Stylish luxury, beautiful large pool, great location

This house has it all. Confortable sleeping 6 in 3 spacious bedrooms (1 ensuite) with a very spacious and well equipped second bathroom. The kitchen, living and dining areas are are stylish and confortable. The outside dining areas, pool, roof terrace and landscaped gardens are breathtaking. The property is surrounded by a fenced garden of 8000 sqm with olives, figs, palms, fruit trees, lawns and flowers.
The location is ideal. Ostuni, beaches, Ceglie Messapica - a reowned gastronomic centre - and Martina Franca with it`s internationally renowned music/opera festival are all within easy driving distance. Great care is taken to ensure guests have every comfort and convenience. A welcome pack (which in Puglia of course includes a bottle of wine!) is provided on arrival. A 'meet and greet' at the airport is available on request,English-speaking contact available 24/7.

NB! Property is only rented out on weekly basis. Please note that we do not accept children under 6 years old since the pool is open and it is easy access to roofs.

Amazing Venue

What a place! Best appointed Villa/Trulli I have ever stayed in, enjoyed it immensely. Check in and villa management were superb. Only improvement I can think of would be a wifi signal by the pool, but highly recommend Villa Limone for a super relaxing stay in Puglia....

All aspects of our stay at Villa Limone was excellent. A big thank you to Tonia & Alessandro for their reception including a lovely homemade supper on our 1st night and providing us with local knowledge and advice. We have had a great holiday!

The property is amazingly beautiful, as is the home decor. Everything about it is top-notch. The one thing to note is that it is out in the countryside, so you will need to drive everywhere you go. And what made it even better was the the property managers. Tonia and Aleandro are the perfect hosts. They keep the grounds and house immaculate. They are a fun couple and responded instantly to any questions we had, suggested places to go and are simply fun/nice people to interact with. Can’t complement them enough

Beautiful house with a fantastic pool and outdoor areas.

Amazing house with a large and deep pool, beautiful furnishing. Only one comment, no A/C in the bedrooms just fans, but A/C in the other rooms - we stayed in a heat wave, but probably wouldn’t matter so much during the normal summer.

Beautiful house in the countryside

This amazing house is about 10-15 minutes outside the city of Ostuni. It is set among the olive groves. The house is beautiful on the outside, and very tastefully decorated on the inside. The house was very clean and very well stocked. It had multiple outdoor sitting areas that we enjoyed. The only downside is there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, but the rest of the house is air conditioned. We loved staying here and would definitely stay again if we are in the area. The house manager was very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend this home!

Trulli Scrumptious

We were met and guided to the property by the most warm and friendly property manager, Tonia, who showed us the ropes and left an exceptionally generous welcome pack. Both she and her husband Aleandro made themselves available to us for any problems or queries during our stay, of which we had none. The owner, Paul, was very helpful in providing plenty of information before our arrival and extremely quick to reply to any questions. We were excited to see the property in the flesh and were not disappointed. The villa was actually more spacious than we had anticipated and there was everything you could want, and more. It was absolutely immaculate as was the garden, swimming pool and garden furniture - so many beautiful areas to sit and relax outside. We particularly enjoyed watching the sunset from the rooftop terrace. There are many beautiful and very interesting places to visit around the area by car. This trullo/villa is a fabulous mixture of modern with a slice of history. A very memorable experience and we would love to go back.

Absolutely beautiful - we wanted for nothing

This is probably the best and most well equipped villa we have stayed in over the years. The grounds are beautiful. Lovely seating areas and amazing roof terrace. Massive pool. And the accommodation is so much larger than the photos seem to indicate. Tonia, who was our local contact there for the owner, couldn’t be more helpful. Fantastic welcome pack upon arrival but so thoughtfully had provided gluten free items as well as one of us is coeliac. Would thoroughly recommend….

Unglaublich schönes Trulli-Haus mit Pool

Villa Limone ist ein großartiges Haus mit einem sehr großen und wunderschönem Pool! Ein Platz an dem man sich sofort wohl fühlt und man die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, denn man erreicht die netten italienischen Städte sehr gut mit dem Auto! Die Managerin des Hauses Tonia ist sehr bemüht und hat immer gute Ratschläge! Wir können die Villa Limone wärmstens empfehlen!

Amazing villa in Puglia

Die Villa Limone ist ein wundervolles Feriendomizil im ortstypischen Trulli-Stil, ruhig gelegen, top ausgestattet mit vielen wunderbar durchdachten Extras. Die Anlage ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet worden und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Im Haus ist es dank Klimaanlage und den dicken Mauern angenehm kühl und draußen gibt es tagsüber immer eine schattige Terrasse. Die Übergabe verlief sehr einfach und reibungslos.

Ostuni fairytale

I have been to Ostuni for many years and I can affirm that this is the best "Trullo" ever, Even better than the pictures we can see online. The house is wonderful and fully furnished with an impeccable touch. Perfect place to stay, especially if you want to relax also thanks to a spacious swimming pool. You can enjoy a wonderful sunset on the roof and the colors of of the land. Also special thanks to Tonia and Alejandro who have been of great help. Villa exceptionnelle pour un séjour apaisant dans les Pouilles

Magnifique villa dotée d’une grande piscine et de nombreux lieux et terrasses pour se reposer et partager des moments ensemble. La villa est tres bien équipée. Elle est située dans la campagne dans un cadre hyper calme a 10 minutes d’Ostuni. Mention spéciale pour l’accueil et la disponibilité de Tonia et Aleandro. Un plat de lasagnes ainsi que tout le nécessaire pour notre premier repas nous attendait à notre arrivée. Un séjour merveilleux avec nos amis. Une villa que nous recommandons vivement !

Super Trullo Haus, weltklasse

Das Haus ist einzigartig, wunderschön, super ausgestattet und genau das, war wir (3 Paare) wollten. So ein Trullo Haus kann man sich nur wünschen - urig aber auch modern. Auch gibt es sehr viele Sitz- bzw. Relaxmöglichkeiten auf dem tollen Grundstück. Und der Pool lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die VorOrt Betreuung ist wirklich nett und hilfreich.

Beautiful villa with amazing pool

We loved our holiday in Villa Limone. The property is stunning - all the rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable. The beds and pillows are wonderful! The pool is perfect for children and there are numerous seating areas around the gardens to relax in. The rood terrace is especially nice in the evening times. It is situated down a narrow road system with many twists and turns and google maps is a must if you wish to navigate. The surrounding towns are fabulous and we loved exploring the area. Eat as much anti pasti as you can manage! The food in the restaurants is incredible where ever you go. The care taker and house keeper are wonderful and very helpful and the owner is very responsive. We enjoyed our time there and cant recommend it enough.

Très belle villa dans une Région Magnifique !

Maison assurément belle et très pratique avec tout ce qu'il faut pour y passer un séjour de rêve ! l'accueil de Tonia et Alejandro est top ! Nous avons été touché par leur gentillesse ! L'idée des lasagnes et du petit plein de courses dès notre arrivée est génial c'est adorable ! Maison très facile et pratique avec beaucoup de charme et d'atouts ! On s'y sent bien de suite ! les enfants étaient ravis et nous aussi ! Merci Cecilie pour cette semaine qui restera un moment très agréable pour nous tous !

Wonderful house!

The house is in a quiet countryside area with all the amenities you would expect. Wonderful pool. Tonia and Aleandro ( caretakers) were just great!! We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Limone.

Fantastic stay!

We stayed at the villa in August. It was a stunning setting. The decor was just to our taste and the pool and gardens were amazing. Loved sitting on the rooftop with a drink and relaxing in the morning and evening. Tonia and her husband made sure our stay was comfortable and went out of their way to help us. Would thoroughly recommend.

beautiful, fully equipped not just a holiday house

We are just back from our fantastic holiday in Puglia. The weather was hot and nice, the region is really beautiful and your house made it completely perfect! We really want to congratulate you for your fabulous house. It is really beautiful, respecting the traditional trullis, full with every equipment one needs and very peaceful. We did not just rent a holiday house but we felt we rent your house which has a soul. Also thank you for the additional service that you thought about: the lasagne when we arrived and the fridge already filled with the first things we needed for breakfast! Not to forget the housekeepers who were very available for everything we could ask ! The holiday was just perfect!

A little piece of heaven

We absolutely loved Villa Limone. The listing description is very accurate - and did not disappoint. It is a beautiful and well designed villa in tranquil countryside with well maintained grounds giving rise to different areas to sit and read, eat, or just relax in the shade or sun. The trulli bedrooms are fabulous and the main living area is a great space and there is a well stocked kitchen with all necessary appliances to cook and eat. The outside pool is amazing, and deep enough at one end to dive! We found it hard to drag ourselves away from the villa to visit all the villages around, and could have spend many more days here. A beautiful place, highly recommended

Perfect house

For us this was the perfect hideaway. We arrived at night and driving through the gate we saw the house appear like a castle. Beautiful house very well equipped to a high standard and the trullo bedrooms are a thrill. The villa offers a lovely retreat either by the big pool or at one of the shaded outdoor seating areas. Roof terrace great for drinks and to take in the sunset. Perfect located in the countryside nested among olive, fig and almonds trees. Wonderful privacy. Ostuni area around is filled with olive trees and picturesque villages and great food. We really appreciated the food and wine to welcome us on arrival. Thank you.

Stunning, elegant and cozy Trulli villa.

The villa is exquisitely refurbished inside and out and is welcoming you the moment you pass the gate. The beautiful, tiled floor is the same pattern throughout the house. This lends an impression of added space as well as harmony to the comfortably furnished living and dining area. Beautiful artifacts are well placed around the interior and you will even find a classic, Norwegian wood burning stove in the living room! The kitchen has everything a food loving chef can ask for with a generous cooking island as a centre point. To sleep in a Trullo bed room is simply magical - the ceiling is a circular cone and I felt like going to bed in a Dream Catcher. The beds are great, by the way. Bathrooms leave nothing to be desired and are as well thouht out as the rest of the house. Outside, you will enjoy pergolas, gas grill and a magnificant swimming pool area with comfortable sun chairs. The gardens are equally well kept and picking your own fresh figs and almonds is a treat. Set among endless fields of olive trees and stone fences, Villa Limone is a rare gem! Highly recommended!

Absolutely stunning, spacious. 5 star villa

The villa is beautiful and every extra touch has been supplied/thought about/added. It's a traditional yet modern spacious villa with a stunning garden and pool area. So often you rent a property to find it lacking and just a shell however, not here, you are part of Ceciles home and staying in a well managed, clean, well stocked and high quality property. It is located quite far out in the country, however, once you get your bearings, you can find your way around. I would recommend sat nav. Cecile leaves you lots of information and this is very helpful. We had the most amazing, relaxing holiday and could not fault the villa at all. We would definitely like to revisit. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful home.
