Round-trip airport transportation provided for up to 3 passengers from SRQ or TPA with advance reservation. The fare is free but please tip the driver. Limited to one activity for just one person each day (other members of the group can partake but will need to pay). The stay was the best of three visits to Siesta! This was by far the best location and the accommodations were heart warming. This was a girls trip for 3 generations and it was the best trip so far!

Beautiful

This home was very clean and comfortable. The location can not be beat. Close to restaurants, stores and beach. The management was very competent and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Nice property!

Nice property off of the beach, nice clubhouse, nice pools, good exercise facility, easy access, friendly staff and a good value off season. It's about 10 minutes from shops and restaurants in Vero Beach. The demographic of the area is strongly slanted toward 70+ age range, nice if you seek tranquility, but it will be too quiet for some. Hiram's is a fun restaurant but a bit of a drive, and the Ocean Grill is a good one for date night.

Spring Break Supreme

Nicely decorated condo in heart of bustling Siesta Key village with easy access to shops, restaurants and groceries. Quick golf cart ride to the beach. Teens loved the location, mom and dad may prefer a little more off the beaten path. Condo was surprisingly quiet though with comfy beds and furniture. Kitchen was stocked with appliances, dishes and utensils required for eating in. All the beach gear is provided, including towels. Lots of fun for the whole family!

I was extremely happy with the room and the grounds. The reason i didn’t give 5 stars was due to the pool being murky the whole time we were there until the last day of our stay. Very disappointed in that but other than the pool everything was great and identical to the pictures listed!

Awesome location close to restaurants and shops

Booked a quick 4 day stay for myself, husband and 18 and 13 year old. Needed 2 separate sleeping areas for teens. Nice unit having space to move around in. Pool small but very warm and quiet. Within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We drove to beach due to distance. Quiet area. Right behind a Circle K convenience store. Easy to use parking in front of (public parking area) and behind unit (private parking that complex w pass displayed). Booked son (18 YO) bike rental so he had his own “wheels” to explore w complimentary bike rental (easy to do; they dropped off at unit and picked up after on departure day).

Adequate and Over Priced

We are giving this property a mixed review for several reasons. The location of the unit is very convenient to Siesta Key Village. The condition of the interior of the unit is good - recently updated with good furnishings. These pluses were offset by several concerns that we had. First many of the small items inside the unit were inadequate.; - only four mismatched wine glasses - rusty dull kitchen cutting knives - filthy worn out sheet pan - no large mixing bowl - no hair dryer - ridiculous small cleaning supplies provided (dish soap, dishwasher packs, etc) To the credit of the rental company, they did promptly bring over these items when we called to complain. Second the exterior grounds around the property are poor. The fence and doors are missing around the large garbage dumpster right near the rear entrance - not a pleasant view or smell when you park your car in back. . The landscaping beds by the front and back doors are not being maintained - just spotty plantings and bare dirt. The landscaping by the pool area is also not being maintained - plus an old broken table and old pool toys laying around. The pool furniture was tired - a renter in another unit complained while we were there and 2 new lounge chairs were delivered. The locks on the pool gate do not lock. The pool is a nice size and is heated, but the water level was low (we filled it ourselves with a hose), resulting in cloudy water and a lot of floating leaves in the pool. When we mentioned these exterior items to the rental agency they said these exterior issues were up to the HOA of this multi-condo unit. Overall we feel we paid a premium rental fee for a property with an average interior and deficient exterior. We enjoyed our stay overall, although the red tide was annoying while we were there which is obviously nothing that the rental agency can do anything about.

Happy we rented

This unit had everything we needed and was close to the Village. Breakfast each morning was just steps away. The home was nicely decorated and bed was comfortable, I always think a comfortable bed is key to picking a vacation rental. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed. Overall we had a nice time there, we didn’t use the pool, more interested in the beach. Thanks for the last minute rental. Linda B

Prime Location, Gorgeous Property

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay, gorgeous property, in a prime location, 2 minutes away from numerous restaurants, shops and bars in Siesta Key village. You must try the best mini donuts around with a perfect cup of coffee, you will not be sorry – get there early, there is always a line! It is about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach (maybe even less if you walk fast) go there in the evening and watch the sunset, it’s just beautiful! Management was very helpful and were quick to respond with any questions I had. Would definitely recommend iTrip and will be back next year!
