Ubicado entre los árboles en la comunidad de golf de Cummings Cove y con vista a un pequeño segmento de la calle 18, este condominio abierto de planta abierta de un edificio de dos unidades trae el exterior al interior con dos paredes de ventanas de la sala de estar y un gran porche cubierto listo para usar. comedor al aire libre. El amplio salón tiene un techo alto y una chimenea de gas. La cocina está bien equipada, y la mesa en el comedor adyacente tiene capacidad para seis. Cada habitación tiene dos camas matrimoniales / dobles con su propio baño completo y acceso directo al porche. Ambas habitaciones tienen grandes armarios y vestidores. El piso es de madera y cerámica con alfombras de gran área. Hay televisores de alta definición en la sala de estar y en las dos habitaciones; cable y wifi están incluidos. Una cómoda cama individual se almacena en el armario del dormitorio principal y también está disponible.

This was our second year staying at this beautiful condo in Cummings Cove. We truly feel like guests in someone’s home versus just staying in a rental. The condo is well stocked with anything you could possibly need. Residents of Cummings Cove are so welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our late afternoon chats with the pool crew. Thank you for another great stay.

My husband and I lived in Cummings Cove for about 8 years. We loved the residents and the lifestyle. When it came time for us to move back to the Sarasota area in 2017, we were sad. So, this year, we decided we would like to vacation there for a month. Our hosts, Jim and Barb could not have been nicer! On a scale of 1-10, they are a 20. When my husband and I walked through the front door...WOW! The condo was stunning! It made us feel right at home! I kept chanting to my husband..."This is over the top; This is over the top!" I love to cook, so I brought some of my favorite spices with us. When I opened the cabinet next to the stove, I went insane! There were about 100 spices in the cabinet. The furniture was classy and comfortable. Everything was clean; the neighbors were great. There wasn't anything missing that we needed. Barb and Jim checked in on us occasionally to see if we needed anything. When our 28 days came to an end, it was sad for us. It was nice to be back in Hendersonville, which is a great, old-fashioned small town with an awesome Main St. Thanks again to Barb and Jim for sharing their beautiful condo for our wonderful vacation!

Great spot in Hendersonville

My husband and I rented this place while we searched for a new home in the area. It was a perfect spot for us and our pets. The condo is well-stocked and the owners seemed to have thought of everything. Barbara and Jim were very responsive to our questions and were quick to have the washer fixed when it stopped working a few days into our stay, and also when we had cable issues. The neighborhood is great for walking and the neighbors are very friendly and helpful.

Treetop Mountain Retreat

We had a wonderful month at Jim and Barbara’s home in Cummings Cove. This upper level condo has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Jim and Barbara were so helpful and responsive. The community is lovely and the people are very friendly. We enjoyed golf, the pool, exercise classes and the restaurant. We also cooked in the best equipped kitchen I have ever stayed in. We look forward to visiting the beautiful mountains of western North Carolina and this lovely treetop mountain retreat in Cummings Cove again in the future.

Wonderful getaway

Jim and Barbara were wonderful. The condo is comfortable and clean, quiet and well stocked. We had a problem with a bed so they purchased 2 new mattresses and they were delivered within the week. The location is perfect for Hendersonville and Brevard. It was nice and cool and condo was wooded. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful. Thank you Jim and Barbara

Peaceful location

The condo is located in a gated golf community and even as a renter you are afforded all the community amenities. It was clean, beautifully furnished and stocked with all the comforts of home. There is also a wonderful L-shaped screened in porch that faces the golf course 18th fairway. The condo is located about 1/2 mile (an easy walk) from the pool, exercise facility, tennis & pickleball & bocce courts. I took advantage of the 3x week water aerobics classes. There is so much to do and see in the area - Hendersonville, Brevard and Asheville. Loved this condo and have booked again for a month in 2020 - can't wait to return!

1. Could not have guests for dinner due to the lack of accessibility to the complex and lack of parking space 2. Disapproved of thermostat being controlled remotely via wifi 3. Did not appreciate owner showing up @ condo at 7pm w/o notice.

Excellent stay

Barbara and Jim have a beautiful retreat in the mountains. Their condo is well equipped with all the comforts of home. The community location is ideal, the golf course is breathtaking and the people are very friendly. I could go on and on. You won’t regret booking this condo!

Beautiful Cummings Cove condo

Enjoyed our stay at this nice clean modern condo with an amazing wrap around screened in porch with a beautiful wooded/golf course view! Hosts were great…we love the gated neighborhood & all of the amenities!

Lots of steps but worth the effort!

Very comfortable condo in the North Carolina woods. The screened porch is a lovely place to spend a summer afternoon. The beauty of the setting is exquisite. The water pressure is a little low and the beds are a little small for 2 people but the ambiance makes up for it. We especially loved the poximity to a scenic golf course and a challenging hike around Cove Loop Road.

Pleasant and Relaxing Stay

Excellent stay at very well equipped condo; comfortable too

Easy to communicate with owners of property to rent, get details & finally move in & out smoothly. Condo is extremely well equipped with towels, sheets, kitchen supplies, TVs etc. It has a big wrap around covered porch overlooking the 18th hole but it was just too cold to sit outdoor.

Beautiful time in Cummings Cove Neighborhood!!

Very comfortable, updated condo. Excellent condition. The fireplace was a nice feature for winter evenings. Kitchen superbly stocked with cooking essentials. Barb and Jim, owners, always had our best interests in mind, very considerate. We've stayed in Cummings Cove previously. Friendly neighbors, walking; close to downtown Hendersonville, with plenty of good eating and shopping. Hannah Flanagan , Black Bear Cafe- the best. Flat Rock, close by, has a wonderful park with trails. For a beautiful experience, visit "The Pretty Church", just outside of DuPont Forest. Easy to get to Asheville, Brevard and several other North Carolina sights. Greenville, SC, definitely a must. So, yes, we had a great 6 weeks of winter in a beautiful location, surrounded by Blue Ridge Mountains.

Wonderful condo in beautiful surroundings.

We have been renting vacation properties for many years. We found this property to be very well furnished, equipped kitchen, and linens. We enjoyed relaxing on the porch. The people in the community were very friendly, great amenities, along with a pristine golf course with reasonable fees. Best of all we were fortunate to be there to enjoy spectacular July 4th fireworks!!

Blue Mountain Get Away

My wife and I spent the month of March in Barb and Jim's condo in Cummings Cove. What an enjoyable stay! Barb and Jim were the perfect hosts, making sure we didn't want for anything, but giving us all the space we needed to ensure our absolute privacy. The condo was magnificent. We've booked quite a few extended stays through VRBO and this was by far and away the nicest rental we've had. Barb and Jim made sure it was well stocked, clean as a whistle and impeccably furnished, They even left us a welcoming bottle of wine to enjoy upon arrival. As an extra special touch, they connected us with their immediate neighbors, so we immediately felt at home. The condo is located in a gated resort community, which gave us easy access to a great golf course, and a nice workout facility. There was a lovely screened in porch for fresh air and great mountain views. All in all a great stay. The only drawback was the number of stairs from the parking lot to the front door, but we got used to the trek in a matter of days and never looked back. We highly recommend Barb and Jim's condo. We had a great stay and are confident you will too.

Great stay! Wonderful property!

The condo was beautifully maintained, nicely decorated and clean. We had wonderful views from the wrap around porch and even saw a white squirrel (twice). My wife and I highly recommend this property for any prospective renters. The pool, tennis courts and exercise area were top notch and the people we met were very friendly. The nearby historic towns of Hendersonville and Brevard offer many fine restaurants and attractions. Neighboring waterfalls and other sites offer something for everyone. The property owners Jim and Barbara were very helpful in getting us settled and we would definitely visit again. Highly recommend!

Tranquil, well-appointed, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo

the property was well maintained and nicely appointed once you were in the condo it was like your own little tree house. The community was a golfing community and very well maintained. The owners Jim and Barbara could not have been more friendly and easy to reach. There was so much to do in the area especially if you like hiking and being outdoors. The only thing that could be negative for some people would be the walk from the parking lot to the front door especially when bringing in groceries and luggage the steps were a little steep. As long as you have no problems getting around this should not be a problem I think anyone would love renting this unit.
