Este encantador redil con una vista de 180° desde los Alpes hasta las islas de Lérins le brindará recuerdos únicos y unas vacaciones de ensueño.
La casa se divide en dos partes: la parte de piedra con dos dormitorios y las salas de estar. La otra parte se compone de dos dormitorios con sus propios baños. Ideal para que dos familias sean independientes o para poner a los niños mayores en su propio rincón.
La piscina dispone de un pool house con todas las comodidades y un comedor muy agradable.
Tomará todas sus comidas en la terraza sombreada con una vista magnífica.

A very fascinating and authentic French house, perfect for a large family. Fantastic lovely terrace and pool area. We were delayed due to a flight strike, and were offered dinner and breakfast in the fridge upon arrival, which we accepted. It couldn't be better.

The most beautiful property

We had a lovely time staying at this property It was in immaculate condition. The view from the property is breathtaking and one of the best views I’ve seen in my entire life. Edwina gave us some very useful tips that were very handy for us. We definitely recommend this property to anyone who’s looking for a gem in the south of France.

komfortables Haus mit traumhafter Aussicht

Wir, 7 Erwachsene (Familie drei Generationen) buchten die Villa für 10 Nächte und sind mehr als zufrieden. Die Qualität und der Komfort der Unterkunft ist hervorragend. Es ist alles sehr grosszügig. Hervorzuheben sind die Hauptterrasse mit traumhafte Aussicht, der liebevoll gepflegte Garten mit den uralten Olivenbäumen allerlei Kakteen und Kräutern, der Pool und seinem Poolhaus mit den praktischen Details wie Dusche/WC und Kühlschrank. Die Villa hat aussen wie innen viel komfortablen Platz, so dass auch ein Regentag kein Problem ist. Die voll ausgestattete Küche mit Nespressomaschine und die Plancha führte zu gemütlichen Frühstück und leckeren Grillabende. Es sind viele kleine komfortable Detail, die diese Unterkunft so besonders machen. Madam Edwina ist eine aufmerksame Gastgeberin, dezent, und doch jederzeit erreichbar. Mit ihren Tipps haben wir gute Erfahrung gemacht. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich für diese wunderbare Unterkunft und können sie vollumfänglich empfehlen.

Traumblick

Dieses Haus ist in Wirklichkeit noch schöner, als es die Annonce versprochen hat. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und edel. Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck gibt es für mindestens 24 Personen. Die Küche ist mit sehr hochwertigen Elektrogeräten ausgestattet. Es gibt viele Handtücher und frischbezogene Betten, wenn man ankommt. Das Highlight des Hauses ist mit Sicherheit die riesige Terrasse, von der aus man einen ganz weiten Blick von Nizza bis nach Cannes hat. Dort sitzt man sehr schön, entweder am sehr großen Tisch, oder in einer großen Sesselecke. Der Ausblick ist auch nachts atemberaubend. Der Garten ist riesig und sehr gepflegt. Es gibt viele Olivenbäume und besondere exotische Pflanzen. Der Swimmingpool unten im Garten hat eine elektrische Abdeckung und er ist makellos sauber. Einmal wöchentlich wird er überprüft. Neben dem Swimmingpool gibt es Dusche und WC und sogar eine kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler. Im ganzen Gelände sind zwölf schöne Holzliegen, genügend Sonnenschirme und sicher 24 Teakholzstühle an drei sehr großen Tischen, so dass die Auswahl schwer fällt, wo man denn sitzen soll. Die Vermieterin ist immer erreichbar und sorgt dafür, dass alles gut klappt. Wir haben das Haus gleich für das nächste Jahr wieder gemietet, weil es uns so gut gefallen hat. Ich kann das Haus auch für Flugreisende empfehlen, weil man tatsächlich nur Lebensmittel einkaufen muss, um sich ganz wie zu Hause zu fühlen.

Great Villla

Wonderful villa in South-East France. It is located in a small town in between Cannes and Nice. It is very close to the beach, restaurants, and with plenty of places to explore nearby. Car rental is suggested due to the long walk uphill from the down town. On the upside, the view from the terrace is absolutely breathtaking with amazing sunrises. The amenities are all great with the highlight being the pool, and the terrace.

Magical week on the Cote D’Azur

The house was perfect for our family of 6. The view is spectacular, the bedrooms well appointed and the outdoor features for hanging, eating and swimming to die for. Hopefully, we’ll be lucky enough to make it back someday. Merci!

La Bergerie - Au Revoir

Das Haus liegt am Hang oberhalb von Vallauris in ruhiger Lage. Die Aussicht über die Bucht von Juan Les Pins und Cap D“Antibes ist atemberaubend. Alle Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und mit schönen Bädern ausgestattet. Vorhandene Schränken erlauben das Verstauen des Reisegepäcks. Alle Installationen und Elektrogeräte funktionieren tadellos. Der Pool, das Poolhaus mit Küche, Grillkamin und Dusche, wie auch die Liegen mit Auflagen waren neben der Hauptterasse der liebste Aufenthaltsort. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern und der Verwalterin vor Ort war angenehm und unproblematisch. Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen.

All the Family from 18 to 80 had a wonderful time, the 80 year old found the climb to the pool and back a bit challenging, due to bungalow legs !!

Fantastic experience, outstanding property with character and an amazing view, very attentive landlo

We found the property as described; it is an old shepherd's house that was extended and modernized. It is very spacious and offers one of the best views of San-Juan Les Pin's bay. The owner is very easy to communicate with and very keen on providing the best experience. The house was stocked with all necessities and types of equipment.

Excellent in every sense

Clean, good beds, all utensils, super nice pool area with grill etc. silent aircons - absolutely nothing to complain about. But the best is the original, super nice style of the house.

Fantastisk hus og beliggenhed

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold i denne utroligt skønne villa. Stor og spændende villa, med en helt utrolig udsigsterrasse i øverste plan af huset. Derudover et virkelig lækkert poolområde, som dog ligger nederst på grunden, men stadig med fantastisk udsigt. Udlejer er nem og sød at kommunikere med. En stor anbefaling herfra.

Beautiful place with stunning views

Highly recommend this beautiful property. Edwina & Xavier are friendly, lovely hosts. They met us on arrival & gave us a great tour of the house. They had thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable - with lots of extra touches to make it feel like home. The pool & pool area are fantastic. Would return in a flash!

Fantastic stay at La Bergerie

We had a wonderful experience staying at La Bergerie. Edwina met us at the villa upon our arrival and gave us a thorough orientation. The view from the villa is amazing. There is tremendous attention to detail in her hospitality. The location is not walking distance to anything, so a car is a must. However, nothing is very far away. We could be at the beach, Cannes or Antibes in less than 10 minutes. The tremendous view more than makes up for the lack of walking convenience and we would be thrilled to stay at La Bergerie for a future visit. The pictures do not begin to describe how beautiful the house and grounds are as well.

Amazing house and even better location!!

We had an amazing stay right from day one. We even got lost finding the house and the owners son came and met us which was a big help. The house is all you could hope for in a honeymoon stay with instructions for all our needs. The view is the best I've seen with great seating so you can have a glass of rose and enjoy the sunset. It is in driving distance to Monaco and Cannes to which we went shopping and drove on the F1 track. The owners were very helpful and recommend anyone to stay here was our best holiday to date.

Beautiful house with exceptional views

We stayed at La Bergerie for 11 nights at the end of August. Edwina and Xavier are such warm and welcoming hosts, and gave us a great tour of the house before leaving us to enjoy a well earned break. This is a stunning property in a quiet area up in the hills, with amazing spaces both indoors and outdoors. The ground floor has a living room, a dining room and a large kitchen. The first floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the lower ground floor there are two separate bedrooms (accessed from the outside). This setup was ideal for us, as the house didn't feel too big (there were only two of us), but it still provides plenty of space for larger groups or families. The interiors are really homely and very tastefully decorated and furnished. Everything is in perfect working order. The outside spaces are to die for. The amazing terrace has panoramic views and plenty of space for dining and spending time. The pool area is set below the house in the garden, and has a separate dining area, WC/shower and plenty of decking areas. The pool itself is stunning, and a very good size. The house is a short drive from Vallauris, with various shops etc. Golfe Juan is also nearby, and has good beaches and plenty of restaurants, cafes etc. The other attractions of the riviera are all nearby, including Antibes, Juan Les Pins, Cannes, and lots of goregous hilltop villages like St Paul de Vence and Tourettes-sur-Loupe. A car is essential for staying here. We had some issues with power cuts due to a huge storm, but these were resolved extremely quickly by Edwina. All in all, this property can be very highly recommended for a relaxing holiday with family or friends in the heart of the bustling Cote d'Azur.

Magical Villa

La Bergerie is a Magical place. The views of the sea and coastline are mezmerizing. The Villa combines the charm of the old Sheepfold with 5 star modern amenities. Its location is perfect to take day trips. We went on a wine tour near Aix, to St Tropez, Monte Carlo, St Paul de Vence, Biot, Antibes and Cannes. It is also a short drive to Nice airport. A gem.... Thank you Edwina and Xavier for your warm welcome and for sharing your home with us!

What a fantastic holiday I had at La Bergerie! Perched on a hill, in an idyllic and beautiful spot, with breath-taking views of Antibes and Cap D’Antibes, the unique stone construction of the original sheepfold has been developed into a superb house and modernised to the highest standards to provide wonderful accommodation and amenities for a perfect holiday with family and friends. The garden and infinity swimming pool which have uninterrupted views are simply wonderful. Majestic olive trees which are hundreds years old grace the garden; the infinity pool and barbecue area are simply fantastic. The town and beaches are very close. I highly recommend this beautiful villa and I will definitely come back! Monica Caro, London

Fantastic!! beautiful house, awesome views!!

The location is unbeatable and the house was just as expected, clean, comfortable and well-equipped (including great swimming-pool). The owners gave us all the necessary information and advice about the house and how to get around Antibes. They were very helpful, providing us with maps and tips on where to go and what to do, such as the wonderful marketplace in Antibes. I would certainly recommend this house to anyone looking for a lovely relaxing holiday!
