world and this is something that's hard to come by in a hotel unless you're ready to pay for it. We made our lunches in the morning before we left for the day and picked up some food in town that we could prepare at nights in the flat. A couple things to take in account. Eva speaks fluent English which REALLY comes in handy. When it comes to price, you just can't beat what she has to offer you for the price she asks. She's right around the corner (literally) if you ever need anything at all. The Como part of trip was truly an experience. Very recommended.
