Nuestra casa es MUY LIMPIA y bien mantenida. Esta es una casa personalizada y se encuentra detrás de una puerta eléctrica privada. Decorado para la comodidad y el estilo, con un plano de planta abierto y un hermoso interior espacioso.
Es una caminata fácil de 2 minutos a toda la acción en el famoso Ventura Blvd, en el centro del pueblo, que incluye muchos restaurantes, tiendas, tiendas, Starbucks, supermercados, cines y hamburguesas In & Out y mucho más. Ubicado en el centro ya minutos de todo. ... Universal Studios, Hollywood, Santa Monica Beach, Malibu Beach, T. V. & Movie Industry, Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive, The Getty Museum, Griffith Park Observatory, L.A. Zoo, Disneyland, UCLA Campus & Hospital, viajes de autobús de Celebrity Tour, senderismo, acceso rápido a la autopista para viajar. Este es un vecino muy deseable en el centro de Sherman Oaks Village, cerca de TODAS las atracciones de Los Ángeles. Maravilloso para la familia.

Absolutely wonderful stay!

From checking in to checking out, this house and the owners were perfect! Paulina is the sweetest host and left us essentials upon arriving and later in the week even brought us a lovely and thoughtful basket. The house was very clean and beautiful. Fantastic Home for a Family Getaway!

My family came to LA for Thanksgiving, and this was a perfect place to stay. The beautifully decorated house was fantastic inside and out. The house had everything one could ask for to host a family gathering. The owners went above and beyond making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying at this luxurious home.

Fabulous home, host and neighborhood

The property is well maintained. We were welcomed with a wonderful smile. The operation of how everything works was on point. There's even a booklet to explain things if you forget. The hostess and host are warm, inviting and offered suggestions to help us avoid traffic. The beds are so comfortable, we had plenty of space to gather and enjoy each other. The kitchen is spacious. The lounging areas provided ample space for our group. Anyone choosing to stay here will definately enjoy the home and all it has to offer. We found so many places to eat and shop that were very close to the home. I have to say that Paulina was the perfect hostess and we will be back again!!

Wonderful place to rest while vacationing

My family and I (6 people) enjoyed staying at this home. Is was very clean and and had comfy beds. The home was located close to many places to shop and dine. It also had many amenities that made our stay comfy. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Good for a family

The house was spacious, very clean, and had a well equipped kitchen and working grill. The outside enclosed patio was wonderful for adults and young children. The neighborhood was safe, and easily walkable to restaurants and grocery stores.

Perfect location. Super clean and accommodating for families.

We are a family of six ages ranging from 5-adult. The house was clean, spacious and more than accommodating for us all. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. Wonderful host! We can't wait to come back.

Best stay ever

The house was amazing and close to everything. We had 7 people in our group and it was more than enough space. My sister left her wallet and the owners overnighted it to her. Amazing experience.

Wonderful hosts and home in an excellent location!

We met one of our hosts, Paulina, who was very welcoming! We found the home to be super clean and comfortable. It really suited our family in many ways, including being in walking distance to many shops and food. Our hosts also recommended several local restaurants and provided pamphlets of local activities, which was very helpful! I highly recommend this home!

Amazing Home

Clean, comfy house and rooms/beds, lots of space for bigger groups. Kitchen well stocked and great appliances. Quiet, secure. Hosts very helpful and attentive. Great location for LAX, and the Santa Monica and UCLA areas. Short walking distance to the shops and restaurants on Ventura Blvd. Great find!! Hope to go back!

Great for families/convenient location

I stayed at this property with my wife, 3 year old, 1 year old and nanny. It was very clean and had plenty of space for all of us. The second floor master is very spacious and has a nice big bathroom. Hosts were great, gave us a welcome gift and advice about the area. Very conveniently located being within 1 mile of two major highways. I highly recommend for a family vacation in LA.

Perfect!

Paulina & Chris are wonderful hosts. The house is beautiful. The bedrooms are spread out for privacy yet close enough if you have kids to monitor. Everything was spotless and there were even some snacks and drinks for us! Universal is about a 15 minute drive; stores and restaurants are a few minute walk from the house. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay again.

Fabulous House!

I stayed at this house for three nights last weekend with visiting family from Europe. We all loved the house and location. It was spotlessly clean. Having three bathrooms was great and the outdoor space was amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the linens and sheets top notch. Off street parking was a definite plus. Paulina and Chris were wonderful and so accommodating. It felt like we were staying with friends. I will definitely be back!

Spring Break

This property is wonderful and perfect for families, or those traveling in large groups. The house has super comfy beds, the kitchen is well stocked w/ any kitchen item you might need, the furniture in the common areas is comfortable as well. The location is perfect. The neighborhood is great for walking, lots of shops and restaurants to check out just down the street and close to pretty much anything you'd want to do in the LA area. From check-in to check-out, the hosts were amazing. Accessible and responsive, but not intrusive at all. We loved staying here and hope to stay here again!

We work in the design field as you will see in the decor & custom wall finishes in our home. Only a 2 minute walk to the "Main Boulevard" and you will be able to enjoy many Restaurants from fancy to casual, Starbucks, In-N-Out Burger, Bars, Ice Cream Shops a variety of Stores, Grocery/Markets, etc... So many more places and attractions very close by! Drive to: Universal Studios in 10 mins, Disneyland 50 minutes (south), Hollywood Sign and Walk of Fame, Kodak Theater, take a Celebrity Home location tour on an open air bus or a Studio Tour of the entertainment industry.
