If you are like my husband and I, you need time away from the hustle and bustle of work in the city. I relish time away to rest, rejuvenate and play. For us, watching the waves is a recipe for renewed appreciation for one another and a time to reflect on our good fortune to be able to enjoy nature at its fullest. We date again! We talk more, we play more, love more. We want to share this little "heaven on Thebes's 17th floor" with you.

The views are fabulous from the generous terrace this property has to offer. The terrace is larger than other one bedroom condos! We love that!
This property is far enough away from the traffic and vacationer crowds but in five minutes, take a bus and jump into the mix of the festive atmosphere of IXTAPA.
I just love the pools! We like getting up before most people and swim a few laps to work up an appetite for omelettes, chilaquiles and fresh fruits served at the pool bar restaurant.
We prefer to walk everywhere or take public transportation which is very economical. We are minutes away from shopping and restaurants. The Marina is accross the street and we've discovered a great deli store that carries wines, cheese, and other delicacies to enjoy back at the condo on the terrace.
At this condo, in IXTAPA, we can relax and allow the child within have fun!

Amazing view from the bed and from the terraza. Waking up and facing the ocean is a real treat! A great size terraza with a very comfortable table and chairs where to sit and watch the sunset is one of my favorite evening activities. The resort has two beautiful long pools that we enjoy when we have our morning swim. The condo offers ample space for two people. The bed sits slightly lower than your bed at home so if you have trouble sitting up and standing when rising out of bed, perhaps this would not work well for you.
Housekeeping and cooking can be included in your rental...at a very reasonable rate. Why not pamper yourself.
Eating IN, does not feel like eating IN...because a meal in front of the magnificent views in this condo, would be like booking a window table at an expensive restaurant on the beach without the price tag...you don’t have to break the bank to dine in a five star ***** place.
If you decide to cook yourself, you will find it is a joy because you will cook with the best, most beautiful appliances and cooking implements. We spared no expense to furnish this condo. We are sure you will be pleasantly surprised when you start exploring all that’s is available to you in this condo.
