La propiedad se encuentra en medio acre de olivos maduros, higueras, nogales y naranjos con áreas de descanso tranquilas y una generosa terraza rodeada de muros de piedra seca. Una impresionante piscina se extiende dramáticamente desde un nivel de terraza hasta el nivel inferior del jardín. Hay una zona de remo poco profunda para niños o para aquellos que desean sentarse y refrescarse, esto está vinculado a la zona de baño principal por una suave pendiente. La piscina se llena desde abril hasta finales de septiembre y no está climatizada, por lo que puede hacer un poco de frío en abril y septiembre. La casa ha sido elegantemente renovada, 50 metros cuadrados de espacio habitable con un fuego de leña para las noches de invierno. Cuatro puertas francesas abren la sala de estar en otros 50 metros cuadrados de área de terraza externa para cenar o tomar cócteles a la sombra del olivo. La casa está en una zona tranquila con vistas a la montaña a su alrededor. El establecimiento se encuentra a 5 minutos en coche de Orgiva, una pequeña y animada ciudad con restaurantes, mercados y buenas tiendas de vinos y comida.

Durante el período de invierno contamos una tarifa de electricidad.

Lovely location and property

Lovely rural location, nice small pool, well-stocked kitchen and about 45 minutes from Granada and the beach. We had a lovely time.

We just spent a glorious 10 days at Casa Luca. The house is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. The grounds are exceptional, plenty of shade, especially around the pool which made the hot weather more manageable with small children. The pool is a highlight with the views of the mountains. It was warm at night inside the bedrooms but this is to be expected in August and we managed ok. Thanks Sigi for great communication and a wonderful stay. We would love to return one day!

Perfect get away

A truly wonderful property which while close to the town, is far enough to make you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. The house was so warm and inviting and Sigi was the perfect host, easy to contact and helpful. Would definitely book again.

The perfect holiday place!

Incredibly Casa Luca really is even better than it looks on the website! That’s true of the house - which has everything, all done to perfection - and of the peaceful, secluded and beautiful garden. And of course this perfect holiday house and garden has what has to be the best pool I’ve encountered in a rental to date. Add the ideal location and it has to be said this place can’t really be beaten!

This is a beautiful house.

We have stayed in this house twice. It is a stunning house. The inside and outside are really beautiful, set in a stunning olive grove, it is a beautifully restored house. Cooking on the barbecue and eating outside, after a relaxed day - just wonderful. The pool area is really beautiful. The house is an easy reach to Granada, Malaga and the surrounding beaches. Sigi is a warm and lovely host 🥰 If you want a relaxing hol, in a beautiful house, we would absolutely recommend booking.

Amazing villa Near 7 Ojos Bridge - Orgiva

My husband, son aged 14 and daughter aged 12 stayed at Sigi’s place for 14 nights. The setting is beautiful. The villa itself is simple and very stylish with everything you need. The pool is definitely the best pool we have ever had with the most amazing picture perfect backdrop. The children spent hours in it playing volleyball. During our stay we did ‘El Caminito del Rey’ which was a great experience but it’s a bit of a drive (2 hours). Closer by and definitely not to be missed, is the Alhambra and the Albaicín area of Granada. We also went horse riding locally and did a sunset hike. Both great experiences. Sigi’s place is a lovely to get away from it all. We didn’t really venture into Órgiva town centre much other than to get groceries as BBQing at the villa was so lovely. There are some picturesque little villages to visit which are only a 25 min drive away. Sigi is a great host and responds quickly! Barney and his wife Sarah look after the pool and garden and Clara does the cleaning. All really great and lovely to chat to 😊

Peaceful getaway in beautiful setting

We had a really easy, peaceful and relaxing week at this beautifully furnished villa, set in a lush garden with stunning views of the mountains from the pool. Sigi, the owner has made Casa Luca feel like a home from home and was very helpful and responsive in communications. The children were very happy playing in the pool and garden all day, with the odd trip to Orgiva for ice cream or lunch- there’s lots of choice. We had a couple of tasty meals at the campsite restaurant which is within walking distance, and enjoyed the nearby river which is a great little swimming spot. The kitchen was well equipped and there were numerous spots fir eating or drinking outside, we enjoyed some lovely alfresco meals in the shade of olive trees. There were 2 hammocks that we enjoyed having siestas or reading in, and the garden was not overlooked so felt very private. We were there in the full heat of August with temperatures were in the high 30s; we would love to go back but would probably come when temperatures at night are cooler- the villa walls are lovely and thick so keep the warmth in very well but we found it too hot at night even with the fans on. Probably relating to the heat and nearby farm there were lots of flies around but the sprays provided helped a little. The kids would also have liked TV available in English but we loved getting away from the TV! I would have rated the property 5 stars if it wasn’t for these small issues. Overall we had a great experience there, and found the villa comfortable and stylish, with everything in great working order, in a great location. Thanks so much Sigi!

Casa Luca is ronduit geweldig. Een oase. Rustig gelegen op wandelafstand van het dorp. Omringd door een prachtige tuin waarin het mooiste (en zeer adequate) zwembad dat ik ooit heb gezien bij een dergelijk huis. Over alles is nagedacht zonder dat het geforceerd wordt. De vertrekken zijn fijn en fijn ingericht. Een ideale basis om dit deel van Andalusie te verkennen. We hebben ons zeer welkom gevoeld. Je wil het eigenlijk geheim houden ... Aanrader!

Propriété impressionnante

Endroit extraordinaire avec une piscine sublime. Vue imprenable sur les montagnes. Si la chaleur vous rebute et que vous y séjournez fin juin ou en juillet, sachez qu’il n’y a pas d’air climatisé. Le reste est parfait, la cour est magnifique.

Wunderbares Haus

Wir waren über eine verlängerte Woche in Sigis Haus und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Zum einen ist es ein wunderbarer Ort, um zu verweilen. Die schöne Terrasse ist unter einem alten Olivenbaum mit Blick auf die schneebedeckte Sierra Nevada auf der einen Seite und den Höhenzug der Alpurras auf der andern sicherlich einer unserer Lieblingsplätze. Herrlich ist es auch oben am Pool gewesen. Es gibt einfach für jede Tageszeit sonnengeflutete oder beschattete Platz zum Verweilen. Nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt gibt es tolle Wanderwege, z.B. in Lanjaron oder auch direkt auf der anderen Flußseite. Mit dem Auto braucht man ca 1 Stunde nach Granada (wir waren 2 x dort) und ca. 30 Minuten an die Strände. Nach Malaga sind es etwa 90 Minuten. Einkaufen ist in Orgiva möglich, keine 5 Minuten entfernt. Im Haus fanden wir alles vor, was benötigt wurde. Alles war sauber und die Einrichtung sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll. Der Check Inn war völlig unkompliziert. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Prettige plek om te zijn

Fijn huis, ook om in de winter te zijn (zoals in ons geval). Fijn terras bij het huis; heerlijk om in de zon buiten in te zijn. Voorzien van wat nodig is om er (in ons geval 2 weken) te zijn. Prima uitvalbasis om in omgeving te wandelen, paardrijden of (met 1 a 2 uur rijden) steden te bezoeken. Zwembad in de winter uiteraard niet in gebruik. Wandeling omhoog naar het dorp (Orgiva) neemt circa 35 minuten; waar je dan een heerlijk kop koffie met lekkers kunt nemen. Dorp Orgiva zelf ook fascinerend door mix van bewoners; ga het ontdekken.

Excellentes vacances dans un cadre magnifique

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances dans cette location. Le cadre est magnifique, le jardin est superbe et très bien entretenu, la piscine est très agréable , entourée d’oliviers, d’orangers et de figuiers, enfin la maison est très bien équipée. La charmante ville d’Orgiva est à côté, les promeneurs apprécieront les jolis chemins qui permettent de s’y rendre à pied en environ 40 minutes (en montée à l’aller). A noter pour les personnes sensibles à la chaleur, la maison reste relativement chaude la nuit malgré les ventilateurs.

Super nette Vermieterin, tolles Haus mit Atmosphäre

Was soll ich sagen - trotz der schlechten Wetterbedingungen (Sahara Staub) hat Sigi alles ermöglicht, um uns den Aufenthalt so schön, wie möglich zu machen. Das Haus war uns 1 Woche lang ein super-gemütliches Zuhause. Danke dafür!

Hallo Illona, danke für die nette Bewertung. Das Wetter (Regen und Saharastaub) war in der Tat nicht gut. Aber wir hatten ab und zu etwas Sonnenschein. Danke für die schönen Familienfotos, die Sie mir geschickt haben. Was für eine herzliche Familie. Grüße, Sigi

Casa Luca - Fantastic Villa

This is a lovely villa, gardens and pool. We were two families with teenagers and the accommodation worked really well for us with enough space for everyone. Really well equipped kitchen and none of the usual chef's (me!) hassles with a rental property kitchen plus loads of fridge/freezer space for drinks/food and a top spec bbq. Sigi was very accommodating and helpful; this holiday had been rearranged from 2020 due to covid. Many thanks from us all Ps. Big shout out to Barney and Clara too!

A quiet escape

This was a wonderful property to stay at. We greatly enjoyed our family time away here in August. The landscape, the pool, and property are just beautiful. A perfect atmosphere. Thank you.
