Ubicado en una de las áreas más populares de Falmouth, nuestro alquiler se encuentra en una calle sin salida a solo 2/10 millas de la playa de Surf Drive. El paseo a la playa es plano, rápido y muy fácil; especialmente para niños. Menos de una milla a la calle principal con muchas tiendas y restaurantes.
Usted apreciará el sol de la orientación sureste. Se invita a empezar el día con una taza de café en la terraza o terminar el día relajándose con su libro favorito. Utilice la nasa, obtener su bebida favorita, poner los pies ... son sus vacaciones.

Cada unidad de nuestro dúplex tiene 2 dormitorios con A / C, baño completo, sala de estar y cocina. Su propia terraza con entrada privada. Alquile ambos lados (para un total de 4 dormitorios y 2 baños) si necesita más espacio o quiere ir de vacaciones con otra familia. Great house close to beach

The house was perfect for a week at the beach. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach in a very quiet and nice neighborhood. We walked to all the shops on Main St. almost daily. Very easy walk and convenient spot. The owners were quick to reply to any questions we had about the property or area. Wonderful experience!

Immaculate and convenient.

there wasn’t a speck of sand when we entered the rental, and everything was so cozy. Communication with the owner was hospitable and efficient. The location is fantastic - gorgeous neighborhood and a very short walk to a quaint beach as well as a short drive to a bit larger one (Old Silver Beach) with softer sand. We cut our stay short due to Hurricane/Tropical Storm Ida but packed in just enough during our stay and fully intend to return next year to soak up more fun in the sun.

A+ Cape Cod vacation!

This charming property offered everything we needed for a relaxing and fun family vacation. Loved the big back deck with convenient picnic table, inside the unit layout was very functional. Can't beat the location - 3 minute walk to Surf Drive beach, 15 minute walk to all the great restaurants in charming downtown Falmouth. It's apparent that the owners, Liz and Mike, take great pride in their property as the unit was very clean and well maintained. They were easy to communicate with and went the extra step to provide a top notch experience for us. We will definitely book this property again when we return to Falmouth!!!

Great Stay

Property was clean and well maintained with all expected necessities. AC and WiFi worked well. Only negative was house had many rules, including food and drink only on the kitchen but kitchen had room for only three chairs so if you could not eat outside, a family of five had to eat in shifts.

Very clean and convenient

This cottage was very clean and it has the best location....a 2 to 3 minute easy level walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to the center of town where there's shopping and restaurants. You will definitely enjoy your stay here!!

Great Stay

Our first stay this July was a positive experience. As noted by the other reviewers the location is really excellent. We have a young child so the calm waters of Surf Drive Beach was ideal. (just very rocky so make sure they have swim shoes) The Island Queen to Martha’s vineyard was also so close/convenient that we ended up going twice. The proximity to Main Street and Woods Hole was great as well. The rental itself is what we expected based off the description and pictures and we thought it was reasonable for the price. For our family of 3 and some occasional visitors the size of the home was just right. The neighborhood itself is a little quieter than we expected. Not a bad thing- just something to keep in mind since you so close to other neighbors. The owner was responsive and pleasant to deal with and we are strongly considering returning next year.

The beech house was in excellent condition

My family was very impressed with the beech House, well kept and clean on arrival. The house is well stocked with kitchen supplies with everything you could need. The beech, biking trail and down town store front is a short walk away. A few miles away is the marina where you can eat or head off on a fishing adventure. The location coukd not be more perfect. Our friends rented the other half at the same time which doubled the experience.

We've rented this property year after year!

Love the location and the easy walk to beach and downtown. Great deck to sit out on to relax and entertain. Close to bike path and harbor. Located on a nice, safe, quiet dead end street.

Wonderful stay

My daughter and I stayed in Liz's house. We had a wonderful time. It is located within walking distance of the beach and about 1 1/5 miles from the Shining Sea bike path. We used the house to explore Woodshole and Falmouth. We came from Tucson, AZ and were not aware that the house didn't come with full amenities. Liz made up the beds and provided towels. I didn't mind going without a hair dryer (was biking anyway) and grocery stores are close at hand to buy sugar, oil, tea, along with regular groceries.

Awesome cottage and location!

We have been staying at this cottage for 16 years. We keep going back because we love the cottage and the location so much. The cottage is extremely well maintained and always super clean for our arrival and it has a great deck and an outdoor shower. The location can't be beat. There is a fabulous beach at the end of the street and up the other end of the street is downtown Falmouth with tons of shopping and great dining. You are also close to a fantastic bike path that will take you into Woods Hole or if you go the other direction up to West Falmouth -- great scenery, so definitely bring your bikes. The Island Queen ferry to Martha's Vineyard is about a 2 minute ride down the road. We can't say enough about this place. Great for kids of all ages -- our kids are all in their late teens and collage age and they still love to go back each year. The owners are great too!

The perfect home, an incredible location

If you're looking for a quaint home on the Cape in the BEST town (biased opinion, yes, but I have my reasons!) then look no further. This gem of a home is in the most perfect location. The beach is a skip away (2 minute walk), and the amazing village of Falmouth is a 10-15 minute walk. I usually walked a little faster there as I anticipated the good foods and drinks that awaited me and took my time walking home. We are of family of four and this duplex was the perfect size for our needs. The home outside and inside was in impeccable condition upon our arrival. We met the owner Liz and she kindly answered questions we had about the Cape as we haven't been since we were children. The location of this home is prime. The outdoor shower was a life saver after a day at the beach. In the mornings, we loved sitting on our deck enjoying our coffee and listening to the surf. Everything you need will be at your fingertips in this property and it will be clean. It felt like home. A home that our family will be returning to for years to come. We lucked out meeting Liz and finding this gem of a property in Falmouth, MA.

Excellent property and location!

Awesome location, walking distance to the beach as well as to stores and restauranst. The property is extremely well maintained, clean and well equipped. Perfect for a family of four. I give this property my highest recommendation and will for sure go back for my next trip to the area!

Convenient, Clean, couldn’t ask for anything more!

Fantastic location, we walked to the center of town in the mornings and truly appreciated the quick walk to the beach in the afternoons. The property was nicely equipped, clean and felt like home. We highly recommend this property. We actually booked the following year’s trip on our last day.

Excellent Property, High Integrity Landlord

I had the pleasure of occupying this property as an off season rental, and I can only imagine how much better it would be in the summertime. Excellent location; short walk to the beach, close to the bike trail, and a nice walk to the best traditional "down town" on the Cape! Martha's Vineyard is within sight from the beach, and you could easily bike to the ferry for a day trip. I found the landlords easy to work with, quick to respond, and outstanding in their business dealing with me. I miss the place already!

Great Place

My family and I have been traveling to Falmouth for many years. We usually stay at a time share but it was not avaiable this year. We found this house on line and booked it. It is very close to where we usually stay. It is bright and clean and just a great place to stay. Highly recommended.
