Les Hauts de Saint-Germain offers on the ground floor:
* A spacious living room bathed in light with a comfortable sitting area, elegantly furnished with a sofa, armchairs, coffee table, flat screen TV, arranged around the wood stove installed in the large fireplace.
The dining area offers a large table, six seats and a dresser.
* The semi-open kitchen is particularly well equipped and offers all the appliances, including a large cooking piano, to cook the good products of Périgord brought back from the markets nearby.
* Located at the end of the corridor very quiet, the first room, of 13m², offers a large double bed (160cmx200cm), two bedside tables and a large wooden wardrobe
* Adjoining, the family bathroom has a bathtub with shower screen and a washbasin
* separate toilets complete the ground floor

From the corridor, the beautiful wooden staircase leads to the first floor.
* The master bedroom is to be found on your left side. It is very spacious (25m²) and offers a private terrace with panoramic views over the pool, garden and valley below.
The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed (160cmx200cm) two bedside tables and two chest of drawers. The day bed can sleep an extra guest or offers more sleeping flexibility.
* On the other side of the landing, the third bedroom (12m²) has two single beds -which can be put together to make a very large double- two bedside tables and a wardrobe/closet.
* These bedrooms share a shower room with a tiled shower, washbasin and toilet.

* A laundry room with sink, washing machine, ironing kit, second fridge/ freezer is accessible in the garage on the ground floor.

* Les Hauts de Saint-Germain enjoys a flowery and wooded garden, romantic to wish, inviting to daydream and idleness... Near the pool, its huge lawn area will be perfect for ball games.
* Its terrace running along the facade and drowned under the wisteria, has a first dining area, perfect for breakfasts and aperitifs in the evening.
At the hottest of the day, you will enjoy the second terrace area under the pergola, near the pool.
without forgetting the superb panoramic terrace on the first floor, with its garden furniture, from where you will not tire of contemplating the view that is offered to you below.
* The beautiful pool of 10mx5m is ideal for long lazy afternoons returning from the many excursions offered by the immediate surroundings. Equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas, it offers perfect security for young holidaymakers thanks to its submerged electric shutter.
* Private parking for two to three vehicles at the front of the property and closed garage for one car.
