Very nice holiday villa with a lovely view of the Westduinen nature reserve due to its elevated location. .

With a dreamlike location on the slightly elevated large dune plot, the best basis for a successful vacation is given in the vacation home Theijwerk. From the house and the south terrace, you have a fantastic panoramic view over a nature reserve with its dune landscape. Here you will experience something new every day, which will fascinate you. Whether in a deck chair or during an aperitif at the garden table, these impressions simply invite you to relax.

The beautiful vacation home is far enough from the center of Ouddorp (about 3.5km) to avoid the bustling life in the high season, and yet close enough to go shopping by bike. But also to the 17km long sandy beach of the North Sea, one of the most beautiful in Holland at all, it is only about 2km away from you.

From the hallway, you reach two bedrooms equipped with box-spring beds, in one room in size 90 x 200 cm and in the second a double bed 160 x 200 cm. The shower, with access from the entrance hall or the large bedroom, has a ground-level shower and a sink. The toilet with a small hand basin is separate.

Another door leads you directly into the bright living area. Here a generous comfortable upholstered group invites you to sit together comfortably (a fireplace may not be used). For those who like to cook themselves, everything is ready in the adjacent comfortably furnished kitchen to prepare meals quickly and easily to enjoy together at the dining table.

A spiral staircase leads up to the gallery. Various seating areas here invite you to play with the children or to relax with a cozy evening watching TV. Behind a folding door reveals a room where again three box-spring beds 90 x 200 cm guarantee restful nights. Another bathroom with a bathtub/shower, toilet, and sink increase the comfort. And on the balcony, you can enjoy the healthy North Sea air and the idyllic nature and beautiful surroundings!

In the loft is also a washing machine at your disposal. 2 cars can park 30m from the house on the property.

The far view from the terrace with a view of the sheep made it very easy to linger on the terrace.
