GRAN ALQUILER MENSUAL

Debido a las regulaciones de City Zoning, tengo que alquilarlas por mes. Estoy alquilando mi casa por el precio de una semana en esta área y puede quedarse por un mes.

La casa es una casa de un piso de ladrillo de fácil acceso sin escaleras. Hay dos dormitorios para huéspedes y un baño en un extremo de la casa con camas tamaño queen en ambos. El dormitorio principal y el baño en el extremo opuesto de la casa. Esta habitación tiene una cama king size. El hogar es muy limpio y acogedor, con una chimenea para el invierno y un gran porche trasero para entretener con una parrilla de gas. La casa está rodeada por una valla de privacidad. La cocina está completamente amueblada e incluye todo lo que necesita para preparar una comida. Los pisos en la parte principal están alicatados y las habitaciones tienen alfombra. Home tiene Netflix y muchas películas para que veas.

Esta casa se encuentra a 3 millas de las playas de Ft Walton y a 7 millas de las playas de Destin y Navarre. Hurlburt Field se encuentra a 3,2 km y Eglin AFB está a 12,8 km.

Amazing home!!

We stayed for a family wedding and couldn’t have been happier! The home was spotless, spacious, and well stocked with modern appliances and super comfy beds. The host was incredibly kind and attentive—she had the lights and AC on for our arrival, checked in with helpful tips, and even shared a restaurant coupon. Quiet, safe location and truly the best rental we’ve experienced. Highly recommend!

Graduation celebration

We rented this place to celebrate our Granddaughters graduation. The house was perfect for our group. Only issue was the neighbors apperaently dont like a little noise and complained we were too loud at night. If you stay, keep it down. Our host was wonderful.

Beautiful house in amazingly clean and kept up shape!

Property is in 10/10 shape. A lot of coastal houses are shaky but this one is obviously well maintained. Shower was high pressure and great to use. Everything clean and working. Lots and lots of room. Would definitely stay again!

Very Nice and Spacious House

We want to thank our host, Elaine, for being so welcoming and making our stay feel like a home away from home. This house is in a very quiet neighborhood, spacious and very close to everything, specially the military base and the Destin/Ft Walton Beach airport (VPS).

Wonderful!

The property was exactly as presented and the hostess was the mostest! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone coming to this area. It was quiet and the community was friendly. It was also close to everything I needed and wanted to do and go. The hostess provided everything I needed in the house, responded immediately with any requests, and was knowledgeable about what to do in the area. Needless to say, we had an exceptional stay.

The Perfect Beach Escape

We took our annual family trip down to Destin again this year and this home was nothing short of perfection. Usually we are always in the move on vacation but this one was spent mostly relaxing the days away. This home was perfect for our family and was perfectly stocked with everything we needed. Elaine was by far one of the most helpful hosts we’ve had in our 8 years of visiting the Destin area. My husband says his favorite part was the covered porch which him and his friend spent most of their time on enjoying the serenity and sun. Beds were comfortable and the home was so inviting and just what we needed after a day out on the sand. We loved the fact that there was a closed garage that we could pull the car in and feel safe with our belongings inside. Neighborhood was very quiet and lovely with quick access to many things. We will definitely be booking again, hopefully sooner than a year out. Thank you Elaina and family for opening your beautiful home to us and making this such an enjoyable experience.

Wonderful place to stay

Elaine was a wonderful host. She made sure we had everything we needed. The house was immaculate- very clean, with all the necessities, and more. I will definitely rebook with Elaine next time I'm in town.

Friendly & Accommodating

This place feels like a home away from home and Elaine is very accommodating. I felt like I had everything I needed and then some. Would highly recommend this place to any single person traveling or family. It’s also very spacious and for the price, more than fair.

Best VRBO I have ever stayed at!

This should be the blueprint for anyone looking to have their own VRBO, they should stay here first and see how it is done. Every attention to detail is made. Items were not the most generic purchased, everything was top quality. Furniture was great, not flimsy cheap stuff, you really felt like you were staying in a Home and not a house if that makes sense. I would stay again for sure!

Wonderful stay

Thank you Elaine for a wonderful stay. We were right at home. The dogs loved the fenced in backyard. We had everything we needed and more in the house. Just like home

Our host was so accommodating, from special snacks to lots of DVDs and games. TVs in every room, nice furniture and safe neighborhood. Close to restaurants and beaches. Our host was available to answer all our questions. House was very clean and updated.

I am a Charter Boat Captain ! I grew up in Biloxi, MS and, after moving to Florida in 1975 I found realized I found paradise and vowed to stay in this area. The beaches and water in Ft Walton/Destin area is spectacular.

I went to school in Biloxi, MS and then went on to get my BA degree from Troy State University. I worked for State Farm Insurance Company as a Claim Rep/Trainer/Reinspector for 32 years. Before that I worked in State Farm agent's offices for 10 years. When I retired in 2012 I didn't want to quit working, I just wanted a different job. Since I was an avid fishing person I decided to get my Captain's License and work as a Charter Captain running my own boat...The Ruthless. (I have to tell you that story when I see you). Since I enjoy people I started having people through a rental agency as a short term rental. When I acquired the house across the street from me I decided to make it a short term rental.

I now spend my days working on providing people a nice place to stay on our beautiful "Emerald Coast".

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This property is a very nice brick home in a very quiet neighborhood within 7 miles from beaches in both directions. During the summer time the traffic in the Destin area can become gridlocked. Since this home is mid way between Destin and Navarre Beaches you can go to either beach and avoid traffic.
My home is very clean and furnished with everything you need to spend your vacation. There is a washer and dryer on the property so you can keep with your laundry and beach towels. The neighborhood is very quiet and there are no "through streets" with high traffic. The Santa Rosa Mall is just 2 blocks away (walking distance).

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The home has a split bedroom plan with 2 bedrooms on one end and the master bedroom and bath on the other end. The yard is very private with a 6ft wood privacy fence around the property.

This property is close to the Santa Rosa Mall as well as a short distance from Destin, Ft Walton and Navarre Beach. There are lots of places to dine in the area. There is also an infrared grill available for your use.

During the winter months the rates drop to a very affordable price with a week long stay.
