 Esta es la ubicación! A solo unos pasos de la cafetería Village y del Hub ya un corto paseo de la playa. Nuestra propiedad bellamente renovada de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños ofrece un tema costero y un plano de planta abierto. Un sofá cama tamaño queen y una cama EZ tamaño Queen autoinflable, hacen que esta casa sea cómoda para una familia de 8 personas. Encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, cocina totalmente equipada y una máquina Keurig se suman a la sensación de esta casa. Master suite con baño completo, amplio comedor familiar con vista al canal. Disfrute de asar a la parrilla, jugando a un agujero de maíz o pescado en el canal. No olvides tus furbabies tampoco. Esta casa es muy amigable para las mascotas. NOTA: El área del canal es un espacio compartido con nuestra otra ubicación: Unidad A (VRBO # 1077749). ¿Necesitas más habitaciones? Las Unidades están unidas, pero tienen entradas privadas separadas. No hay paredes compartidas en ninguna habitación de las Unidades. Para la seguridad de los huéspedes, hay cámaras de seguridad externas monitoreadas. La unidad es libre de humo. No se permite fumar dentro de las unidades. ¡¡Disfruta tu estancia!!

Family Vacation

This house was beautiful and in the best location! It was walking distance to the many shops, restaurants and the beach! We enjoyed our time and if we ever return to siesta key I'd definitely stay at this place again!!

Very convenient location

Older property but well maintained. Plenty of room with a large dining area. Loved the pool. Short drive to the beach - just a little to far for us to walk. We forgot to bring our chairs so really appreciated the beach chairs that were provided. We loved having restaurants and music within a short walk.Family was very happy with this property and would definitely stay here again.

Great large pool which we had almost exclusive use of during our stay. In the heart of the village, with great access to restaurants and groceries - but was surprisingly quiet.

Great location

This was an amazing location! Minutes from the village and a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach. Private driveway was a bonus. Property management was very responsive when needed. We would definitely book this property again.

Return Stay for our Girls Trip

This was our second time staying at this home. We just love the location and how close it is to all the restaurants and stores in the village. It’s a small walk to the beach, but not terrible. It was so clean and comfortable for the three of us that stayed here for our annual girls trip!

Great Location & Accomidations

The property was great! Very close to the village with shopping, dining and beach. We enjoyed the nightly Veterans Ceremony at Patriots Beach. We will definitely be back. The rental comes with a wagon and items for the beach such as an umbrella, chairs and towels.

Great location

The house is in walking distance to the beach and everything that is needed. We had a little hiccup with not understanding that you had to pay extra to have the pool heated, but management was attentive to our questions and needs. The pool is beautiful and the house is more than adequate for needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We loved it here this is the 2nd time we rented in this neighborhood. We love being able to walk everywhere & the people who live in this “hood” r very friendly & pleasant. We r planning to return next yr to rent this house. Had everything we needed, plus. Loved the beautiful pool too. Comfy beds & plenty of linens.

The house was wonderful, very clean & perfect location, literally steps away from the village. The beach just a 10 minute walk, they had everything you needed. The pool was a plus if you didn’t want to go to the beach all day.I would highly recommend this house. We definitely would come back.

Lovely

Unfortunately, our stay was affected by the red tide. We didn't get any time at the beach until the last day, but the property's locations and pool made it easy to have fun and relax without the ocean.

Great location and fun

pool to chill out and canal, and great layout Location is a block from town, and maybe 2-3 blocks too beach Easy walks Well equipped for beach stuff (cool cabana, wagon, chairs, and more stuff) Well equipped kitchen (needs cutting board, or I couldn’t find it) Shower in guest room was great, master was so/so Master bath overall was nice We would all recommend (teen and parents)

This house was amazing location and pet friendly, which was something that was very hard to come by in this area. Plenty of space for me and my husband and two kids. The pool was great. We didn’t mind sharing with the neighbors at all. It was nice to encounter others as they came along. Everything was super clean new and updated. Lots of light in all the different rooms like little cozy corners to hang out in. The bedding was super comfortable, though the master bedroom could’ve had a larger bed. It was also super nice to have a bath as well as a shower in case the kids wanted to clean off in a tub. Having hardwood and tile throughout really helped with the dog I didn’t have to worry about having a mess anywhere. Highly recommended we would stay again.
