Thank you, Dave very much for being nice, polite guests. Communication with you was very pleasant and smooth. I'm sorry the house turned out to be far from the sea. It is evident in the description of the listing, that the accommodation is about 20 minutes walk from the beach. I believe that this detail was not considered or little attention was paid when the booking request was sent. Everything went well with you and your family from our point of view anyways. We thank you also for the suggestions given. We will try to put them into practice. We have no hesitation in recommending you as guests for other vacation rentals.

I thank kim and her husband for being perfect guests. Kim has been friendly, respectful and very easy to communicate with. We had a very enjoyable chat when we met. I hope they will keep a good memory of their trip. All the house rules have been perfectly followed. The house has been left in a excellent shape upon departure.
