renovated, equipped with all the modern amenities such as swimming pool
and wi-fi, which, however, does not destroy the harmony with the context

Trullo GiaMar is immersed in the green, sheltered by the leafy branches
of the ancient olive groves of the Valle d'itria. In the large garden,
besides the swimming pool with ample space outside for the terrace,
there is a lush lawn, perfect for children to play or to lie in the sun.
Next to the pool, there is also a beautiful wooden gazebo, which
ensures the cool and shade during the hot summer days, and a spacious
veranda with coverage in the area where you can dine in the open air
with panoramic view.

The
entrance to the Trullo GiaMar reveals, environment after environment,
all the charm of the ancient structures trulliformi of the Valle
d'itria. The pretty kitchen is located beneath a barrel-vaulted

amenities to prepare meals during the holidays, without the stress. In

Trullo
GiaMar offers villa with swimming pool for rent for relaxing stays in
nature of Valle d'itria, in Puglia, pampered by modern comforts and at
the same time very close to places of interest. The nearest village,
where there are all the main services, is the city of Ostuni,
also known as the White City for the particular conformation of its
historic centre, which is built on a slight hill. Ostuni is just 7 km
from the Trullo GiaMar. The Adriatic Sea is very close. The nearest beach is only 10 miles, between Torre Santa Sabina and Costa Merlata.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from June to September.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 80 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Mosquito nets just on the windows.
