Beautiful place within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The host was amazing, helpful and very responsive. We highly recommend this property and will love to return some day.

Everything we needed

We stayed at Jaco Bay for 6 days and found the location perfect for all our needs. Close proximity to the town, beach and grocery stores. The pool was lovely and the condo was clean, modern and perfect for our group of four. Phillipe was always available to answer any questions and we felt well taken care of.

2 Weeks in Jaco

Unit was what we expected and as advertised, great 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit that worked well for us and our two daughters. Communication with the property owners was great, they respond usually within minutes.This property is within walking distance of the Main Street with lots of stores and great restaurants, one of our favourite restaurants was Rioasis that was about a ten minute walk. The property has a great pool area that is very well maintained, we enjoyed lying in the sun and swimming there. Property was very quiet and everyone was very friendly. This was our second trip to Costa Rica, and our first time staying in the Jaco area. The area has lots of activities for all ages and great restaurants. If your thinking of Jaco, I would highly recommend staying at this property

Jaco Costa Rica short stay to visit Manuel Antonio National Park

The property was very nice and clean. Although we never felt the area to be questionable, the gated grounds were very secure. The pool area was very lovely and relaxing. We could have stayed there all day. The view from our rental was perfect - ocean, pool and mountains. I would certainly recommend this rental and choose it again in the future. Thank you for your quick responses to my questions.

Perfect location, beautiful place

Our family simply LOVED Jaco Bay and this unit. It was beautiful and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy, the showers refreshing and the air conditioning kept it nice and cold:) The view was spectacular, the location was close enough to walk to everything, but if you wanted a taxi the staff there were excellent in finding one for you within minutes. The pool was beautiful as were the grounds, everything was immaculately kept. Jaco was a gorgeous and friendly city, the food was amazing and the jungle/rainforest were stunning. Lots of family fun and wonderful memories, would definitely recommend this property and city to anyone I met! A big thank you to the owners for being quick on responses and setting up our ride to and from the airport, even our drive and driver were amazing:)

Overdue Getaway

Accommodation was great, however was disappointed about 3 hot tubs not being Hot. Was told since it was warm in Costa Rica there no need to have tubs on hot. Didn't understand that excuse. Also, the beach wasnt as close as pictures showed ... Otherwise the stay was pleasant, would consider staying again.

Phil and Anik rank have been the gold standard in being hosts during my stay at their beautiful home. They are responsive and punctual when you have a question or need help. Now let's talk about the property. We enjoyed the modern, comfy, and very clean surroundings. Every room has its own AC unit. The patio leaves you with a peaceful view of the huge resort style pool, nature, and even the ocean. There's not much left to be desired specially when you're only a five min walk to all the action however it's nice to be far enough away from the action so you can relax in peace. My friends and I will definitely make this our home away from home when we come back to Jaco.

We absolutely love Jacó Bay and the surrounding areas. We have stayed in this particular condo several times. Although the kitchen and bathrooms have been remodeled several things need to be replaced. The cookware and cooking utensils were old, discolored or damaged. Being there for 6 weeks we expected to cook many meals but didn’t. The master bedroom AC leaked which could be fixed but we were expected to be there to let the repairman in. We ignored the broken handle in the sliding door and the slider that didn’t close in the master bedroom since we didn’t want to waste more time with repairmen. The ceiling in the bathroom leaked but since the ceiling was discolored I can only assume it happened before and was not repaired correctly. This time a section of the ceiling was cut out revealing mold. Although we had 4 days left we checked out. I’m hoping maintenance is improved because it really is a lovely unit in an ideal location.

Perfect spot for a vacation

This condo couldn’t be better. Three bedrooms with two bathrooms was ideal for the 6 of us. The kitchen provided what we needed to cook our breakfasts when we didn’t want to go to the fabulous bakery Panchi’s Pan. The sunsets from the patio were amazing as were the macaw sightings in the early morning. A quick drive to the beach or a day at the kid friendly pool was all we needed. Manual Antonio National Park is just 1 1/2 hrs away for viewing white face and howler monkeys as well as sloths. The security at the front gate keeps you feeling safe although we felt that way anyhow. This is the perfect spot for a vacation. Book now!

Fantastic Condo and Wonderful People

Loved Jaco! Great Property.

Still reveling in our Costa Rica vacation. We enjoyed the people, the culture, the sand, the waves and most of all the sun! Jaco was a great place for our family. Easily accessible. The condo was in a great location. Accommodations were clean and up-to-date and the 9th floor ocean view was outstanding. We actually felt a little bad for Phil as there was a sudden pool maintenance scheduled during our week and an unexpected air conditioner leak. But Phil went out of his way to make sure the a/c was fixed promptly and that we were able to access another close by pool, while giving us a discount on the per night charge to cover the inconvenience. Overall great experience in Jaco and would strongly recommend a stay in JacoBay.

Two weeks in Jaco just doesn't seem long enough

The property was near the north end of the Jaco Beach strip which was just fine with us. Walking was no problem to get into town for dinner, shopping, etc. The beach was near by about two good city blocks. Beach was so nice to walk on first thing in the morning, soft hard packed sand made the walk very easy. The beach stretches about 2 miles. The owners of the unit, Phillipe and Anik live in Jaco so he made himself available for any of our needs. We had a minor A/C issue on our stay and Phillipe was there right away to assess and then on a Monday morning came back with a repairman to deal with the issue. The unit is well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. As well Phillipe has the connections for tours which was great. He arranged everything. If you enjoy a nice Catamaran ride to a very quiet island(Isla Tortuga) then you should go. Snorkelling, banana boat rides, nature hike and lots of drinks and food were all included. The weather in February is their hot and dry season so we had only one complaint, "Man is it hot" But then thinking about how cold it was back home we quickly forgot about complaining about anything!!

Wonderfull Host

Beautiful view !!!!

Phil and Anik's condo looked even better in person! We stayed there for about a week over labor day weekend. They have a beautiful balcony that overlooks the large pool, the city of Jaco, and the Pacific Ocean. It was just breath taking waking up every morning to! The condo is exactly as described, modern, clean, with more than enough amenities even a washer/dryer which we put to use a couple of times. It's in a perfect location...just a 5 min walk to Jaco strip, grocery stores, restaurants, and night life but also secluded enough on its own quiet street that you can relax. I felt perfectly safe as there were quite a few security guards walking around all throughout the day and night. They were very friendly and helped us call a cab a few times. Phil and Anik were in constant communication via email even prior to our arrival helping me plan a smooth trip as we had a few hiccups making it to CR due to hurricane Harvey. Phil stayed in communication with us via text from the time we landed to the time we departed as a helping hand and answering any questions we had which was much appreciated! He responds very quickly and has a solution/recommendation for any question you have. He even picked us up and dropped us off a few times throughout our stay to take us to our booked activity. Phil really went above and beyond to make sure our first trip in CR was without a hiccup. I really appreciated him! You won't be disappointed if you book this air b n b. I would stay here again!

Un Endroit Merveuilleux !!!!!!

Très beau condo, très propre et très confortable, avec une vue magnifique du balcon. De plus tout est à 5 minutes de marche, Restos,plage, boutiques et épiceries. Anik et Phil on été les meilleurs hôtes qu'on a jamais eu.... Toujours disponible à répondre à nos questions....il ont reservé nos excursions , notre transport de l'aéroport au condo et même faite des réservations dans des restaurants.....on a passé des vacances mémorables , je vous recommande fortement cet endroit.....

If paradise exists I have been there for 10 days

Great condo, very comfortable, decorated with great taste. Close to all services, restaurant, bar and nightclub of Jaco Beach. Oasis of peace of extreme beauty especially in the evening when the pool is lit. Very well equipped. The neighbors are respectful and very classy. But what makes up this condo is undoubtedly the excellent service deployed by Annick and Philiippe the owners of the condo. First they were the both of them when I arrived. They answered all my questions. And these are ensuring our well being before leaving. In addition I asked for a few excursions during the week, Philippe was busy booking the activities requested by me. The advantage the owners are trilingual French, English and Spanish. Philippe is always available it is very easy to join it by email or Messenger. Amazing Pool !!!

Anik and Phil's home was so lovely . There was so much room for the four of us !!!! Phil and Anik were very accommodating . They helped is whit transportation and booking tours !!! They were Also very quick to respond, i would highly recommend them !!! We had the most awesome Time !!!!
