Malsac is a beautiful, spacious holiday home (160 m2) with a large garden and a very large private swimming pool of 5 x 11 meters! It is located in the Dordogne on the border with the Lot in the Périgord Noir. This area is known for its beautiful surroundings, good cuisine, wines, hospitality and many sights and attractions. Attention : Monday arrival!

Interior
Spacious living room of 45 m2 with sitting area with direct access to the terrace and swimming pool, a dining area for 8 people and an open kitchen with a cozy bar area. There are 4 spacious bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor, this bedroom with a double bed (160x200) has its own bathroom. On the first floor are the remaining 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed (160x200) and one with 2 single beds of 90x200. Finally, there is a bathroom and toilet.

Outside
Nice garden(3000 m2) with lots of grass where you can play in full and on the south side of the house the large private swimming pool. There is also a swing for the children. In short, a wonderfully uncomplicated house for an unforgettable holiday!

Surroundings
The nearest village is Salviac at 5 km. There is a bakery, various restaurants, cafés, shops and a small supermarket. The nearest larger town is Gourdon (12 km) with a beautiful authentic center. Here are the larger supermarkets such as Lidl and Leclerc. The Dordogne and Lot rivers are very popular for canoeing, swimming and fishing. There are many places of interest such as castles, gardens, caves, climbing rocks, ballooning, etc. For wine lovers, the Vin de Domme wine castle is only a few km away. Here you can buy and taste the regional wine.
