Villa Lorzata is a luxury property located in the lush countryside of Carovigno, in the upper part of Salento, Puglia, among ancient olive groves and typical dry stone walls. The ideal place to spend a vacation in Puglia in total relaxation, quiet and peace of mind. The villa was recently built from a well renowned architecture studio, in full harmony with the rural context in which it is set.
Villa Lorzata is one of the most exclusive luxury villas for rent in the Brindisi area, equipped with all modern comforts that make it a unique place for a pleasant stay.
It sleeps 8 people in 4 stylish bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom. UPON REQUEST, for a supplement, it is also possible to use the nearby annex, 15 meters from the villa, with the fifth double bedroom and bathroom (therefore accommodating up to a total of 10 guests).

THE INTERIOR
The property is characterized by fine workmanship that enhance the natural materials. It`s equipped with the most modern services and facilities such as internet wi-fi, air conditioning in every room, underfloor heating, washing machine, satellite tv, stereo, safe, alarm and video surveillance system, mosquito nets to always guarantee a peaceful sleep and all spaces are designed to guarantee an accessible tourism.

Villa Lorzata is built on two levels. The ground level has 3 double bedrooms furnished with the highest design elements, a bright living area with a lounge and dining room, and a very well equipped kitchen with electric oven, a microwave, a small dishwasher. All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom and a direct access to a private veranda.
On the first floor there is an independent guesthouse with living and dining room, bathroom, kitchenette, and two comfortable furnished terraces from where you can enjoy an amazing sea view on the horizon in total relax and privacy; here you may spend peaceful moments, have breakfasts, lunches or dinners with the Adriatic coast and the olive groves on the background.

THE OUTDOOR AREA
The gardens are bordered by the typical dry stone walls that enhance the beauty of ancient olive trees. The stunning infinity pool (heatable on request) can be used from May until the end of October and is surrounded by the solarium that is fully furnished with sun lounger and deck chairs, external showers, table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners with the possibility to use the stylish barbecue to cook a lovely meal.

Pool, rural landscape, ancient olive- and almond trees turn the villa into a hidden oasis where you can escape into the beautiful Carovigno countryside, perfectly located so you can easily reach the Adriatic Sea and the beach of the Natural Reserve of Torre Guaceto, that is only 5 kilometers away. Within 50 kms / 30 min drive, there are some of the most beautiful towns of Puglia that definitely worth a visit such as Ostuni, Lecce, Alberobello and the Itria valley, Monopoli, Polignano a Mare.
For golf enthusiasts, the Savelletri golf courses are just over 30 kilometers away.
