Ubicado en el viejo pueblo marinero de Puerto de Mogán, donde podrá disfrutar de unas increíbles vistas del mar y de la marina del Puerto.
Apartamento de 1 dormitorio con terraza privada, donde puede disfrutar de unas magnificas vistas, está orientado al mar y al maravilloso puerto que lo acompaña, por lo que tiene mucha luz y sol desde primera hora de la mañana.
Dispone de una cocina amplia para cuando quiera preparar sus platos, un salón donde poder relajarse y disfrutar de las vistas mientras esté sentado en el sofá, baño equipado con todos los complementos necesarios y el dormitorio que cuentan con una cama grande y espaciosa y con mucho espacio para poder almacenar todo lo que se desee.
Por otro lado, la azotea común a los 4 apartamentos, zona de relax donde dispone de hamacas para poder disfrutar del sol, un jacuzzi para poder relajarse mientras puede admirar las vistas desde lo más alto y también una mesa donde se puede comer siempre que quiera.
Los apartamentos se encuentran en el casco viejo de Puerto de Mogán, por lo que no hay acceso directo en coche. Se accede mediante unas escaleras.
El Puerto de Mogán cuenta con un ambiente muy acogedor donde se puede disfrutar de un paseo por lo canales de la pequeña Venecia, como muchos la llaman. También disfrutar de un día de playa ya que el Puerto de Mogán está reconocido como el lugar con más días de Sol al año. Se cuenta con una gran cantidad de restaurantes en los que se puede disfrutar de la comida típica canaria y con un pesado muy fresco.

Excellent Apartment overlooking Puerto de Mogan

We had a wonderful week in this apartment overlooking the marina. Very clean and the balcony was amazing. I would highly recommend anyone to check in with Rosa Delia, perfect accomodation in the perfect location

Perfect for us

This fairly new contemporary styled apartment was perfect for our stay. It was clean and very well presented with fabulous views from our private balcony overlooking the marina/port and wider seascape. Rosa was attentive and quickly sorted out our only issue which was a malfunctioning bathroom light. Having used a similar apartment nearby previously we had anticipated the steep climb to the apartment but it is worth it for the views, probably not though for anyone struggling with mobility. The resort seemed to us to have more British and Irish vistors than previous visits, but overall maintains its charm and international character. It was quiet and that was obviously Covid related. Overall we recomend this apartment wholeheartedly.

Excellent

It’s better than the pictures. It’s super clean and looks new and modern. The view from the balcony is fabulous - overlooking the harbour. I could not fault it. The one thing that might deter potential visitors is that you need to walk up about 100 steps - there is no road acces directly to the front door - what looks like roads on google maps are in fact foot paths and steps. However, it’s not a big deal at all and the view is stunning. Will come back to this place.

Geniale Aussicht, supper Unterkunft

Super Appartement mit super tollem Ausblick von der Terrasse. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden, vom Badehandtuch bis Bügeleisen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt richtig genossen und waren mehr als zufrieden. Besser geht es nicht. Nochmal herzlichen Dank an Rosa.

Wonderful view, wonderful appartment

We recently stayed at Rosa’s apartment C We went with friends who were in the apartment next door. There is a larger apartment on the 2nd floor and hot tub with sun loungers on the 3 rd floor. We went up here quite a lot especially for the hot tub when it got very hot. Also up here were 2 washing machines which I was pleased to use at the end of our holiday. Our apartment was lovely, modern and clean. Double bed and lots of storage, large walk in shower and kitchen area with all you need. We used the pull out bed in there as one of us snores!!! Lovely balcony although a little smaller than next door where we sat and ate our breakfast in the mornings. The view is beautiful showing the lovely traditional village. There are over 100 steps to get to the building but we found it ok and we are 70. Lots of space on the steps to take a breath! (Rosa and her husband brought our cases up and down the steps) We really enjoyed staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Beautiful place.

Best apartment in Puerto Mogan

Just home from a fantastic stay. Apartment is fabulous and had everything we needed. Very clean and the view from the balcony was amazing. The rooftop terrace with hot tub was an added bonus and we used this every day. Would highly recommend the apartment. We will be booking to go back next year.

Clean fresh apartment great views across Puerto Mogan

Wonderful break and thank you to Rosa and Juan for the use of this lovely apartment. The view from the balcony is spectacular and has the morning sun. Rooftop great for end of the day relax and lovely hot tub to jump into. This is a peaceful resort with plenty to do and a good bus service so no need to hire a car unless you plan to travel around the island. Our last evening found the pathway nearby to view a spectacular sunset,wish we had found that path earlier and when clear can see Mount Teide on nearby Tenerife. 109 steps to climb could be a problem if anyone has knee problems but spectacular views make up for this and can count as a fitness routine. We would love to return soon for another chill out holiday. Thank you again Juan and Rosa Ailsa & Alex 5/9/17 to 12/9/17

Perfect location, great apartment and a beautiful place for a holiday

I always wanted to stay in Puerto de Mogan, and I found the perfect apartment! It really has the best views possible, is modern, clean, has everything you could need including giant wine glasses, toaster, kettle, microwave, hob, oven, wifi, tv, aircon, towels, beach towels, and a blanket for getting cosy on the balcony while watching the sun rise over the mountain, or star gazing at night. We were met by Juan who helped us up to the apartment (100+ stairs, quite steep, but my unfit husband and I were managing up and down 3, 4 times a day with no trouble by the end of the week), gave us a quick tour of the apartment and facilities, and gave us some great recommendations for restaurants. Booking with HomeAway was so easy and Rosa answered all my questions within minutes. The roof of the apartment has a large dining table and umbrella, a Jacuzzi and washing machines. Perfect place for spending the evenings catching the last rays and cooling off in the Jacuzzi. So many bars and restaurants within a short walking distance, all of them good quality with a variety of price ranges, a wee supermarket a few doors down and a larger Spar that will deliver to the apartment when you spend more than 30euros. Onstreet parking can be quite costly, but there is an underground parking garage a 10 minute walk from the apartment that is very reasonable. Puerto de Mogan is the best place on the island for a quiet, relaxing holiday - I'm sure you can rip it up if you really want, but it's just not loud like the resorts on the island. We spent hours on the balcony watching the world go by, and hours watching the fish in the marina. You can't go wrong with this apartment, it's stunning, has great facilities, is clean, and has the best views in the Puerto!

Beautiful property with fabulous views

Great apartment in a wonderful location with stunning panoramic views over the harbour and beach. Well equipped and a lovely friendly welcome from the owners. Wish we hadn't had to leave!

Beautiful scenic views from property's balcony. Modern, well equipped airy apartment

We arrived at the property late Saturday evening to be greeted by the owners, who helped carry our luggage to the apartment, accessible by lots of steps which were manageable for us. The apartment was beautifully presented and clean and had stunning views from the balcony. During our stay we were able to soak up the atmosphere and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Puerto Megan has amazing restaurants, a stunning beach, and harbour, lovely, friendly people. We have booked to return next year!

An amazing apartment with one of the best views, we loved it.

This was our first time in Gran Canaria and peurto Mogan did not disappoint. A really laid back and friendly place with an excellent range of bars and restaurants. The apartment has everything within walking distance so a car isn't needed. Rosa and Juan were very helpful, both before we arrived and during our stay. The apartment is clean, new and well equipped with a great view and sunny balcony. The roof terrace and hot tub - wow, what a treat. I can not recommend the apartment or peurto mogan highly enough.

Excellent apartement

Stayed in January 2017.The apartment is very good and the service was very good. All the steps up to the apartment was no problem. It is only good. We enjoyed ourselves very well. I hope we come back to Puerto de Mogan and would like to stay here again.

Excellent apartment with a fabulous view.

Stayed in January 2017. Weather was fantastic with only one cloudy day. Apartment was well located even though we counted 109 steps to our front door but not to worry as we were greeted by Juan who carried our cases upstairs and helped on the way down too. The apartment was spotless and was of a very good standard, the only omission being a safe but the location was very secured. The resort was very good, nice and quiet with an abundance of good restaurants to choose from. We would recommend pekin garden chinese & la linterna Italian on the beach front along with gelatomania for crepes and ice cream and along the harbour we really like Dennehys restaurant. The market comes into town on Friday and it is right on the doorstep at the bottom of the stairs. Overall we really enjoyed our time in the apartment and resort and will return in the future.

Taxi booked in advance 60 euro, 35 minutes from airport, arrived to a very warm welcome from Rosa and Juan, stayed in 1 bedroomed apartment, very modern and brand new, lovely bathroom, plenty of hot water, amazing views from balcony hence the many steps to apartment but keeps you fit, lovely roof top terrace and sound proofed rooms, would highly recommend, will defo return

wonderful view, location, host!

Rosa was kind enough to show us round the apartments when they were nearing completion. The one bedroom apartments are great for two but the two bedroom apartment on the second floor is much bigger. The apartment and roof terrace were spotlessly clean and well eqipped. There are quite a few steps to climb but the amazing view more than compensates! We love Puerto Mogan and all that it offers and these apartments are without doubt our favourite and we look forward to returning. We wish the lovely Rosa every success!

Exceptional view, nice place, hope to come back

This is really a nice place to stay! The view is exceptional - it is almost as good as from the view point very close to the apartment. I just loved sitting at the balcon enjoying the view. The apartment is very good, and Puerto de Mogan is such a nice place - I hope to come back and would like to stay here again. Rosa is very helpful. She contacted a taxi for us and told about good restaurants etc. The beach, supermarkets, restaurants ... are close to the apartment - you can just walk. You get your daily exercise climbing the stairs to the apartment.
