Villa privada de lujo frente al mar en Grace Bay

Esta villa de vacaciones de lujo de 4000 pies cuadrados está situada directamente en la playa de arena blanca de Grace Bay, clasificada entre las diez mejores del Caribe. Nade y practique snorkel a pocos pasos de su puerta en las aguas notablemente cristalinas de la costa norte de Provo. A un corto paseo por la playa se encuentran Smith’s Reef y Coral Gardens, dos de los mejores arrecifes de snorkel de la isla a poca distancia de la orilla.

La casa de vacaciones espaciosa y sumamente cómoda consta de dos niveles, con seis habitaciones, cada una con baño privado, aire acondicionado, televisión por cable y teléfono. Un comedor formal tiene capacidad para 12 personas y se encuentra junto a una lujosa y elegante cocina gourmet, con barra de desayuno.

Al pasar por el vestíbulo de entrada, hay una gran sala con barra húmeda y sala de estudio / sala de televisión separada; Las puertas de vidrio de piso a techo de 14 pies conducen al patio cubierto al aire libre frente a la playa, un área perfecta para el entretenimiento, comidas adicionales o descansar junto a la piscina.

Family

Our group consisted of myself, my niece and nephew and their spouses, one great nephew (18) and two great nieces (9 and 11). The pool and the closeness to the beach were top among "likes". This was a wonderful family vacation.

Grace Bay Serenity 6 couples

Had an excellent experience, 6 couples stayed in the house for a week, the outdoor space and pool and proximity to the beach was awesome. Likewise, the ensuite bathrooms make things very comfortable. Would highly recommend. We didn't really need any help no issues with the house, but Paul was very helpful with suggestions, where to go etc. I do recommend a car if staying there.

There were 6 couples and this home is set up perfectly for a large group. Loved the pool and beach. Not walking distance to much so we were glad we rented a van. It was an amazing vacation!

Great property and location right on the beach. Unseasonably hot and ac only in bedrooms. Really a great space with wonderful kitchen. Each bedroom has a private bath. Great gas grill. Plenty of outdoor seating. Well maintained property. Best family vacation ever.

Amazing!

We had an absolutely amazing time with 10 of us as a family adults and teenagers. The house is perfectly located, with an amazing beach and pool just out the front door and great snorkeling just a short walk away. We were picked up right on our beach for several island adventures and Christine our property manager was very responsive with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend it!

Perfect villa for large family

This villa was perfect for our family of 10 which included 2 toddlers and 2 elderly grandparents. Clean and beautiful house / property with a private walkway to beach. Definitely need a rental car. The bars / restaurants in Turtle Cove are walkable, but a car is needed to get to Grace Bay and other areas of interest. Christine was fantastic to work with. Very accommodating and communicative. We would definitely go back!

Beautiful spot

Serenity House is all that it was described. Everything was clean and lovely. It’s right on the beach and we’ll stacked with all necessities. The only issue with our stay was that we were there in mid June and the house got pretty warm by afternoon. The bedrooms have a/c but there’s only one unit in the main area.

Beautiful!!

Our party of 12 really enjoyed our stay at this villa. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we truly enjoyed one of our best family vacations ever. Great layout of the house, ample seating, perfect patio shade, lovely pool, great location. Only feedback is the furniture is dated and I would recommend updating the kitchen sink/faucet and fridge (ice situation was terrible).

Perfect Beach Home!!

Amazing outdoor space! this is where we spent all our waking hours. The set up of this house is perfect every bedroom has an en suite bathroom, plenty of seating inside & out. The house is well stocked with anything you would possible need from the kitchen to the beach. The property manager was very responsive to questions. Could not have picked a better house for our visit to the island.

Trip to paradise

This property is an ideal setting on the beach with a pool. The house was amazing and had everything you could need. It is easy to get to nearby places, especially if renting a car. Just be aware main part of house doesn’t have central air, though bedrooms have units so it takes a little getting used to. Well worth it though.

Fantastic week at an amazing property

We had a great time. The house is a perfect setup for large gatherings. Everyone had their own room with a bathroom and there is enough space that you aren’t tripping over each other. The location is stunning. Marjorie was great and quickly responded to any questions. Everything about the house was great. The kitchen was well equipt. A few more beach chairs would be all I could ask for. Thank you. We will be back.

Great house and setting

Everything was fantastic. Group of 12 with 4 small children. Amenities were just as advertised. Beach was so close that we were able to go back and forth to the house for meals or swimming, which was great with the 2 infants and 2 small children. Rooms were great and a/c worked well. Kitchen and outdoor grill were great as we cooked most nights. Grocery store and fish market were short car rides away. Christine was very responsive for a couple of questions we had and mid-week maid serice was nice to have. Overall, one of the absolute best experiences and a delight to know that their vrbo advertising did not embellish anything!

Amazing!

Well appointed home with beautiful views. My husband and I vacationed with 4 other couples. There is plenty of room for privacy and gatherings. A few restuarants that are walkable. A memorable experience. Christine was helpful and responded quickly to any of our concerns. Just one suggestion. While beach chairs are provided, we would have loved lounge chairs to be in place. Perhaps there is a service we could have used. We hope to visit again!

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!

This house was perfect for our multigenerational family. There were 8 of us, and we all had enough space to spread out. The location and view was spectacular. Christine the property manager was extremely helpful and responded immediately to any needs. Having such a spacious living space outside was incredible. It was where we lived. The pool was an added bonus. The grandchildren spent afternoons in the pool after a morning at the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked and we cooked at our house most nights. I highly recommend this property. Wonderful!

Serenity House is a wonderful place!

Just a very short distance from the airport, we arrived somewhat early and Christine, our most gracious hostess, was there to welcome us, escort us through the villa, and explain its various systems. With us were our three adult children and their spouses as well as our three grand children (ranging in age from 3-7 years old). With six large bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, a large living room, an expansive "common room" opening out onto a spacious patio and pool, a large dining room, and a well equipped kitchen, there was plenty of room for each and all to follow the schedules and pursuits of their various wishes and inclinations. The well manicured gardens surrounding the villa are stunning. The lush, sandy beach is just steps from the back patio. Inviting snorkeling is a short walk up the beach. Excellent restaurants are close by. The splendid Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Course is a 5-10 minute drive away. The private boat excursion we arranged pulled right up to our beach as did the parasailing. What more could one possibly wish or hope for on a Caribbean vacation. On a practical note, the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry are all well stocked with everything you might reasonably need. Maids come mid-week to change beds, towels, etc. and do a thorough cleaning. There were plenty of pool and beach toys for our grandchildren and books, puzzles, and games for the adults. Any problems and Christine is instantly there with any expert necessary to fix them! We loved it here!

Family Fun

The location was wonderful! The property was perfectly situated at the beach which allowed easy access from the beach to the pool which was enjoyable for the adults and especially the.grandchildren. The house gave all of us plenty of space and not be crowded together.

Wonderful Beach Front Property

Our stay at Serenity House was exactly as advertised. Beautiful house and location with some fun snorkeling reefs easily within walking distance. The kids even got to see Sea Turtles swimming on the reef. Christine, the Property Manager, was wonderful! Helped us with any small issue we had and was so easy to work with. Definitely recommend this property and hope to be back soon!

Spectacular

The house is perfect for a larger family. Great pool, nice accommodations, close to restaurants, and just a nice layout. The beach is beautiful and great snorkeling right in front of the house. Christine the host is fantastic and very responsive to any issues. We would absolutely stay there again.
