The property offers two parking spaces. You enter the living room, which features a spacious seating and dining area. A modern Smart TV with German channels is available. The open kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, a combination microwave with grill function, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. The living room also has air conditioning. There are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (2 x 90 x 200), and the other has two single beds (2 x 80 x 200). The sofa bed (140 x 200) offers an additional sleeping space. The bathroom is fitted with a sink and a shower. The toilet is separate. The entire house is equipped with insect screens, and the spacious garden is fully furnished with various furniture, a parasol, sun loungers, and a barbecue, so you can enjoy sunbathing to the fullest.
