Relax at this sound side retreat just steps to the beach with water views. Located at the back of the neighborhood with no cross traffic or noise to interrupt your relaxation. Townhouse is newly updated and features 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms in an ideal location nestled between multiple beautiful beaches. This location offers private beach area, pier with picnic table and outdoor shower, community pool (3-6' depth/closed seasonally), tennis/basketball court (slightly older). Large shared lawns for outdoor games and activities. Kitchen fully equipped and open via a bar top leading to dining area and living room. Linens and basic toiletries supplied, along with basic pool/beach items (beach chairs/wagon/cooler/towels/sunscreen). Home features an electric fireplace in the living room with a 65" smart TV and a 40" smart TV in the master. Spare bedroom has beach/water view from computer/office desk to help convince that overworked member of the group decide to relax and enjoy the stay.

The place was very clean and nice. Its in a nice safe area. Lots of storage, entry on the groung floor. Beds are comfortable. Access to the dock is just around the building.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property. the host was very easy to deal with and answered any questions promptly. The property itself was exceptionally clean which included everything needed, (except for food obviously). The area is very quiet and relaxing with friendly neighbors. The beach at the property is very small but there again, very well kept. We enjoyed our time here so much that if it wasn't for work, we would have asked if we could extend our stay for another week. You cannot go wrong with booking this place for your vacation ...Book, and enjoy ....

The townhouse was very clean, tastefully decorated, and had some nice little extras… Like kpods they were very much appreciated. The owner was very easy to work with very accommodating and had some great suggestions. Would probably stay there again

Beautiful Spot - Great Place!

This was a fantastic stay! The place was neat and clean, and had all the things (towels, coffee, blankets, etc.) we needed for our trip. The little beach/pier area in the back was beautiful too, and we made use of it. The general location was great to and provided easy access to Navarre and Destin

We were in the area for sports camp. We had a super busy schedule but we’re still able to relax! This spot checked all the boxes! Super clean, super organized. We had no issues at all! The neighbors we encountered were locals and very kind. We enjoyed our stay 110%

Perfect place for us!

This was the perfect place for us to celebrate my son’s birthday! It was clean and had everything we needed. It was only ten minutes to the public beach and the same to local restaurants. It was a quiet place and we felt safe the whole time. Definitely recommend!

Beach vaca

The property was clean & well stocked with charcoal, beach items, cleaning supplies. Rooms were comfortable and space was good for our family if 6. The only issue was the private beach was much smaller than expected and only really good for young kiddos

I’m glad you had a great time. I’m sorry the beach was not as expected. Unfortunately the daily and seasonal tides do cause the water to be high sometimes so the beach can be smaller.

Summer Stay

We booked this property because it had an excellent value and looked great inside. The property was great. No issues. Easy to check in as the property owner sends you a door code the morning of. This property is essentially located 15-20 minutes from both Destin and Navarre. The trade off of location for value was justified to us. Very quiet complex area. Overall we had a great time. It was only the two of us but you could definitely get a family in here easily.

Perfect Vacation

This property was everything we could have asked for! We came for a baseball tournament but enjoyed the beach, nature trails and pool. Location is great as we were able to get to everything within 10-15 minutes. The master bed is one of the only beds I have slept on in a rental that did not hurt my back! It was wonderful! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and even some extra things that we hadn't thought of. We had peaceful evenings outside and never heard the other units around us. Having beach items for us to borrow put the finishing touches on this house. We look forward to staying here again!

The townhouse was adorable. Plenty of space. Photos are a little deceptive, there is no water view from townhouse; there is another building in the way. But it was a very short walk to the water. Beach area was small, but that was only because of the time of year with the tides and recent storms before our arrival. I have no doubt in the summer there would be more beach area. The location was great, far enough away for peace and quiet but close enough to everything that we didn’t drive more than 30 minutes for anything. About 10 minutes to Navarre beach which was our focus so that was great. Beds and couches were very comfortable. Great to have a laundry area with soap and softener provided. The only “complaint” which really isn’t even that would be to have access to the full dock area. It was a little difficult to fish from the smaller doc area available. I understand not having access though as there are boats stored on the locked area. Great to have all of the beach chairs/umbrellas/coolers available as well. Less to pack and makes life easier. Overall this townhouse was well worth the rate for location and amenities available.

Delta cancelled our flights, NO partial refund

I understand cancellation policies, but when the flight gets cancelled and we can do nothing about it, I feel like it would have been nice to at least get a partial refund for the 6 days we had paid for. These policies are the reason we are gradually switching back to hotels. Sorry we missed it. The company should take care of the renters so the rental property itself doesn't lose out and neither does the renter.

Perfect spot for our family!

We stayed for 3 nights just a short trip but this place was perfect for us. My husband and I, son and his wife and 2 grandchildren. There was plenty of room for us. Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom and plenty closet space. Second bathroom and bedroom as well. Second bedroom had a bunk bed but the bottom was like queen size so it worked out well and also a trundle bed pull out so there was plenty of room for everyone. Also a 3rd half bathroom!!! The little beach is small but we enjoyed it and put up umbrella and chairs out there. There were chairs and umbrellas and towels and floatees out in the closet outside by the grill. Unfortunately we didn’t look in there and went and bought a bunch but it’s ok because we will use at home. Home is close enough to grocery and Walmart to get what you need. Boys went fishing on the pier and we cooked the fish on the grill. Beautiful beaches are nearby. Plenty of restaurants nearby. It was really hot when we stayed there in July but of course you can’t help the weather. The place was clean and perfect for our stay. We did cook some as well as eat out. Parking easily for 2 cars. Would love to stay again. Had an issue with the refrigerator water maker that quit and owner quickly brought us bottled water and was going to replace the filter and it magically started working the next morning. Must have froze up. The owner went above and beyond to help with this and we were very impressed by that.would recommend!

Plenty of space, clean and great location. I would add only a few more blankets, we used all the beds and needed extra blakets. Family enjoyed the space, location, very clean, great host, earlier check in and later check out. Loved the small beach area, perfect for out small kids.
